- Rick WatersDirector of Food & BeverageRick employs his wealth of expertise to lead our food and beverage operation with impeccable service and detail. Upon finishing school at Florida State, he began his hospitality career in food and beverage, working for ClubCorp in Tallahassee at The University Club at Florida State. He continued his career with ClubCorp at The University Club in Jacksonville before then at The Lodge & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach.Prior to coming to World Golf Village, Rick was at Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in the San Jose area of Jacksonville on the St. Johns River. He first served as the Director of Food and Beverage at the club, before moving to the leadership position of Assistant General Manager.
