King and Canvas

I am so happy that we hired Kaylon King Design & Events as day of planners for my daughter's wedding. I have had two other weddings in the past 2 years. I know that the parents of the bride & groom have roles in the wedding. You don't want to be putting out fires when you are hosting and enjoying a huge milestone in your child's life. We had a church wedding with a coordinator at the church and our reception venue had their own coordinator, but we wanted someone who was managing the entire day. Kaylon and her team were amazing! They covered every little detail and managed the timeline like pros. They were handling some parking issues we had at the reception venue during the wedding ceremony. They helped make sure every little detail was set up at the reception and some special items we had for guests were placed correctly. They helped with the food for the bridal party during the getting ready phase and photographs. They made sure the groups were ready for the photographer to keep the day running smoothly and that we got all of the pictures we wanted on that special day! They were like an insurance policy for the whole event! They were so friendly and pleasant, we felt well cared for the entire day! I highly recommend Kaylon and her team! We are grateful they were part of an amazing event for my daughter's wedding!
