DJ Jamie was amazing! He kept the party going all night! There was never a full moment, and he made everything extra special! He handled the reception and everything was flawless!!
We worked with DJ Todd Boone for our wedding in June. He did an amazing job with both our outdoor ceremony and reception. Todd really listened to our ideas and kept the night flo...
wing smoothly! With years of experience, he was able to read the audience well and play a variety of music. He kept everyone on the dance floor and made sure EVERYONE had a good time! King’s Entertainment was very accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with!
We used King's for our wedding back in early September. We had the DJ Jamie Strassburg with uplighting and a photo booth. Jamie was awesome. He had the perfect personality and arra...
nged the uplighting perfectly for our venue. Unfortunately his car broke down on him earlier that day so he had to rush a bit at the beginning, but he pulled it off very smoothly which just goes to show his adaptability and how he will make it to your wedding no matter what it takes. He also made frequent check ins to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. The photo booth was also great. They had two people manning it which was really nice because I had a book that I wanted people to put one of the photo strips in and sign and they made sure everyone remembered to do that. Beforehand, I sent them a design that had our names and a sunflower and they put that at the bottom of all of the photo strips so that guests could take one home with them. One thing I wish they had done was sent me a proof of the photo strips since there was a little too much yellow on them, but it was still really wonderful. Overall very happy with them and would recommend.
My new husband and I worked with Jamie Strassburg for our wedding this year and he was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There were so many hiccups and Jamie MADE SURE that the event wen...
t off with a bang! despite the 107 degree temperature Jamie STILL managed to get everyone on the dance floor and we danced ALL night LONG!
When our day of coordinator disappeared, Jamie, without hesitation, came upstairs to line up the VERY LARGE bridal party to get them ready for the entrance-our guests NEVER knew! He continued to fill the role of wedding coordinator AND DJ all night long without complaint or hesitation!
He is absolutely AMAZING and I could not imagine ANYONE else being able to handle the heat, the disappearance of our day of coordinator, all while making our night SEAMLESS!!!
Thank you Jamie SOO much! Kings Entertainment and Jamie deserves a SKY FULL of stars!!! There IS a reason Jamie was selected by readers of City Magazine as South West Virginia's number 1 DJ, he truly is!!!

ble. He kept all our guests dancing throughout the reception playing a wide variety of music that appealed to all ages. He's very fun, energetic and great at reading the room. Jamie also made a point to speak to my husband and me during the reception to see how we were feeling and make sure we were pleased with how everything was flowing. We're so happy we had Jamie as our wedding DJ! Highly recommend.
We were pleased with the music. Our DJ was a little gruff and not as pleasant to work with as our other vendors, but he did keep 120 people on schedule!
We worked with Perry to arrange a DJ to provide music for both our ceremony and reception. After speaking with Perry he offered references for Jamie Strausburg-DJ which for anyone ...
planning a destination wedding, this is huge weight lifted when you can speak to others using the services. Jamie was highly recommend from everyone we spoke with and he totally delivered!! Our guests are still talking about how much energy Jamie brought into our reception. We really wanted to be sure there was organized flow of fun and Jamie was awesome. He interacted with our guests, showed them new dance moves, and managed to never miss beat. We highly recommend the services both Perry and Jamie provided to in creating our magical start to forever!!
DJ Joe Nicely was great! He played a great variety of music and listened to our inputs. We kicked up our heals all night. Music was played during our buffet dinner. We opened with ...
the first dance and people danced all night. Prices were fair. The best part is I didn't have to worry about this part of the wedding at all because Kings was on it.
I hired DJ Jamie Straussberg for the reception and a 3 piece blue grass band called The Guard for my cocktail hour. They were both wonderful! The band was great and everyone enjoye...
d them and Jamie got every person in the room on the floor for the last song. It was a great time. Their prices are very reasonable also. Highly recommend!
We requested Jamie Strassburg. I was given his name by several vendors that were familiar with Jamie. He usually is booked a year in advance. My fiance has DJ'd weddings in Baltimo...
re and was very skeptical to hire a DJ he was not familiar with. But since his partner was already booked for a wedding in Baltimore we had no choice. Jamie did not disappoint. He had everyone up and dancing the entire night. The sound system was top notch and we had to kick people out when it was time to go home. I also chose not to use a wedding planner, Jamie stepped right in and kept things rolling and on time. (cake cutting etc.) I can't thank Jamie enough for his services.
The DJ we requested through King's was actually Jamie Strassburg. We heard him DJ at our friend's wedding in 2005. He has an incredible knack for knowing exactly what to do to keep...
the guests happy. I would recommend Jamie specifically.;I do wish we could have booked Jamie outside of King's Entertainment. He was wonderful to work with but his agency was not so good at returning e-mails and phone calls. Good thing we got an early start on working with the agency.
