King's Entertainment

We worked with DJ Todd Boone for our wedding in June. He did an amazing job with both our outdoor ceremony and reception. Todd really listened to our ideas and kept the night flowing smoothly! With years of experience, he was able to read the audience well and play a variety of music. He kept everyone on the dance floor and made sure EVERYONE had a good time! King’s Entertainment was very accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with!

We used King's for our wedding back in early September. We had the DJ Jamie Strassburg with uplighting and a photo booth. Jamie was awesome. He had the perfect personality and arranged the uplighting perfectly for our venue. Unfortunately his car broke down on him earlier that day so he had to rush a bit at the beginning, but he pulled it off very smoothly which just goes to show his adaptability and how he will make it to your wedding no matter what it takes. He also made frequent check ins to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. The photo booth was also great. They had two people manning it which was really nice because I had a book that I wanted people to put one of the photo strips in and sign and they made sure everyone remembered to do that. Beforehand, I sent them a design that had our names and a sunflower and they put that at the bottom of all of the photo strips so that guests could take one home with them. One thing I wish they had done was sent me a proof of the photo strips since there was a little too much yellow on them, but it was still really wonderful. Overall very happy with them and would recommend.

My new husband and I worked with Jamie Strassburg for our wedding this year and he was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There were so many hiccups and Jamie MADE SURE that the event went off with a bang! despite the 107 degree temperature Jamie STILL managed to get everyone on the dance floor and we danced ALL night LONG! When our day of coordinator disappeared, Jamie, without hesitation, came upstairs to line up the VERY LARGE bridal party to get them ready for the entrance-our guests NEVER knew! He continued to fill the role of wedding coordinator AND DJ all night long without complaint or hesitation! He is absolutely AMAZING and I could not imagine ANYONE else being able to handle the heat, the disappearance of our day of coordinator, all while making our night SEAMLESS!!! Thank you Jamie SOO much! Kings Entertainment and Jamie deserves a SKY FULL of stars!!! There IS a reason Jamie was selected by readers of City Magazine as South West Virginia's number 1 DJ, he truly is!!!

The DJ my husband and I worked with for our wedding was Jamie Strassburg and he was incredible! He's receptive and open to your ideas and also brings years of experience to the table. He kept all our guests dancing throughout the reception playing a wide variety of music that appealed to all ages. He's very fun, energetic and great at reading the room. Jamie also made a point to speak to my husband and me during the reception to see how we were feeling and make sure we were pleased with how everything was flowing. We're so happy we had Jamie as our wedding DJ! Highly recommend.
