If I could rate Kir higher than 5 stars I would!! She and her team were so communicative, friendly, helpful, and I've received so many compliments on our photos. Taking wedding day pics was SO FUN thanks to Kir and I really can't say enough amazing things about her!!!

Kir was without a doubt the BEST vendor we hired for our wedding day and the best money we spent. I was a bridesmaid in two other weddings she did, so I already knew the quality of her work and how seamlessly she operated on wedding day. When I got engaged, she was the very first call I made- even before our venue! From start to finish, Kir was responsive, accommodating, helpful, and truly went above and beyond for me. In the early stages of booking her, she responded to my emails within minutes/hours, tailored our contract so it met exactly what I was looking for, answered my 5000 questions, and even recommended other vendors (videographers, planners, etc.) which shows what an expert in the wedding industry she is. As a bride, this level of professionalism is SOO important because the last thing you want to be doing is chasing down vendors and the "business side" of planning your wedding can be draining, but not with someone as lovely and amazing as Kir. When it comes to her work, Kir is second to none. I had a "mood board" I showed her with shots of hers that I loved, and she stuck to it to a tee and of course added her personal touch that makes her work so outstanding. Her photos are timeless/classic but also have a hint of modern flair to it- but above all, she will work WITH YOU to make sure you get exactly what you want. On the day of our wedding, my husband and I kept repeating how much fun we were having with her, taking portraits all over the national mall, which could have been a logistical nightmare for other photographers- but not Kir. She navigated it so seamlessly and efficiently, making sure we got every shot we wanted but also had time to enjoy the day with family and friends. She is a joy to be around and truly makes you feel like a special celebrity on your day. We felt like we were hanging out with a close friend and had an absolute blast with her. Another remarkable thing about Kir is how quickly she delivers your insane gallery- we got 1000s of photos, with sneak peaks the morning of our wedding day (like 3AM) and the rest within just 2-3 weeks. Getting the photos so quickly is so special, because it really is the only thing from your wedding you walk away with. Having photos we can show generations and generations later is something we will always cherish and be grateful to Kir for. Bottom line: hire Kir ASAP, she is the absolute best in the business!!!

Kir is the absolute BEST wedding photographer in the business. She made me feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, which is not always the easiest for me. The photos that she took for our engagement session and wedding day are hung up all over our home. We will cherish these photos for years to come. We are beyond grateful for Kir and her talent! I have been a bridesmaid in many weddings and met many wedding photographers. Many are good at the basics - wrangling family members, editing pictures, etc. Kir is excellent at all those tasks, and also, genuinely so nice and fun. If you had no bridesmaids you liked you would still have an amazing time getting ready with her as your photographer. She captured the personality of us as a couple, our dog, our goofy friends, perfectly. She was flexible on what we needed for our wedding and we loved everyone on her team we worked with. 11/10 would recommend.

I starting following Kir on Instagram after she photographed my daughter's friend's wedding back in 2019. From the minute I saw her work I knew that, when the day came, I wanted Kir to photograph my daughter's wedding. My daughter felt as strongly as I did about having Kir as her wedding photographer. Kir was actually my daughter's first phone call to a vendor after she got engaged. Kir's artistic eye and attention to detail is what attracted me to her work. Kir did not disappoint. From my daughter's engagement photos to her wedding photos, I am obsessed with all the photos Kir sent us. The detail in my daughter's photos is just beyond any of my expectations and each photo is more beautiful than the next. Not any is every photo beautiful but Kir was so easy to work with and listened to and accomplished everything that was on our "must photograph" list. There is no better photographer in the industry. She makes taking photos fun and identifies shots that will add such a special twist to your day. From our engagement shoot, we felt so comfortable with her. The quality of the photos was unmatched and got us so excited for our big day. Leading up to the wedding, she was intentional about the timeline to the minute in order to optimize photos. She also strings together the sweetest details that make each couple unique; she ordered butterflies for our flat lays which was such a sweet touch. In the early stages of planning our wedding, I agonized over finding the perfect photographer. I wanted to find someone who was an artist and whose images resonated with me, but I also wanted a photographer who would vibe with me and my now-husband on our wedding day. When I found Kir and we spoke over Zoom, I knew immediately that we had to have her as our wedding photographer. I notoriously do not enjoy getting my picture taken, but Kir's lighthearted humor and kind spirit made me and my bridal party feel so relaxed and comfortable on my wedding day. A sampling of texts I've received from guests in the weeks since our wedding: "Kris Jenner works hard, but Kir works harder," and "your photographer is unreal," and "you guys picked a wonderfully talented photographer!" All of our family and wedding party were raving. Hiring Kir was easily the best choice we made during wedding planning. She was so easy to work with throughout the entire process, from initial conversations through the actual wedding. She showed up early, she stayed late, she kept our rehearsal dinner timeline on track when it went off the rails, and, to top it all off, we genuinely enjoyed spending our wedding day with her. I feel so grateful that creatively and personality-wise we clicked so well! On the day of, we were dealing with some crazy wind but Kir managed and got every shot we wanted and more. My partner and I are both shy in front of the camera, but Kir helped us feel comfortable (and even cool!), and we genuinely love the pictures that we've gotten. She even sent us sneaks the next morning! Long story short: Kir rocks, the pictures rock, and you should definitely work with her!!!

Hiring Kir was the best decision we made about our small, non-traditional wedding day. My husband and I planned a wedding two months after our engagement and I was worried about getting a wedding photographer who wouldn’t just take photos for us, but whose personal style would give us aesthetically pleasing photos. We didn’t have time to do a lot of the aesthetic details that traditional weddings have so photography felt even more important. And Kir delivered – our wedding (and engagement!) photos are stunning. She went above and beyond to get all the requested shots and many more – playing off the fall foliage and the light at our mid-day wedding. Beyond the actual photos, Kir dealt with everything we threw at her. Notably, we had a complex ceremony venue (a garden with visual obstructions and our friends and family sitting/standing in the aisle which left little room for her to move around) and a similarly cramped restaurant reception venue. But Kir was everything everywhere all at once – we ended up with so many photos that I hadn’t even known she’d taken. At the reception, I had no less than 5 people – all friends who’d already gotten married - tell me how impressed they were with our photographer. Kir is professional, detail-oriented, and she will give you her advice if you’ve gone astray. Our first point of contact was an email response with a suggested outline of the day - this was so helpful to me planning a wedding two months in advance without a planner. Getting that email was the moment I knew we could pull it off. She continued to offer advice on number of photos, timing, etc to make sure we still had time for candids and other aspects of the day. She also arrived 30 minutes early on wedding morning and got us our photos the day after our wedding! I haven’t even mentioned her warmth and kindness – she is exactly the person you want with you on your wedding day. And do an engagement shoot – it’s amazing practice and photos to have!

I can't say enough good things about Kir! She is so incredibly talented, has an eye for detail, seemed to be there at all the right times to catch all big and small moments throughout the day, and is so fun to be around to boot! I saw Kir's work on Instagram about a year before my Husband and I even got engaged, and loved it instantly. I knew once we were engaged that we had to reach out to her! From our first interaction is was clear how passionate Kir was about her work and the couples she works with. This passion coupled with her warm personality made us feel so comfortable during the engagement session and on the wedding day. She worked quickly and efficiently, which allowed us to get all the shots we wanted AND make all of cocktail hour. Kir truly went above and beyond for us throughout the wedding day! She helped remind me to pick up my dress when walking (even picking it up herself once or twice), held bouquets, corralled a wedding party of 20 people (like a pro), helped my husband with his bowtie, and so much more. She had our engagement photos back to us within less than a week, sent sneak peaks from the wedding at 2 a.m. the night of the wedding, and our FULL wedding gallery back to us within 2.5 weeks!!! We absolutely love all of the pictures. We will be forever grateful for everything she did for us and for capturing our wedding day and love story so beautifully. If you have the opportunity to work with Kir, we can't recommend her enough! 1,000/10 stars!!

Kir was the first vendor we hired after we had a venue and we are so happy we did not wait. We had fallen in love with her beautiful photography and she is truly just as wonderful as her pictures. From our first meeting, she made us feel comfortable and excited. She made our engagement session and our wedding fun, easy, and stress-free. She was highly organized and made sure we had every single picture we wanted without us even having to think about it. She was also extremely quick with her turn-around, getting us sneaks at 2AM after our wedding and our full gallery just 2 weeks later. Every picture is gorgeous, and our family and friends are still raving about how great our photographer was. We are so incredibly happy we hired Kir and highly recommend her to anyone else looking!

Kir is the absolute best photographer we could have ever asked for! She went above and beyond throughout the engagement shoot, wedding planning, and of course on the day of, making us feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed on our wedding day. She was a rockstar when it came to posing us (and all family/friends/guests), capturing the small and big moments, coordinating people, locations, shot list requests, all while maintaining an incredibly positive and fun attitude. Both of us had never been photographed professionally before our engagement shoot and admittedly were quite nervous for it, but we left feeling like models and incredibly confident in her ability to deliver spectacular wedding photos. She promised a quick turnaround and she certainly delivered – we woke up to 90+ sneak peak photos the morning after our wedding and the full album just a few weeks later. If we could give Kir 100 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Kir, we can’t recommend it enough!

I don’t know how I can accurately put into words how incredible Kir is. When picking a photographer I obviously looked at all their incredible pictures but my biggest thing was I wanted someone who could make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. I was lucky enough to have met Kir at one of my best friends weddings before I was even engaged and I immediately hired her for my wedding in my mind lol. She’s phenomenal - she’s your biggest fan, she knows all the right angles and poses and she will make you feel like the most beautiful couple in the world. Kir goes above and beyond, she showed up early, she can adapt to changing plans, she can wrangle the wedding party and family effortlessly, she finds the good spots that you wouldn’t even think about, she gives direction and advice, she even helps you put on your dress and shoes. The unanimous comment we received after our wedding from our guests was “your wedding was so beautiful and fun but wow your photographer was incredible!!” I could go on forever but I’ll end my love letter with this- you would be doing yourself a disservice not hiring Kir!

The best decision we ever made!!!!! Kir did our engagement photos and wedding day and we could not have been happier with the results of both. She is the BEST hype woman and director and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She captured not only some beautiful portraits, but also managed to capture the little moments throughout the day that brought us right back to that exact moment. Her photos are truly something special, not to mention she got us our entire wedding gallery 2.5 weeks after the wedding... WHAT!? Hiring Kir to capture our day was the best decision we made!! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. We wanted to have some 'traditional poses' in our pictures, but mostly wanted them to capture moments rather than specific poses and Kir absolutely delivered. On top of the amazing pictures, Kir is incredibly personable so working with her was a dream. She instantly put us at ease - it felt like we had hired a friend to photograph us. Nothing felt forced, and our bridal party commented on how easy she was to work with. We were blown away with the pictures we got for our sneak peak (the night of the wedding!!), and just received the rest of the pictures and could not be happier. Being able to look back at our pictures and remember specific moments is something that we will cherish. We cannot recommend Kir enough!!

This review has been long overdue. I am a huge believer that photos are THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR WEDDING other than getting married to your partner. My partner and I got married last year November 2021 in DC. I had been stalking out photographers in DC for a little while and given it was still COVID struggled to find someone who was willing to just do photos in my big poofy dress. My partner and I decided because we have immune compromised individuals, we would just have a zoom ceremony instead of a full out party. The only problem was I had already bought my very expensive wedding dress. Since I had my dress I really wanted to take photos in it. I messaged Kir and she wrote back fairly quickly, I want to say within 2 days. Also I did originally reach out on a weekday and not a weekend. Anyways, Kir wrote back and she said she was available on the Monday and that she had an elopement package that would fit my budget. I cried, didn't think I would be the one to cry but I did because I was thrilled to find someone that I not only love her work but was within my budget. I did do an engagement session with Kir as well. My partner is NOT a photo guy, he hates having his photo taken, but he did it because he knows I love photos. We are not by any way those instagram couples that take photos all the time that know exactly which side is their best side or know how to pose. Kir gave us directions that were easy to follow which helped ALOT. Also, the day of my elopement photos my florist called and said that she was very sick and that she wouldn't be able to get the flowers to me on time. She offered me a refund which I took and told Kir that there were no flowers. She made a call and low and behold her florist friend was able to put something together and bring it by. I may not have gotten the party that I wanted but I did get the photos that I absolutely LOVE. I love them soooo much that I asked Kir if she also did lifestyles so she could take our baby announcement photos. I cannot say it enough, Kir is worth EVERY PENNY you spend. The photos came out amazing, she is extremely nice and provides directions for the couples who have no clue how to pose. I didn't post our elopement photos because we do plan on having an anniversary party in a few years which i plan to wear the dress.

I first saw Kir’s work back in 2017. She photographed the wedding of a mutual friend and I knew immediately that no matter who I married Kir would photograph our wedding one day. In 2018, I creepily messaged her that I would plan my whole wedding around her being my photographer. And fast forward to 2021, Kir was the first vendor I booked. Kir is way more than a vendor to us though she has become a good friend. Her personality shines through every single photo she takes, she is truly one of a kind. She has an eye for details and makes every moment so much fun. Our cheeks were hurting after our engagement shoot and not because it was a freezing cold November morning but because of how hard Kir made us laugh. I swear Kir is secretly a magician because on top of taking on 184758274+ clients & other commitments each year she delivers photos faster than any photographer I have ever heard of. Rest assured her speed absolutely does not compromise the quality of her work. Kir is a best in class photographer! Kir spent an ample amount of time understanding the vibe of our wedding, she provided advice & suggestions, and made sure we felt fully ready for the big day. Photographing our wedding was no small feat, we had two venues, 14 bridesmaids, 11 groomsmen, a 224 person wedding, and a million details to capture. Kir CRUSHED it! She kept everyone in line and on schedule all while making our day the best day EVER. I look at her incredible work every single day and I feel so lucky knowing that we will have these photos forever to remind us how perfect our day was and how precious our love is. Kir did that. If you are shopping around trying to find the perfect photographer, seriously look no more. Kir is a top notch person and a top notch photographer. I wish I could shout it for the world to hear, KIR IS THE BEST!!!

Kir's work speaks for itself, but once we got on the phone I just knew she was a great match - confident, friendly and so easy to chat with. You spend SO much time with your photographer on your wedding day and totally feed off their energy so you have to love both their work and their vibe. Our engagement shoot was easy to schedule and Kir was so great in suggesting locations. Then for our wedding, she knew how disappointed I was that we ended up with a rainy weekend so she went above and beyond to proactively work with our wedding planner and came up with a unique and creative idea to bring a backdrop. When she first asked me about it, I didn't totally see the vision but knew I could trust her and her expertise. And thank goodness because the photos turned out AMAZING! Plus the experience truly made us feel one-of-a-kind on our big day. Overall, from the minute Kir got onsite, she just really hyped us up and made me feel so beautiful and relaxed. She got us sneaks in under 24 hours and the entire album in less than a month - which is just unreal. Photographs are one of the only things you physically walk away with after your wedding so I knew I wanted to invest in a great photographer and would hire Kir a million times again if I could.

We used Kir for our engagement photos after finding her great reviews online, and those reviews were 100% accurate! From the beginning she gave us a ton of information, and we loved that she offered a smaller and larger engagement package. We did engagement photos at sunrise on a Wednesday and had our photos back by Friday night. They were all amazing, and she gave us a ton of shots. If we were doing our wedding here in DC we would definitely hire her for that. As far as the actual photography session, she was so sweet, arrived early, and great at getting us to laugh and feel comfortable about awkward or unusual poses.

My family could not get over the how kind Kir is and the way she made everyone feel at ease (both during the group shots and just in general the entire wedding weekend). She delivered our sneak peeks the night after the wedding (!!!) and I favorited every image in the gallery. Her eye for detail and ability to capture both natural looking poses and spontaneous moments during the wedding is unparalleled. If you have a chance to hire Kir for your wedding or engagement, please do not hesitate! She is truly incredible!
