Kirkbrae Country Club

We loved getting married at Kirkbrae! It is such a beautiful venue. We were looking forward to photos in the garden but it poured on our wedding day- the photos we got were still STUNNING! The food was incredible, staff were so sweet including Sara who we worked with from day 1, and my day of assistant was a sweetheart! They did an amazing job and everything went smoothly- a bride’s dream! Definitely recommend.

We were one of the couples that was displaced after the fire at Kirkbrae Country Club. It was a stressful time not knowing if we would have a wedding and, if not at Kirkbrae, where? Tiffany worked tirelessly helping us, as well as many other affected couples, find a new venue. Within 5 days we had secured a new location for the same day and time. What a relief. It wasn't at Kirkbrae but at least we had another nice place for our special day. Tiffany was with us all the way through the planning and with us on our wedding day. With all that she had to deal with, she was the ultimate professional! What stands out most to me was her calm demeanor and her attention to details. Our utmost appreciation and thank you to Tiffany and, to Kirkbrae, for the support and commitment to ensuring our wedding was a success!

We had a remarkable experience with both Kirkbrae and Tiffany. Our wedding was supposed to be at Kirkbrae but a fire, only a few days before our wedding, forced us to quickly switch venues. Tiffany was able to secure our new venue within 48 hours of the fire, and she planned it such that we still had the exact same menu and Kirkbrae waitstaff. We ended up having an amazing wedding day and a crazy story to go with it!

Sara made the choice for Kirkbrae so worth it!We were one of the the couples affected by the Kirkbrae fire. After the news was given to us Sara felt like a saving grace. Having to find and then transfer all your ideas and plans to a completely new location is so scary but she really handled it all with ease. Despite the fire being a plot twist to us all she handled everything so well and I quickly trusted her so much! She would ask the new venue questions that I would forget to ask and she was even there for rehearsal and the day of the wedding. Anyone who’s gotten married knows that the day of can be a rollercoaster and Sara took great care of us from bustling my dress to making sure my bridesmaids and I got to eat during cocktail hour. Yes, Kirkbrae is a beautiful venue but know that you are in great hands with Sara as your coordinator!

We had planned for 2 years to have our wedding venue at Kirkbrae Country Club, but unfortunately due to a fire 11 days before our wedding, we were no longer able to have our wedding venue there. Normally an event like this 11 days before the wedding, would be very stressful for a couple that is about to get married, but the wedding and events coordinator and planner, Sara Paesano helped us out the entire time and made sure that our wedding was still beautiful at a new location. She made sure that the entire wedding ran smoothly. We ended up having our wedding at The Graduate hotel in Providence, RI, which we were very thankful to find on such short notice. Sara helped us out by calling all of our vendors and making sure they all knew the change of venue. Sara was great and came to the wedding rehearsal at The Graduate and stayed for the entire wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. Sara was also great the entire 2 years that we were planning the wedding. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond when I asked her for something for the wedding. Although I picked Kirkbrae Country Club for the venue and atmosphere, I also picked it because of the wedding coordinator Sara. I had looked at many different wedding venues before I picked Kirkbrae and Sara stood out among all the wedding coordinators. My wedding planning wouldn’t have gone as smoothly if it wasn’t for Sara! I highly recommend choosing Kirkbrae Country Club and having Sara as your wedding and events coordinator and planner!

Tiffany is truly a Godsend. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day simply stunning. I did not have to worry about a thing and Tiffany answered all of my questions with ease. Not only were we blessed with a light snowfall on the day of our winter wedding, our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how great the food was. Kirkbrae is THE perfect spot to get married.

Tiffany is amazing! Words cannot even describe how appreciative our families are for all that Tiffany did to make our wedding as perfect as it was. Our wedding was supposed to be on Memorial Day Weekend at Kirkbrae Country Club, however we were notified, on the Monday before our wedding, that there was a fire at Kirkbrae and we would have to find a new venue for our wedding (less than a week away). Tiffany was incredible and managed to find several locations which were available for us on the same day as we originally planned. She then worked diligently with the new venue to make sure we had a seamless transition in order to make sure that our vision came to fruition. Tiffany was extremely organized, patient, always available to answer questions, and was able to perfectly execute every last detail of our wedding (even at a different venue). She exceeded all expectations! Tiffany made our wedding the most magical day/night! We were so lucky to have been able to work with her.

There are not enough words to express how absolutely incredible Tiffany is. When searching for our wedding venue, my husband and I fell in love with Kirkbrae Country Club as soon as we saw it, and we very quickly made the easy decision to have our wedding reception there. Unfortunately, due to the devastating fire that occurred 6 weeks before our wedding, our plans unexpectedly changed. However, Tiffany was right by our side leading us through and taking charge of this very stressful situation. She quickly found us another beautiful venue, and when it came to communicating with our vendors about the sudden change and re-planning our entire wedding in 6 weeks with the new venue, Tiffany did 100% of the hard work in this transition. In an already very stressful and emotional situation, Tiffany alleviated a tremendous amount of stress off of mine and my husband's shoulders. She made sure that everything we wanted and had planned for our Kirkbrae wedding was executed at the new venue, all the while remaining calm, professional, communicative, and so incredibly kind. She was constantly reassuring us that our wedding would be perfect, and thanks to her hard work and dedication, it truly was. We had the most amazing day, and Tiffany is the reason that it was as flawless and perfect as it was, and it could not have been possible without her. Tiffany was on site the day of our wedding and was by our sides the whole night ensuring that everything was perfect, and we could not have imagined our wedding without Tiffany being present. What is also so admirable about Tiffany is that she made us feel like we were her only couple that she was helping in this transition, all the while she had multiple weddings every weekend, doing what she was doing for us for many other couples as well. The fact that she was in constant communication with us and would attend in person meetings with the new venue with us while having an incredible amount of work on her plate with other couples shows how amazing she is. Any future couple that has Tiffany as their wedding coordinator can be rest assured that she will make sure their day is perfect, and they are truly in the best of hands. Kirkbrae is so lucky to have someone as remarkable as Tiffany as part of their staff, and she deserves the highest of praises there is. We will forever be thankful for Tiffany and everything that she did for us to give us the most perfect wedding day, and she is truly the best of the best!!

Tiffany was excellent from the beginning to end of our wedding planning. We looked at three wedding venues but Kirkbrae was the first one and we decided we loved that one the best. In the end, we couldn't have our wedding there due to the fire in May. However, Tiffany helped us throughout the process and calmed my nerves and anxiety and we found a just as beautiful location; the Wyndham Newport the Atlantic Resort. She ensured that all of our planning and discussions came to light just in another location. We were so happy to have her remain involved in our wedding planning and know it wouldn't have turned out as amazing as it did if she didn't stay on helping us until the end. She really outdid herself with the challenge of relocating us in a short period of time. Our wedding was gorgeous and family and friends have continued to talk today about it being one of the best weddings they have been too. Tiffany was a true asset to us during our wedding planning..... and we will be forever grateful to her and how patient she was with us.

My daughter’s wedding was one of those that were affected. We were supposed to have our wedding on Sunday May 28 and found out about the fire on Monday May 22nd. Within that short time span, Tiffany Marsocci Fontes, first assured us she would do everything in her power to find another venue AND make it seamless for us AND that she and her team would be at the new venue. My daughter and son in law were married at Kirkbrae in August. It was perfect! Tiffany was wonderful at helping with planning and so easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, the bridal attendant, Julia was amazing! She made sure the bride (and groom) had everything she needed with a smile on her face. Food was delicious, appetizers during the cocktail hour were so good and fresh! Would recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful backdrop for their big day.

My husband and I had the most magical wedding day thanks to Sara and the entire team at Kirkbrae! From our very first time touring the venue, right up until the week of our wedding, Sara was there every step of the way to answer my (many) questions :) Besides being an absolutely gorgeous venue, Kirkbrae provides A LOT for the price and offers some very special upgrades (i.e. linens, late night snack bars [our option we personally went with]). Since we had alot of out of town guests, it was also great that they work with the Courtyard Marriott just down the road to provide a shuttle service. You will not regret your decision to book with them!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about how perfect Kirkbrae was for our wedding! The venue is absolutely stunning. I had my wedding at Kirkbrae on July 9, 2022. Tiffany was great to work with, she made sure our vision came to life. The photos of the venue do not do any justice, It is breathtaking ! My guest are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was. I cannot explain how great the staff was to work with as well, everything went as planned from cocktail hour all the way through to the end. We could not be happier to have picked Kirkbrae as our wedding venue.

I had my wedding at the Kirkbrae on July 31, 2022 and it was absolutely beautiful. Tiffany and the staff completely made my vision happen and all of my guests keep telling me how beautiful everything was. Meeting with Tiffany and planning this wedding was the highlight of my year, she went above and beyond to help me achieve what I was looking for and days before the wedding went out of here way to find me a monogram for the wall and ice sculpture and succeeded in finding both. Having my wedding at the Kirkbrae was the best decision and wish I could do it all over again!!

I just had my bridal shower at Kirkbrae Country Club. It was planned by my Maid of Honor and mother. Overall, the venue was great; we had a great room with a balcony, the food was delicious, and the whole afternoon was so amazing! The only weird thing is that you have to do everything through the venue. Like if my MOH wanted to add something, she had to call the contact at the Club and then they had to contact the additional vendor. Every vendor/venue is different, so maybe these were just their regulations. I would highly recommend this venue!

Kirkbrae is truly a stunning venue! The view is fantastic and being able to have a beautiful ceremony and reception in one place was priceless! Our guest could not stop taking about the beautiful venue and service! Tiffany was the most incredible wedding planner! Extremely professional, kind, patient and amazing attention to detail! We had our wedding in June 2022 and Tiffany and the entire staff were amazing to work with honestly made our day from special to magical it was day filled with love happiness and so much peace filled our day we are tremendously grateful to Tiffany and the entire staff who made us feel like it not only was it a Grady choice but made it feel like a place of comfort and happiness. We just had our wedding there this passed weekend! We absolutely recommend having any event there. The venue is beautiful. It holds a lot of people. Tiffany who’s the wedding coordinator is just absolutely amazing. There’s just so many things we can say about her. She made everything so easy right up until that day. We even had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and she was able to reach out to all our vendors to see what available dates they had to change our wedding to. Where to begin!? My husband and I had our wedding on September 4, 2021. I can’t even find the words to explain how happy my husband and I are with deciding on going with Kirkbrae Country Club. My sister had her wedding here back in 2015 and I knew right away it was where I wanted my wedding day as well because everything was just amazing and went smoothly. I had no complaints besides how fast the day flew by. Our guests continue to tell us how perfect everything was the food, service, and etc. Tiffany provided A++ service from the second we decided on our wedding date and booked it. Tiffany made the whole process so easy and stress free. Our bridal attendant Sabrina was so attentive and kind and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we stepped out of the limo into kirkbrae. Thank you so much to Tiffany, Sabrina and the staff at Kirkbrae Country Club for making our dreams a reality! We couldn’t of been anymore blessed!

We had our wedding at Kirkbrae this past Oct & it was honestly the best decision we could of made. We continue to get great feedback of how beautiful the venue was & how delicious the food was. But the service & the full process of getting everything ready for the big day was phenomenal. Between the communication, ordering chairs, linens, & organizing everything. They made it stress free & we couldn’t thank the staff enough!

We had to have a micro wedding last year due to COVID restrictions and decided to have our larger reception this year. We held both events at Kirkbrae Country Club and are so happy we did! They were attentive, accommodating, and all around wonderful! The venue is beautiful and Tiffany made both of our special days easy and stress free! We've received positive feedback about the food and setting from multiple guests. All around, a beautiful venue with a great view and great food!

We had our wedding at Kirkbrae this summer and I cannot recommend having an event there enough! The staff that work the weddings are such experienced professionals, I did not even have to think about anything technical the night of the wedding as they were steps ahead of me all night long (the bridal attendants and coordinator helped with my bustle, helped with boutonnières, they packed up everything that I had asked to bring home from the top layer of the cake to my veil and shoes, reminded us to eat before dinner ended). The coordinator/director Tiffany was extremely helpful with all of the planning leading up to the wedding. Due to covid restrictions, we had to move our date and we ended up working with Tiffany for over a year and a half! She was so helpful and reassuring during all of the unknowns with covid, and would send regular updates. As the wedding date got closer, we were in contact with her a lot and she was great at helping make decisions and answering questions. The venue itself is beautiful and gorgeous. The food is also phenomenal (we received SO many compliments on all of the food). It ended up raining on our day right before the ceremony, and they were so accommodating in working with me to move the ceremony to indoors. It really demonstrated their flexibility and experience, and their indoor area was absolutely beautiful for a ceremony. I cannot recommend working with the staff at Kirkbrae enough! We will always remember them as a big part of a special day.

When we first went to tour Kirkbrae we immediately fell in love and were so impressed with Tiffany, we could not wait to get married there and work with her! After having the wedding completely planned in 2018, fast forward to 2020 and we were faced with COVID-19. I can honestly say that without Tiffany there is no way we would have had our wedding. From the beginning she was always so responsive and helpful, but her dedication and hard work truly shined when faced with the restrictions and uncertainties of the pandemic. She was constantly in touch and letting us know the different options and guidelines that needed to be followed and always did her best to come up with different ideas to make sure we would have our wedding day be everything we dreamed of. Tiffany went above and beyond for us. We were so stressed as the guidelines were constantly changing and we had to cut our list multiple times, but Tiffany was always there to reassure us. Tiffany was able to work within the guidelines and restrictions and brought our perfect day to life. Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed of and we owe that all to Tiffany, Kirkbrae staff and our vendors. We were so impressed with Kirkbrae’s breathtaking renovations, delicious food and impeccable service. I cannot recommend Tiffany and Kikrbrae enough, we were so pleased with our experience! We are so grateful and honored to have worked with Tiffany, she allowed us to have our dream wedding and brought a sense of normalcy during these chaotic uncertain times and we are so grateful!

My daughters October 2020 wedding at Kirkbrae was flawless. Yes, it was during Covid, but everything was perfect. We got ready in the beautiful bridal suite, had the ceremony outside under the tent on patio, and the grounds were gorgeous for pictures. appetizers were plated due to covid regulations, but everyone commented how nicely plated they were and preferred them plated instead of passed. All three entrees were beautifully plated and food was excellent. Leading up to this day was Tiffany guiding us thru the changes in the covid regulations. With every limitation covid through at us, was a perfect solution from Tiffany. Our photographer canceled on us last minute but Tiffany jumped into action and found us another photographer who ended up being awesome! The ballroom was breathtaking. The chandeliers, the lighting, and table settings made for an elegant romantic wedding.

Our wedding planner Tiffany was absolutely amazing and helped us plan our wedding even after we had to postpone due to Covid. The entire staff at Kirkbrae was professional and went above and beyond for us, and the venue itself is gorgeous. Would highly recommend!

I had my wedding at Kirkbrae in 2016 and I had my sister’s bridal shower at Kirkbrae this month and the event was amazing! Tiffany helped me plan the details of my sister’s shower and I could not have done it without her help! The staff at Kirkbrae made everyone feel safe in the venue with social distancing and staff was present the entire time if you had any questions at any point in time. Choose Kirkbrae for your next event. You will not regret it! I will choose Kirkbrae for my future events, too!

I recently hosted my sister’s bridal shower at Kirkbrae. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the whole staff was there. We did not think we would be able to have my sister’s shower due to COVID-19 so this was a very last-minute planned event - we booked it maybe about 6 weeks before the event. Tiffany helped with every last detail and the staff the day of were so kind to us and accommodating. A really great team. I don’t think I was told once that something I wanted to do could not be done. The food was amazing (definitely recommend their pink vodka penne). We had the shower outside on their upstairs patio under a beautiful tent. The backdrop of the golf course was breathtaking. I am still hearing from friends and family saying how beautiful the whole day was. I would definitely recommend booking your next event at Kirkbrae!

Our previous venue cancelled on us 6 days before our wedding. We reached out to Kirkbrae and Tiffany got back to us right away. It took only 1 meeting with her and all the details were taken care of. She even made alterations to the menu to match our previous selections. She reached out to our vendors to let them know updates and timelines which was something our other venue coordinator never did the whole two years. Tiffany literally saved our wedding! Our guests are still commenting how beautiful it was.

Choosing to have my party at the Kirkbrae was the best decision. They accommodate very large parties (had a wedding party of 350 people) and their staff is amazing. Tiffany (Director and lead coordinator for my wedding) is THE best at what she does and even when you think she doesn't have things in order the day before because you're freaking out for no reason, she wows you with the stunning finished product. The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly professional, helpful, understanding. My decor was mostly DIY so they allow you to store things at the venue the night before and they do ALL the set up AND clean up, you literally don't have to lift a finger. They were also super sweet and kept some of my items that were left behind, even the top of my wedding cake in the freezer so that I could enjoy it a year later :-) I would relive my experience and choose Kirkbrae all over again. The best part was that there wasn't any payment plan that we were tied to, we could make the payments when we could and in the amount that we could which felt very accommodating and flexible. Our party was a bit much and so I really appreciated how well the staff took care of us!

Tiffany and staff were available and quick to answer any questions we had along the way. Guests had nothing but compliments for the food, wait staff and bartenders. Planning a wedding can be stressful at times, but Tiffany’s expertise put us at ease that everything would be handled, and it was!

After searching far and wide for a venue to host our wedding, we knew as soon as we found Kirkbrae Country club it was the right fit. Kirkbrae features a great bar selection, beautiful scenery with an indoor outdoor ballroom, amazing food, and warm and welcoming staff. From the cocktail area to the customizable ballroom, kirkbrae offers decorative flexibility while still maintaining its country club charm. We met with Tiffany, and it was immediately clear that she was the best in the business. She left no stone unturned, was extremely patient with us, and accommodating for ever last Tiny detail. On our wedding day she was a familiar face and kept the event flowing smoothly and professionally while still staying canlmand collected. She’s the best. Kirkbrae will forever hold a special place in our heart, the service is second to none, the food was amazing, and our wedding could not have gone better. There is no better place to host your wedding!

While researching venues, I was adamantly against a country club. Our focus for our day was making our family and friends feel like the reception they were coming to was almost an extension of our home. Tiffany Marsocci is the person you want in your life as a bride!!! From the very first time we met her she was so calm, efficient, understood our vision and was so knowledgeable that we never worried about the venue. Not. One. Second! It was a priceless gift to my husband and I and we were not let down at all on our special day. Our guests reached out to us for months, sharing they felt our wedding was the most loving, fun and warm wedding they were honored to have attended. Of course, family and friends will be kind and say nice comments, but these three sentiments were repeated over and over again! We had only shared this vision with Tiffany and her team. The fact that this is how so many felt is just another indicator our best decision was choosing this amazing staff and venue! We also wanted to add the vendors we used that were on her recommendation list were the vendors we absolutely LOVED! We have used several of them for other events since our wedding! The only one we cannot wait to partner with again in the future is Kirkbrae! Kirkbrae was the most amazing wedding venue my husband and I could have ever imagined. Tiffany and the Kirkbrae staff made the entire day and whole wedding process seamless. When I first walked into Kirkbrae I knew it was where I wanted to get married. The venue and staff surpassed my expectations and provided with the best night we could have ever asked for. I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything and cannot thank the wonder staff at Kirkbrae enough so making our night so special.

I had my wedding at Kirkbrae on Sunday, August 11, 2019. Tiffany and the Kirkbrae staff were awesome! She answered all of my questions, had the ceremony and reception decorated perfectly, and eased my anxieties during the wedding. Tiffany made sure everything worked out flawlessly. Tiffany and the Kirkbrae staff are friendly, patient, and very professional. I definitely recommend Kirkbrae Country Club and Tiffany Marsocci! :)

i had my wedding at Kirkbrae friday 9/13/19. Tiffany and the staff were beyond amazing!! we had so many compliments on the venue and the food it was great. i couldn’t be happier with how our day went and can’t thank Tiffany enough!

Marianna and I can’t thank the entire staff at Kirkbrae enough! Tiffany made our entire planning process organized and stress free. Our wedding have over 350 guests, we were concerned something would go wrong but we were proven wrong! The Cocktail hour was first class, the food was amazing and all came out on time and warm and the wait staff and bartenders were just phenomenal! To top it off Marianna and I were treated liked royalty all night! Don’t pass up on this venue, it’s worth every penny!

Our entire experience with Kirkbrae was seamless and enjoyable thanks to Tiffany and her team! Having a built in coordinator to help keep you on track, provide references and suggestions and make sure your day runs smoothly is probably the best perk of choosing this venue. All of our guests have mentioned how wonderful our food was and what great service they received from the staff. The ballroom is versatile enough to be able to adapt to just about any theme while the grounds provide the perfect area for pictures and wraparound deck for cocktail hour. We highly recommend Kirkbrae!

Tiffany and her team were amazing the day of our wedding. We felt at ease walking into our venue knowing it was all taken care of. The food was amazing, we still get compliments from our guests. The bridal assistant was so professional and made us feel so comfortable all day and night. If you are looking for a well organized, beautiful venue, with great staff I highly recommend Kirkbrae. We also had a breakfast the next day for our guests which was amazing!

My husband and I had a fabulous wedding ceremony and reception at Kirkbrae. Tiffany and her staff made sure we had a fantastic day. The food was absolutely delicious! We can’t say enough great things about our wedding. It was above and beyond perfection! More than one guest said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. Tiffany and her team at Kirkbrae Country Club provided us with a wedding reception that exceeded our expectations. Everything was pure perfection from the moment we arrived from the church ceremony to leaving at the end of the night. Tiffany is extremely accessible and prompt in her correspondence with her couples and goes above and beyond to deliver everything she can in her power to meet the couple's dreams for their reception. Kudos as well to our bridal attendant, Justina. I don't know how we could have gotten through the reception without her. She brought us rounds of drinks, a platter of appetizers from the cocktail hour, suggested photo locations, knew how to bustle my dress on first sight, knew to put my comfy shoes under the head table for me, and more! Can't recommend this location enough.

My husband and I cannot put into words how extremely happy we are for having chosen Kirkbrae as our wedding venue. Everything was so perfect from the food to the decor. Also, as if that wasn't good enough, Tiffany was nine months pregnant the month before my wedding and did not miss a beat!!!!!!!! She kept up with every single email as if she was in the office. She is seriously a super woman. She even showed up to the reception to check in to make sure everything was good. Just such an amazing experience all around.

The WOW on my face when we walked into the room was one of my favorite moments of my wedding day. Tiffany wins awards and after working with her I see why. Organized and results are just a small piece to her success. The ceremony and reception were perfect. The room was the most beautiful reception room I’ve ever seen. The food was amazing. From the first time we visited kirkbrae right up to the wedding any questions we had Tiffany always answered promptly. I honestly truly have no complaints it was a true fairytale wedding.

Kirkbrae Country Club was a DREAM COME TRUE for my husband and I! We were working with what we thought was a reasonable budget for a wedding, but it was actually pretty difficult to find anything that would accommodate our wedding size (about 150-200 people) for the amount we were willing to spend. We saw KCC pop up on The Knot and decided to set up an appointment. Within 10 minutes of talking to their wedding coordinator, Tiffany, I had my heart set on this place. Tiffany is worth her weight IN GOLD. Let me say that again: she is worth her weight IN. GOLD. She has every resource you could ever need to plan your dream wedding. She responds to emails sent at crazy hours of the night and always has a super helpful solution to offer. She knows how weddings work and can anticipate every problem you could think of before they even arise (actually, she already has a plan in place to avoid those problems entirely). She is professional, funny, and personable. Just reach out to her and you will see what I mean right away. Beyond Tiffany (seriously, booking for her alone is worth it), the venue itself is gorgeous. We opted to take our photos right on the Country Club grounds, and they look like they came out of a magazine. Inside, Chandeliers and sweeping views from the balconies made our fall wedding absolutely breathtaking. The ceilings in the ballroom are awesome, and they can drape fabric around the walls to soften everything up. If you want to have a bar for your wedding, the bar service is spectacular and planned perfectly so that there is never much of a wait for anything. We were worried about having too many people to fit anywhere, but when we mentioned 150-200 guests, Tiffany promptly said "Oh, so a pretty small wedding", and we only needed one of the ballrooms available. The food is AMAZING. They just updated their wedding menu, but the costs are still very reasonable. Everyone who came up to us to talk about the wedding started off with "It was so much fun! The food was DELICIOUS." We had two entrees, plus a vegetarian option, and no one had a bad word to say. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive to anything a guest may need. Our bridal attendant, Danielle, went above and beyond to make us feel cared for on our big day; the other servers were also beyond reproach. After 2+ years of planning and stressing about the details of our wedding, it meant so much to us to have an amazing wedding at Kirkbrae. We were able to completely relax and focus on one another, which is what the wedding should be about! Book your wedding at KCC and you will not be disappointed in your experience.

My wife and I cannot thank Tiffany enough for all the hard work that she did to ensure our day not only ran smoothly but that it was perfect. From the time we arrived to the time of cleanup, Tiffany oversaw everything that we did for our reception and although we were slightly behind on time, did not stress about it and allowed the day to go on as planned. Not only that, but her staff was phenomenal, going above and beyond to ensure all of our guests were taken care of. In particular, Meagan, who was assisting my wife and I, was one of the nicest people you could meet and was willing to help make the day more perfect in any way possible. From the food to the venue (which was decorated elegantly and tastefully for Christmas), everything turned out perfectly. Thank you for making our reception a stress-free enjoyable time (which went by way too fast)!

My husband and I got married at Kirkbrae just about a month ago. Prior to visiting Kirkbrae we were looking at a couple of other venues in the Providence area. We kept coming up short, realizing that many venues charge a lot of money and don’t offer anything besides the room. When we visited kirkbrae we fell in love! It was a beautiful venue (even undecorated) that offered such an appealing wedding package. To top it off, Tiffany was so nice, informative, and helpful. Throughout the entire process Tiffany was extremely responsive and organized. And then our wedding day came and there was no stress at all. I knew Tiffany had it all handled. She showed us the room before opening the doors to our guests and we teared up. The Kirkbrae team did an amazing job making the room look so romantic and just how we wanted it. The food was also absolutely delicious. I haven’t had one guest tell me otherwise. I truthfully don’t have one negative thing to say about my wedding day at Kirkbrae. We can’t thank them enough.

10/12/18 We got married at Kirkbrae! We had both our ceremony and reception here and Tiffany was AMAZING! My husband and I are alternative people and she was so willing and excited to work with us to make our vision come to life. Tiffany made it so I didn’t have a worry the days leading to and the day of our wedding. I had nothing but compliments on the ceremony, reception and food. Everything was perfect and delicious.

I would absolutely recommend booking kirkbrae today! Out of all the places we looked at, we knew this was it! Tiffany was amazing to work with!! Everything was so organized! The transformation of this place is unbelievable! It is absolutely breath taking! We got married 8/24/18 outside on the patio and it was fantastic! The grounds at kirkbrae are amazing for photos! Food and drinks were also perfect! I have celiac disease and they were so accommodating for me! Everyone loved their food and so did we!! We couldn’t complain about one thing. Tiffany and the staff at kirkbrae made it a dream come true wedding! It was everything and more I ever expected! Book your wedding here you’ll be so happy you did!!

I would give more stars if I could. The second I saw Kirkbrae and met with Tiffany I knew it was the place I wanted to have my wedding. Tiffany was AMAZING. She was very helpful from day 1. She goes above and beyond and does absolutely everything she can to put your dream wedding to life. The second I walked into the reception hall the day of my wedding my draw dropped. Everything I envisioned it to be right in front of me. My wedding was over a week ago and I am still getting texts and calls about how beautiful and amazing it was and how delicious the food was. I can't recommend Kirkbrae enough.

Kirkbrae was amazing! Tiffany was SO helpful and caring and I'm so glad she was my wedding planner throughout the process. She made sure everything was set up the way I wanted and our ceremony/reception couldn't have been more beautiful! Food was great, staff was great, what more can you ask for! My entire family is still talking about how beautiful my wedding was! Tiffany really does go above and beyond to make sure your wedding goes perfectly. Tiffany Marsocci was so helpful throughout our wedding planning she went above and beyond to accommodate us every single detail. My family was very pleased with how well our wedding went with no complications or disasters. One detail that Tiffany hit the nail on the head was my father’s wine. He preserved wine fir 35 years for roasting at my wedding which was truly special to him, she made sure it was poured correctly and did not waste one drop of it. It was truly a blessing to have a wedding planner as incredible as Tiffany!

My husband and I recently got married at Kirkbrae back in August and I couldn't of been more pleased with the service, the staff and the food. The staff was absolutely amazing. They exceeded what I could of ever dreamed my wedding would be. Walking into my reception I almost cried because of how awesome they did setting everything up. Tiffany was the best wedding planner I could of asked for. She was the best help accomadating with my husband being deployed, then us moving to another state, I'm very happy with how our special day turned out and couldn't of done it without Tiffany and the amazing staff that was with us that day.

Kirkbrae country club is such a gorgeous wedding venue! I highly recommend it to any bride. Tiffany made sure everything went perfectly and the ballroom looked amazing. Tiffany is the absolute best. We received unexpected rain an hour before show time and she moved the whole ceremony inside and it was amazing! Wouldn't send anyone anywhere than Kirkbrae for a wedding venue!

Tiffany was our wedding planner. She was extremely patient with us as we had many questions considering neither of us had gotten married or planned a wedding before. She was very organized & communicative throughout the process, & always very accommodating in scheduling meetings that met our schedule. Tiffany was responsive to all our phone & email inquiries when questions arose after a meeting. She did a great job of keeping other vendors abreast of any last minute changes that came up and provided clear timeline of event for said vendors which helped make sure things went off without a hitch on wedding night. Tiffany accommodated a last minute change which was huge and greatly appreciated :) The services rendered on our wedding night were top notch from the servers to the bartenders. The staff at our rehearsal dinner did a great job as well. Not sure which meal we enjoyed more, wedding night or rehearsal dinner. Never received more compliments about food over the course of the 2 days. Great job by the chefs there! It’s a credit to Tim Flanagan, the GM at Kirkbrae that everyone there provided such excellent product t quality & service. Thank you to all! We all had a blast!
