Photography is about so much more than beautiful photos. It's my goal to tell the story of your love and what makes your story unique. From your engagement session to your wedding day, you can count on me to highlight what makes you, YOU, focusing on the moments of raw emotion and allowing you to be yourselves in front of my lens. My clients often become friends after working together and I am honored to be a part of each and every story, documenting some of life's most precious moments.
My photography style is best described as light, natural and film-inspired imagery. I work with clients throughout the local area, including Santa Barbara County and San Luis Obispo County, as well as select Northern California cities. It would be an honor to work with you and be a part of your day!

My husband and I are so glad she told us about the "first look" option and she even was able to get a few photos of us with our high energy pup before our ceremony. Wyatt, her second photographer, was also really great and felt immediately comfortable with him as me and my girlfriends were getting ready before the ceremony. en stepped in and helped me out immensely with wedding things that I had no clue about. It was like having a personal wedding coordinator at my side. She even did the timeline for us which helped my poor sole out because I was clueless. She made the whole process easy and smooth. She captured every picture that I could have ever wanted and then some. When we had extra time she stepped right in and took more which turned out to be my favorites. She told us exactly what to do and how to pose and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother day. I did so much research on photographers... and we interviewed quite a few until we met her and then canceled the rest and hired her immediately. Loved having her as our engagement/wedding photographer and love her light/natural image style. Her love for what she does, shows and her attention to detail never went unnoticed. She got so many photos where we had no clue she was even there! She and the second shooter were totally invisible during the parts when we were just wanting to enjoy every moment, which allowed us to soak in every part of the day with no distractions. m glad I found her on craigslist. Kirsten's way of capturing moments and the editing is what caught our eye. Her prices are affordable and she is flexible with working on a package to meet our needs. Kirsten was always punctual, if not, early :) Not only was she a big help on helping us with poses but she made us feel comfortable; her personality stood out as enthusiastic and professional.
