Kirsten is a life-saver! After feeling unsure about the tactics of the alterations staff where I bought the dress (Novella), I was incredibly wary. However, Kirsten said all the ri...ght things. I initially looked her up because I thought she was in San Mateo near my work, but she ended up being in the inner sunset. Although the location wasn't super convenient for me, her professionalism and expertise made me pick quality over convenience. Kirsten and I had four sessions for my complicated dress, and she could fit me in during the times that worked best for me. She is obviously very talented, experienced, and on top of things. I could even text her if I had a question about something. In general, she's amazing. I highly recommend her, even if she's out of your way. You'd be lucky to have her. Her pricing is reasonable, too.
