We went from engaged to married within 9 months and had our wedding in the LA off-season (February). We chose KASID’s “wedding management plus design” package which required some work on our side (compared to a full-service planning package), but we received great vendor recommendations from KASID’s many industry connections along the way and expert guidance for any questions we had (and we had a lot). Karla and team are professional, easy to work with, incredibly organized, attentive, considerate, and fun. Karla went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized in advance of our wedding day so that we could truly relax once the ceremony jitters faded. On our wedding day, we trusted Karla and team to execute the wedding vision we put together, and it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. She took over all communication with vendors leading up to our wedding and made sure they all had our timeline, payments/tips, and working accordingly as planned. As a Latina myself it was important to have a coordinator that could communicate with my guest and Karla and her team were exceptional. Throughout our day we did not have to worry about a thing. the consummate professional - thorough, detailed and very organized! We had to go through a postponement and reschedule and Karla was guiding us and giving advice every step of the way. Having someone like Karla really put us at ease because she makes sure you are staying on top of things, and points out things that you would not have thought of in this crazy process. Once we finally got close to our big day, she put together a timeline and floor plan that were completely catered to us and what we wanted for our big day. All of her prep materials were so incredibly helpful. She worked closely with our reception venue and all vendors to make sure every detail was accounted for and to make sure that everyone was on the same page. These are things that you don’t want to worry about with all that is going on. You obviously never know how your space is going to look after you hand over your decor, and Karla and her team made our reception look beyond anything we could have ever imagined! Any tiny issue that came up on our big day was immediately fixed. Karla and her team kept everything running smoothly so that we wouldn’t have anything to worry about. It was also really important for us to have a bilingual coordinator as we have a lot of Spanish-speaking family members. Having Karla there to answer any questions in English and Spanish was so incredible helpful. We are so grateful that we chose Karla and her team to coordinate the best day of our lives!

f the things that I really did not want to spend money on was a planner or coordinator. I knew managing a wedding would be stressful, but I figured I could do it on my own. I was very wrong! Karla was involved in every step of the process - helping the early planning, providing Excel documents (timelines, table guides, etc.), keeping us on-track with useful tips and reminders, and finally managing the day-of operations. At each step, my partner and I commented to each other how thankful we were to have Karla's assistance! Every vendor you hire as part of your wedding has an important and unique job on the day of the event, but Karla proved to be the linchpin that kept everyone organized and things running smoothly. I was incredibly impressed with her ability to make sure everything was attended to while keeping the stress away from us (the bride and groom). I can't imagine how much less I would have enjoyed my wedding if I had to attend to all of the details that Karla seamlessly handled on our behalf. Thanks Karla for all of your help! You were wonderfully kind and patient, and we couldn't have done this without you!

Like many couples our wedding had to be postponed a year and she was very understanding and helpful navigating that process and honored our original contract. When we significantly downsized our wedding she was happy to offer perspective and help us explore other options including a new venue (ultimately we kept the one we originally booked). She made herself available and was a great communicator, which is crucial! On the day of she was very helpful with the vendor coordination and ensuring everything ran smoothly. There were a couple snags with our florist and band, but she handled. In the moment the day becomes such a whirlwind, but after looking back out our pictures and the feedback from guest we know there is no way we would have been able to execute without Karla and her team.
