We selected 'Kiss and Say I Do' as our wedding planner / coordinator and we are so grateful that we did! Noelia was our contact throughout the planning process, as well as our on t...
he day wedding coordinator. It can be challenging to plan your own wedding, but Noeilia and her assistant Ellie made the process very stress free. We were provided with carefully curated calendars, charts, and sheets to help us stay organized throughout the process.
One week since our most dreamy wedding, and our hearts are most grateful for Noelia and the wonderful team at Kiss and Say I Do Events.
From day one, Kiss and Say I Do have been ...
communicative, professional, and genuinely enthused to be part of our special day. Emails and meeting were scheduled accordingly. Expectation and suggested timeline of tasks were provided. Resources for vendors and other helpful tips were available. And most importantly, we were able to enjoy our special day because we knew that Noelia and the team would execute our vision with contingency plans in place.
In the past week, we have been riding our post-wedding honeymoon highs with our friends and families complimenting us on how wonderful our wedding was. Our guests’ happy reflection of our special day is a true testament to Kiss and Say I Do and their fantastic services. <3
We can't say enough great things about Kiss and Say I Do and Noelia. From the very beginning, they were incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtful in every detail. Our wedd...
ing was not an easy one to manage. It took place across multiple locations in Los Angeles, involved several vendors who had never worked together before, and required coordinating logistics for all of our out-of-town guests.
Even with all those challenges, Noelia and her team made everything feel effortless. They created an environment where every vendor worked together seamlessly, as if they had been a team for years. The entire day flowed beautifully, and that was all because of the structure and support she put in place.
We also had a reception venue with complicated rules, but thanks to Noelia, we never felt the pressure of those restrictions. She handled everything behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy our day.
One of the most valuable things Noelia brought was her calm, steady energy. During both the planning process and the wedding day itself, she was always composed and reassuring, even when things got hectic. We even found ourselves missing the planning once it was over, simply because working with her was such a joy.
When we needed a last-minute vendor, Noelia stepped in without hesitation and found someone through her trusted network. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way.
We wholeheartedly recommend Kiss and Say I Do and Noelia. We were incredibly lucky to have her on our side and cannot imagine our wedding without her and the team.
A three month old, but beyond warranted review for Karla and her amazing team. We found Karla through a personalized facebook inquiry for a wedding planner experienced with the His...
panic culture. Through the midst of about 50 responses, her detailed response outlining her resume stood out. And after falling in love with her during our meet and greet, we knew she was the one.
I must preface this with the fact that both my wife and I are very particular, attentive to detail, and know exactly what we love/want. And Karla and team tackled this challenge without hesitation, and although I'm sure it wasn't, they made it seem effortless.
From the beginning, Karla sent us everything we needed to begin planning our dream wedding. From spreadsheets, to informatory brochures, to vendors, Karla helped us create the perfect design and team to bring our vision to life. Karla was available every and any time we had a question, a concern, or a comment. She not once disagreed, but added constructive criticism when needed. Her patience and understanding were outstandingly impressive, and honestly, I don't know how she did it!
Karla made sure all vendors knew our vision, and she advocated for our must haves when needed.
The few weeks before our wedding, Karla and team stepped up to the plate with venue and vendor walkthroughs, easing our anxieties and worries, troubleshooting the minor discrepancies, and creating the perfect itinerary for our big day. She also made sure our bridal party was fully understanding of their role and responsibilities (thank you, Karla).
Now the big day! Where do I begin? She had us assign two decision makers for the day of. But she did such a wonderful and impeccable job at cooridnating with vendors and the venue, that they had no responsibility the day of. The venue looked amazing for our entire wedding. It was exactly what we envisioned, what we discussed, and what we planned. The coordination was outstanding. Every single part of our itinerary was executed exactly how we planned, even our guests noticed and complimented us. All in all, our wedding we PERFECT. Every single thing about our day was perfect. Karla and her team did an amazing job at everything we hired them to do. It was worth every penny, and I would do it all over again (in another lifetime). The amount of gratitude that my wife and I have is indescribable. Karla, Ellie, and Noemi, thank you so much for everything you did, endured, and executed the day of. We are still processing and talking about our day, and I honestly think we will for the rest of our lives. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! I almost forgot this is a review. Quit thinking about it and just hire Kiss & Say I Do already! You will absolutely not regret it.
Excellent Server and Professional Staff. The communicate so effectively that there is no room for errors or mistakes.

y I Do Events were throughout the entire process. Simply put, our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her. Karla helped us every step of the way, from the initial stages of planning 9 months out to every detail of the design and the logistics of the actual wedding day. She made wedding planning enjoyable and possible so we could enjoy the every special moment of our wedding. She is extremely organized, kind, efficient, available at any time to discuss planning, and aims to relieve as much stress as possible. Her team made sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. We are extremely grateful we found Kiss & Say I Do Events and would highly recommend to anyone planning their wedding! <3

My fiancé and I booked a power hour coaching call with Karla after feeling overwhelmed and anxious at the idea of cross-country wedding planning. Due to our tight budget, hiring a ...
full time wedding planner was not in the plans, but I knew we needed some direction and advice. I followed Kiss & Say I Do on Instagram because I admired Karla's honesty and transparency at supporting couples in planning their special day. Meeting with Karla was a tremendous breakthrough for us, as we were struggling with where to start, what to cross off our list first, and timelines for completing tasks, however Karla provided us with an immense amount of clarity that helped us prioritize a step-by-step planning process rather than attempting to do everything all at once. We highly recommend Karla and Kiss & Say I Do for any event planning!

Karla and her team were the best! I cannot recommend them enough. From the moment we started our wedding planning journey to the day we said "I do," Karla has been there to help us...
prepare. Her expertise when it comes to coordinating weddings was excellent as she was very knowledgable about the ends and out of the day. Her team were on point, and she wrangled all of our vendors, so we didn't have to worry about those details and organization.
I think what I loved most about the time, my now wife and I had with Karla, was that she helped us breathe on the wedding day and realize that it was all going to go according to plan. I personally underestimated how chaotic a wedding day could be, but Karla was there to help center me.
Something important for our wedding was being able to converse in both English and Spanish. Karla and her team were great in this aspect too, allowing for both families to be seen and feel heard. As when it comes to weddings, taking care of the family helps the people getting married become more at ease, well at least it did in my case.
Again, I am not sure I could say enough about Karla, she is a true professional, and I felt like I made a friend in the process. I would Highly, and I stress highly recommend her for you wedding. You won't regret it.

As a fellow vendor, the work is always so much more enjoyable when you're collaborating with pros who know how to keep things light and flowing-- and Karla does an incredible job executing clients' visions. If you want a smooth event and your vision executed to the detail, you can't go wrong with K&SIDE!!

ey were available whenever we had a small or big question. They advised us when we were unsure if we should do this or that and provided us with past experiences and provided perspective. Professionals in every sense of the word. Being bilingual was a huge help in not only communicating with friends and family but also the vast array of vendors and they’re own methods of communication whether it was email, text, or phone calls. I highly recommend them to anyone who is even thinking of getting married, and regardless if it is a small or bid event. A special shout out to Karla, who made us feel so welcomed and warm and loved. She was able to navigate even the sensitive issues with class. We truly are grateful and appreciative of every little moment that led up to the big day and grateful we had Kiss & Say I Do so that we were allowed to bask in our day without a worry or being preoccupied if we forgot something or what needed to be done next because it was already taken care of.
If you are looking for a bilingual wedding coordinator hire Karla!! I do not know what we would have done without her. She is so organized, professional and best of all so warm and...
fun. Any question I had she was always so quick to respond either with an answer or would find out that answer. Any issues that came up before or during the day of I knew we could count on her to resolve as best as possible. We interviewed a few bilingual coordinators in the area but once we met with Karla it just felt right. Thank you Karla and team!
Karla was the BEST wedding planner we could've ever asked for. She was so kind and organized and helped us navigate this very stressful time with such ease (and this is coming from...
a very anxious, stressed-out bride). We truly couldn’t have pulled it off without her support. Karla's dedication, attention to detail, and passion for her work are incredible. I wish we could get married again just to work with her again!
Thank you for flowing with all of our crazy ideas and making us feel so comfortable throughout the entire planning process. Every little detail came out amazing and nothing really went wrong - which is a big surprise after hearing from so many people that something is "bound to go wrong" at your wedding.
If you're thinking about hiring Karla for your wedding - DO IT! Trust me, you will not regret it.

tions.
While most of our interactions were with Karla, the owner of the business, we wanted to take a moment to highlight the rest of her team and thank them for the wonderful job they did. Each member of her team that we came across was a delight to interact with and contributed towards giving us the most wonderful wedding we could have hoped for.
As for Karla herself, what is there to say? She is simply outstanding. Going far beyond what we would have expected of any planner, Karla deftly walked the fine line between being a service provider and becoming a dear friend. There is such sincerity in all her interactions that her desire to give her clients the best event she possibly can becomes undeniable. If you are looking for a recommendation, there is no one we can imagine doing a better job at navigating the intricacies of planning a wedding than Karla and the Kiss and Say I Do team.
When we first hired Karla, we were just looking for a solid planner because we were planning our wedding from out of the country. By the end, we were so happy that she was able to witness our wedding because we genuinely wanted her there just as much as any guest. She didn’t just manage contracts and vendors; she offered support to us during family drama and various stressors that developed during our planning period. We bonded over similar heritages and life experiences, we laughed over my now-husband’s dumb jokes, and we all sighed together over planning headaches we couldn’t avoid. Even though she became so much more than just a wedding planner, she remained an absolute rockstar on the day of our wedding.
We had so many guests come up to us and tell us we had a perfect wedding or that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, but the highest praise we can give is that we didn’t feel an ounce of stress on our wedding day. If anything went wrong or not according to plan, we had no idea and never felt it. All we had on our day was love and joy, and we are so grateful that Karla and her team were able to create that for us.
Karla and the whole Kiss and Say I do Events team were BEYOND everything my husband and I could have ever asked for. They helped us get through the stress of wedding planning, they...
helped us come up with amazing ideas and they made the day truly perfect.
My husband and I are beyond pleased with our experience with Karla and her team at Kiss & Say I Do. We found Karla early in our wedding planning journey (I googled “Latina Wedding ...
Planner” and KASID was the top result) and after a virtual meeting we were sold on Karla being the right planner for us. It also helped me to review her Instagram and see that her weddings were fun and colorful, which is what I wanted for my own wedding.
We went from engaged to married within 9 months and had our wedding in the LA off-season (February). We chose KASID’s “wedding management plus design” package which required some work on our side (compared to a full-service planning package), but we received great vendor recommendations from KASID’s many industry connections along the way and expert guidance for any questions we had (and we had a lot).
Karla and team are professional, easy to work with, incredibly organized, attentive, considerate, and fun. Karla went above and beyond to make sure everything was organized in advance of our wedding day so that we could truly relax once the ceremony jitters faded. On our wedding day, we trusted Karla and team to execute the wedding vision we put together, and it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. From cake to candles and everything in between, we had an amazing experience with Karla, and I can’t wait to recommend Kiss & Say I Do to any engaged friends in the future.

nd, communicative, professional, reassuring, organized, and fun to be around, and our guests noticed this too. I received so many compliments that night, “I love her,” “I wish she had been my wedding coordinator,” “everything was so organized,” “Does she have a business card?” and so much more. Karla is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an incredible person. She made such an impact on my life that by the end of the night I was sad that it was all done, because we had such a great time. I will forever be grateful to Karla and cherish all the memories shared with her and The Kiss & Say I Do Events team from our wedding. Please look no further and book her and her team ASAP.
Karla was fantastic. Our wedding day couldn't have gone any better. We owe that to Karla's excellent planning and attention to detail!
I’d like to begin by saying YES you do need a Wedding coordinator! It’s already overwhelming being a bride and I cannot stress enough what a relief it was to have Karla and Kiss & ...
Say I Do team with me for our wedding 09/23/22. Karla was super organized, communicative, and attentive to detail. She took over all communication with vendors leading up to our wedding and made sure they all had our timeline, payments/tips, and working accordingly as planned. As a Latina myself it was important to have a coordinator that could communicate with my guest and Karla and her team were exceptional. Throughout our day we did not have to worry about a thing. Karla’s team made sure to take care of any issues that arise and made sure our day ran as smooth as possible. Having a wedding coordinator was the best decision I could of ever made. My day couldn’t have been complete without these ladies and I am forever thankful to have chosen them to be part of our day. Thank you Karla!

nd willing to answer or assist with anything right away. She is the consummate professional - thorough, detailed and very organized! We had to go through a postponement and reschedule and Karla was guiding us and giving advice every step of the way. Having someone like Karla really put us at ease because she makes sure you are staying on top of things, and points out things that you would not have thought of in this crazy process. Once we finally got close to our big day, she put together a timeline and floor plan that were completely catered to us and what we wanted for our big day. All of her prep materials were so incredibly helpful. She worked closely with our reception venue and all vendors to make sure every detail was accounted for and to make sure that everyone was on the same page. These are things that you don’t want to worry about with all that is going on. You obviously never know how your space is going to look after you hand over your decor, and Karla and her team made our reception look beyond anything we could have ever imagined! Any tiny issue that came up on our big day was immediately fixed. Karla and her team kept everything running smoothly so that we wouldn’t have anything to worry about. It was also really important for us to have a bilingual coordinator as we have a lot of Spanish-speaking family members. Having Karla there to answer any questions in English and Spanish was so incredible helpful. We are so grateful that we chose Karla and her team to coordinate the best day of our lives!

hem to anyone!
When we were starting our wedding process, one of the things that I really did not want to spend money on was a planner or coordinator. I knew managing a wedding would be stressful, but I figured I could do it on my own. I was very wrong!
Karla was involved in every step of the process - helping the early planning, providing Excel documents (timelines, table guides, etc.), keeping us on-track with useful tips and reminders, and finally managing the day-of operations. At each step, my partner and I commented to each other how thankful we were to have Karla's assistance!
Every vendor you hire as part of your wedding has an important and unique job on the day of the event, but Karla proved to be the linchpin that kept everyone organized and things running smoothly. I was incredibly impressed with her ability to make sure everything was attended to while keeping the stress away from us (the bride and groom). I can't imagine how much less I would have enjoyed my wedding if I had to attend to all of the details that Karla seamlessly handled on our behalf.
Thanks Karla for all of your help! You were wonderfully kind and patient, and we couldn't have done this without you!
Karla and her associates were extremely organized! Lots of budget, seating chart and other tools to help with planning. We specifically hired them for day-of coordination but they ...
checked in multiple times leading up to the wedding day and helped confirm details with all the vendors and the venue. On the day of, Karla’s associate and her assistant were worth their weight in gold! Not only did they help with set up and flipping, but they also helped tear down, quietly packing up items before the music went off so we had minimal work after.
Karla with Kiss and Say I do is an absolute wonderful person. She put the effort to make sure we get what we wanted, she communicated with all the vendors for us on our behalf and ...
reviewed the contracts/agreements carefully. Karla always made herself available at the time that would work best for me, given my busy schedule, even on weekends. On the day of the wedding, Karla and her team were FANTASTIC, they were on top of EVERYTHING! The day went by smoothly, my family and I were able to enjoy the entire day without needing to be concerned about anything. Karla is a very sweet person, she felt like family as the day of the wedding would get closer.
Karla, thank you so much for all you did, we are so grateful we came across you! XOXO

Communication with her was always easy and she was consistently quick to respond whenever we emailed with any questions. She was impeccably organized and didn't let any details fall through the cracks. She always maintained a calm, reassuring demeanor (while also making sure we kept to task and adhered to our decision-making timeline). And she is an extremely kind person to boot. Our wedding exceeded even our loftiest expectations and Karla played a crucial role in making that happen. We could not recommend her more highly.

On top of being a very nice, funny, and energetic person, she is SUPER good at her job and did amazing work putting all the details and timelines together. So many people at my wedding commented that she was the best coordinator they had ever seen - this was especially true of the bridals parties who worked more closely with her. wedding but wanted fall colors. I did not know if that was even possible. I knew the mood I wanted for the wedding and the aesthetics but did not know how that would look or come together. I drew the lines but Karla really blew it out of the park on filling them in. Her and her team, her recommendations, the vendors she worked with were all amazing! They were attentive and committed to delivering the wedding of our dreams. Our expectations where greatly exceeded. Our guest were commenting on how amazing she was and the tight ship she ran, even they noticed. I can’t thank them all enough for making our dream wedding come true. We appreciate them all and will miss Karla. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner don’t hesitate with Karla, she will deliver. We are eternally grateful. - Nancy and James

e listened and understood our desires to have traditional cultural/catholic elements in our wedding, without having to do an actual church wedding.
Like many couples our wedding had to be postponed a year and she was very understanding and helpful navigating that process and honored our original contract. When we significantly downsized our wedding she was happy to offer perspective and help us explore other options including a new venue (ultimately we kept the one we originally booked). She made herself available and was a great communicator, which is crucial!
On the day of she was very helpful with the vendor coordination and ensuring everything ran smoothly. There were a couple snags with our florist and band, but she handled. In the moment the day becomes such a whirlwind, but after looking back out our pictures and the feedback from guest we know there is no way we would have been able to execute without Karla and her team.
Highly recommend!

She helped us navigate last minute changes with ease and made sure the entire day ran so smoothly. She was a lifesaver for us and we are so grateful to have worked with her on putting together such a meaningful event. She's so funny, sweet, and accommodating. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for experienced guidance and support for their wedding!
Karla made sure our big day was a success. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Our decorations looked spectacular all around.
I'm so happy she was there to walk us through the ...

I got married in June 2019. Let me just say that Karla is AMAZING. As you know, weddings are very exciting but there is so much to plan. I have been with my husband for 7 years and...
we have shared many beautiful moments. However, our wedding day definitely tops them all, many thanks to Karla. We are happy and blessed to say that with Karla's help we had the had most beautiful and perfect wedding. We had our wedding at La Canada Thursday Club (which is also an AMAZING venue and very affordable compared to the 20 plus venues I researched in the LA area). Karla was able to meet us on several occasions at our venue and outside our venue. She was on top of all our arrangements and was able to plan down to the smallest details. She is also bilingual and was very patient with my family and mother who were helping with decorations. During our wedding everything ran so smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything. Thank you so much Karla, we are very blessed to have had you as our wedding coordinator 😊
Karla is someone I would describe as a "must-hire" if you're looking for a professional, with-it, brilliant wedding coordinator. My husband and I did a lot of the planning ourselve...
s and it would have been overwhelming without Karla. She never missed a beat, she was with us every step of the way, and she did it all with a smile on her face.
She went above and beyond her job description and we could not love her more. It was such a joy to arrive at the venue on the day of our wedding and see Karla taking care of business with her friendly attitude and chill demeanor. The joy and fun of our wedding was in no small part thanks to her swift organization, attention to detail, and guiding hand. We love her and would hire her again in a heartbeat. (Truly hoping to flood her with clients when all of our friends get married!!)
Karla is the best around! I am so happy that we got to meet her! We were on a budget and hired her for "Day of Coordination" for our wedding and were blown away by her dedication ...
and professionalism. She thought of every detail and is very tech savvy so we had two very productive meetings before the wedding. She genuinely cares about your event and most importantly, executes flawlessly!! I cannot thank her enough for giving me the peace of mind knowing that everything would be under control and that our families would enjoy the wedding. I remember that the priest could not make it to our rehearsal so Karla did all her research and took on that role too. She's hardworking , friendly and will ensure your event is a success! We will be be forever grateful and strongly recommend Karla for your next event!
We had a wonderful experience with Karla. She took all of our worries away, and thought of details that I would have never have considered. She coordinated with all of our vendors ...
to make sure everything would run smoothly the day of. She was also just wonderful and fun to be around. I highly recommend her.
Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews unless I’m blown away by the person or business and Kiss and Say I Do Events is amazing! Karla was so attentive and caring. She made s...
ure my husband and I didn’t have any worries on our special day. And any time we seemed to be flustered or worrying about other people’s opinions she made sure to pull us aside and be like “what do YOU want”, and I loved that! She also was extremely flexible, the day of our wedding we wanted to move events around and move them up, time wise, and Karla showed no hesitation, whatever we asked she made it happened and never made it seem like we were difficult. She also made sure my husband and I had about 10 minutes of private time after the ceremony to just soak in what just happened and to catch our breath. And she made sure we ate!! That was great! I would recommend to ANYONE! She made our day all the more special and I’m forever grateful for her!
