Kiss the Ring took a vision of a dark academia garden wedding and turned it into something out of a dream this summer in the Berkshires. We worked together hand in hand to produce ...
the entire event, which was an immersive experience for all guests. I barely lifted a finger through sourcing the top of the line vendors, coordinating tastings with the incredible Heirloom Fire team who created a dining experience like no other (including a full pig roast, themed attire, enchanting cocktail hour display, and unbelievable food), the event and floral design, and incredible vibe. It was a day I could only have dreamed of. Her hustle (physically setting up 100 chairs when need be) attention to detail, calm and caring personality, can-do spirit, creative eye and experience are second to none. I am eternally in awe!!
Kayla did an incredible job planning this wedding. It was an incredible night, and Kayla took an extra step to make sure everything was perfect for the bride and groom. Any adjus...
tments that had to be made, Kayla was quick to find a solution that was seamlessly integrated into the event.

ction: all while staying true to the bride's original vision. I especially loved the flowers. Who knew black and white could look so interesting? The centerpieces were all scooped up at the end of the night- clearly everyone loved them haha. The tables looked beautiful. Now the only thing for me to do is get engaged so I can hire Kayla to do my wedding too.... LOL. Highly recommend!!!! <3

m just not good at this kind of stuff. That’s when Kayla was hired!! Kayla sat with us and she had it all under control in a very short time. She was very good in communicating and a perfectionist to details. Needless to say the wedding went perfectly! Kayla took all the stress off the bride and groom so they could enjoy their beautiful wedding day!!!
Thanks Kayla-you’re the best!💕
Kayla was absolutely amazing. She was on top of everything the day of the wedding and put me completely at ease. Everyone was so impressed. You are in good hands with her!
Kayla and her team (Cara was with us on our wedding day) were the absolute best. I could write an essay on how unbelievable of a job they did and I’d give one million stars if I co...
uld. Leading up to our wedding day, Kayla was so organized, communicative, and helpful. She listened so carefully to my requests and preferences for the day while also giving her extremely useful perspective on everything. She is so good at what she does. Her presence is incredibly calming which is so needed for the wedding planning process. Our wedding was at my mom’s home and therefore there were a lot of details to think through and plan. I felt completely confident that things would go well with the day in Kayla’s hands - and they sure did. She made sure the day was amazing and was prepared for any scenario - including having liquid IV ready for me when I got dehydrated on our 95 degree wedding day!! I would trust her to coordinate any event, big or small, and will be recommending her to all of my friends and family who have any wedding and event planning needs. Simply the best.

setting up everything before the party. Having Kayla be apart of our event was the BEST decision we made! She was so easy to work with, had awesome recommendations, and asked all the right questions to ensure she understood our vision. Kayla was so accommodating and sweet and truly put me at ease that it was all going to come together. When we met her day of, she had the most calming and reassuring energy and it just set the tone for the whole day! The decorating was amazingly executed and she just nailed our vision! The venue was absolutely transformed and our guests were really blown away! I cannot recommend Kayla enough, you will not regret having her be apart of your big day!

motivation to plan during so much uncertainty. That all changed when we met Kayla, who totally understood our vision and brought so many fun and fresh ideas to the table! Our wedding in August 2021 was more than we ever dreamed, and she made the planning process fun again through her enthusiasm, responsiveness, and gorgeous taste :) Not to mention, she took care of everything and was so mindful of budget. he day of the wedding, I don’t know how I thought it would have been possible for me to set up, coordinate with vendors, get ready, and eat/breathe on my wedding day. Kayla is phenomenal. From our first zoom meeting together, to getting to meet in person, the day before the wedding, and day itself; every question was asked, every moment was planned, every detail outlined and executed perfectly. We had to change reception venues a month out and Kayla was ready to roll with the punches and to help keep me calm. She is so kind, cares about her clients and their families, and it is so clear that she loves what she does. I cannot recommend Kayla enough, she exceeded any expectations I had. If you want your wedding reception, or any other event, to run smoothly and to happen without panic; if you want to actually have moments to enjoy your wedding and not sweat the small (or big) stuff; please consider Kayla and “Not Your Basic Bride”. My wedding was the perfect day, and a big part of that was thanks to Kayla’s expertise and skill.

al request and after meeting her on facetime I knew she was the right fit. She was so organized and helpful during the process, (even after the venue change a month before due to Covid.) The day of the wedding she was a rockstar! She juggled family stress, and ALL the little details that needed to be put together day of. We cannot thank her enough!! I used to work for an event company in NYC and could not have been more impressed with her work. I highly recommend hiring Kayla for your special day, you will not regret it!

I am so glad I did. Kayla exceeded my expectations. She is professional, kind, and an absolute savage. From creating missing table numbers at 10pm the night before, to running to target to purchase a missing SWEETHEART table. My vision was completely and flawlessly executed because of Kayla! Will recommend her for years to come. Thank you! Love, R&J
