The team at Kiss This Makeup was great to work with for my destination wedding. I reached out to Jenna and team about a destination wedding. I was concerned about having a whole team travel-But Jenna and team assured me it would all work out and they were right.
I used Kiss This Makeup for my shower as well.
I was impressed with the attention to detail with the whole planning process with them. They knew exactly what I wanted at my trial and nailed it Wedding day it was myself, MOB, MOG, and 3 bridesmaids. They stayed on schedule and made the whole day calm. Not one moment was worried how we were doing on time. We all just enjoyed the getting ready process, but most importantly the end results. My sisters response when someone told her she looked beautiful-was a giddy scream-"I KNOW!" That was a priceless moment for me.
Wanting everyone to look and feel there best on my special day was important to me.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kiss This Makeup for the amazing work they did on my wedding day! They truly went above and beyond to make sure I looked and felt my absolute best on the big day. I had 10 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and a flower girl all needing makeup and hair done the morning of. I had a team of four stylists/artists and they did an incredible job. We received so many compliments throughout the day—people were amazed at how natural and radiant everything looked. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I was referred to Kiss This Makeup by my wedding coordinator and everyone I spoke to was kind, helpful and eased my worries about planning my destination wedding from over 1000 miles away. Communication was prompt and they worked around my schedule (I work nights) for when I was available. I was given clear information about services available and the costs and there were several times the staff reached out to verify everything was correct. Jenna was incredible to work with, arriving right on time to our hotel room, and I gave her freedom to work her magic and oh did she! I have gotten so many compliments on how I looked that day and I can't thank her enough. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Kiss This Makeup for any special event! I was very impressed how easy it was to communicate with them via email with everything I wanted. They were detailed, professional and friendly. My wedding day happened right after a hurricane and we had to change the ceremony time. My stylist Dorothy was very flexible and was able to come early for our appointment, so thankful for that! She was very sweet, she did a great job on my hair and makeup, she made me feel like a princess!

Kiss This Makeup did a WONDERFUL job with my wedding hair and makeup, as well as hair and makeup for my wedding party. I have very fine, straight hair that has a difficult time holding a curl, but Jenna Marie was so open-minded and willing to work with me on finding solutions that would work well for me. My hair help up for the entire wedding (including through Hurricane Helene!!) and was so beautiful. I was unsure what I was looking for as my hairstyle, but Jenna helped me narrow down my options and advised based on my face shape, dress, and overall vibe of the wedding. My makeup was so beautiful, and didn't irritate my sensitive skin at all and left me with no breakouts! It lasted the entire day and looks beautiful in my photographs. Jenna and Nicole also did the hair and makeup of my wedding party, and everyone was in love with their looks, and looked great the whole day. KTM was very flexible when I last minute had a family member ask if they could get their makeup done, and the team was able to adjust the schedule to accommodate her. Additionally, we have many LGBTQ+ members of our wedding party, and KTM was nothing but lovely and welcoming to all. They really went above and beyond, and I have never felt so beautiful in my whole life. I will never forget how special and stunning KTM made me feel for the entire getting-ready process, and how well-organized they were, which left me feeling no stress about how the getting-ready part of the day would go, and also feeling confident that everyone would look great throughout the entire event. I am so happy with the services from Kiss This Makeup! Our wedding got postponed by two days because of the hurricane, but the team from Kiss This Makeup was very considerate and supportive about the date and time changes. They agreed to do my makeup for me on a Saturday morning on a notice of less than 48 hours. (My wedding was initially supposed to be on Thursday but the beach was affected by Wednesday's hurricane and we got the approval for the wedding to be held on Saturday morning only by Friday afternoon)
My makeup artist, Lizz, was fantastic. She came to my hotel early morning and did a terrific job. The makeup was smooth, she contoured my face the way I wanted it. She made me comfortable while doing my hair and makeup. I love the little 'touch-up' pouch that helped me keep my lipstick on through the wedding. The best part was my curls stayed until that evening despite my hair getting a lot of beach wind.
Overall, I am very happy with their services and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs bridal makeup services.

All in all my entire experience with kiss this makeup was a huge let down, from paying $300 extensions that weren’t able to be used for the desired style I was requested as they were very sparse at the bottom and would never be able to achieve the look I sent as my inspo pic during that process. Flying to Florida to have the artist not show up for the trial and having an extremely rushed makeup trial with an artist who was not matched to the style of make up I was trying to achieve. To the day of the wedding having my makeup wear off so quickly, lashes put on crooked and not getting the desired hair style I requested three different times. I have had professional make up done many times and literally never had it wear off like this. It’s inexcusable and I will never get the opportunity back to have the second half of my wedding photos redone and I literally have worn off and caked eye make up. Tayna didn’t even use eyeliner, I had to go in and do my own eyeliner after she was finished. She is very nice but she is not a talented or high end makeup artist. Being from out of town, I trusted this company to get this right but ended up just wishing I had done more research and found an independent artist who specialized in the style I was trying to achieve.
I had a mostly good experience with this vendor. I really liked my final look at my wedding, but there was missing attention to detail in the entire process. For my makeup trial, my artist was an hour late. They said it was due to a scheduling issue on their end and they were very apologetic about it, but it threw me off. I didn't love the look of my skin on the day of my trial, but I gave feedback to my artist, and I ended up really liking how my skin looked for my final look on my wedding day. One issue I did have with attention to detail was with my lipstick though. I went with a bold red lip (with a lipstick I personally use and apply all the time) and my artist did not fill in my lips fully several times. My spouse had to look at my lips (we got ready together) and ask my artist to fully fill in my lips 3 times for them to be done fully. In the end, I really liked how I looked on my wedding day, but I think some of the attention to detail could have been better.

The entire KTM team was a joy to work with. Their general office was also super quick to respond to questions and didn't hesitate to adjust the timeline, makeup/hair needs, etc to make sure my day went perfectly. I am from out of state and had no idea where to start with make up and hair. I came across this company and they help with it all. It went smoothly and they were so helpful and nice. I had Christina for our hair dresser and Fernanda as our make up artist they both did an absolute beautiful job! I had 5 girls get their hair done and Christina did them all and looked like all the pictures. Fernanda did 7 girls make up and all came out gorgeous! I went one time before May and they were able to find time to fit me in for trial which was a major help!

Kiss This Makeup was amazing to work with and I absolutely loved them. I booked them for my wedding day hair and makeup as well as my entire bridal parties hair and makeup. They were extremely easy to work with since day 1 and provided tons of resources. For the day of they provided a full timeline and stuck to it to the minute which was SO helpful for planning.
I allowed my bridal party to do all different hair and makeup since they all had different complexions and different necklines for their dresses. Kiss This was able to make everyone look stunning and feel stunning no matter what they asked of the stylist.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs hair or makeup done

It was such a SIMPLE process for the BEST services & artists.
As the bride, Dorothy came to my home on my schedule, asked a few questions about my style/inspiration, and my trial turned out to be exactly what I wanted for wedding day.
At such a reasonable price, my bridal artist & bridesmaids' artists all turned out to be amazing.
They took care of everything from scheduling everyone to being there on time, but also very relaxed and "go with the flow" which was such a relief for what can be a stressful morning!
I have been in many weddings, but can assure you this is the best you can find. They are professional, listen to what you want, and so fun & kind!

I am writing this review 5 months after the wedding. Kiss This Makeup was by far our most organized, professional vendor. I am thanking my lucky stars to have found and hired them. I received regular, detailed updates that made me feel 100% confident in their skills and in our working relationship. I did not have a maid of honor and added the "bridal valet" package and I cannot begin to explain how critical this was! Kiss This knows weddings and will guide you through the morning of with ease. Jenna Marie is so experienced, thoughtful, and professional. In addition to styling my hair and make-up she helped arrange me for photos, get into the car heading to the chapel with no issues, placed my veil (oh my goodness, I need to ask Jenna Marie how she did this since I am passing the veil down - it was SUCH a heavy veil and secured perfectly), helped arrange for photos after the ceremony including touch ups, and more. If you do not have a bridal party/maid of honor I highly recommend the bridal valet package. It was like having the most experienced maid of honor ever! I also recommend a trial, it will help Kiss This understand your hair/skin texture and make tweaks to perfect it for the big day. Like I said, 5 months later I am still so so happy to have hired them. I would do it all over again!!

I wish I could go back in time and never use this disgraceful company for my wedding. They do not care about their customers. There is zero customer service and you cannot get a real person to talk to on the phone. Once they lock you into a contract, they literally do not care about you or your wedding.
I live in NJ and was getting married in Hollywood, FL. I flew down to Florida to do my hair/makeup trial. The person who did my trial actually forgot her ENTIRE hair kit and couldn’t do my hair. No brush, no hair spray, NOTHING.
When I contacted the office immediately after, they lied and said the artist had her hair kit. The only choice I had was to book a second hair/makeup trial. So, I had to pay for a second flight down to Florida a month later for a second hair/makeup trial. The customer service agent I was EVENTUALLY able to get a call back from told me they would NOT be willing to compensate me for this second trial even though it was their fault I had to come back a second time to begin with.
On my ACTUAL WEDDING DAY, I was booked to have 3 artists do hair/makeup for my 4 bridesmaids, my mother and myself. ONE OF THE ARTISTS DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP! She was a complete no-show, and no artist was sent in her place. I learned this at 10am on MY WEDDING DAY. I lost 4 hours time due to this horrendous mistake and this company did NOTHING to attempt to fix it. I called the next day to discuss this with the customer liaison. I was told they would be doing NOTHING to fix their mistake. They literally told me they were not going to even attempt to fix their mistakes and flat out told me our business was finished. I asked to speak with the owner and was categorically denied.
This company does not care about their customers. They are overpriced to begin with and once you are locked into a contract, they will not offer any real customer service. Please do yourself a favor and do some research. Find someone who you can actually speak to and not have to wait days for a call back.
I honestly hope no one ever has to go through what I went through because of this horrible, unprofessional, tactless business.

Despite our efforts to rectify the situation by arranging a second trial with a different team, which you kindly acknowledged as having done an "amazing job," we recognize that the initial trial did not go as planned. For that, we are truly sorry.
Our concierge an client success manager spoke with you several times via phone and was accessible. Caitlin, I will personally write here that unfortunately your request to speak to the owner came at a time when my father had just died, I was not the right person at the time to be handling business for you, hence why we have a client success manager.
Regarding the wedding day itself, we accept full responsibility for the oversight in scheduling, which unfortunately led to one of our artists being unavailable. We attempted to find a last-minute replacement and to accommodate the timing of your event as much as possible, but we acknowledge that this was far from ideal and added stress to your day.
After the wedding, we made several attempts to communicate with you, offering apologies and explanations, and we understand that these could never fully make up for the disappointment experienced. Recognizing the impact of our service shortfall, we provided a refund, although we acknowledge no financial compensation can truly make up for the distress caused on such an important day.
We want to assure you and all our clients that we have taken serious steps to improve our internal processes and staff training to ensure that our service lives up to the high standards that our clients rightfully expect and that we strive to meet. Your feedback has been crucial in this ongoing process.

Kiss this makeup is the best for beauty services on the day of your wedding. They did an amazing job with my large party of 12. They made all of us feel so beautiful on my wedding day. While getting ready can be a long time, they were so efficient and stayed on the schedule that they gave to me ahead of time. I’m overall very happy with the outcome of kiss this make up. I do want to point out some things though- we had 4 stylists (2 hair and 2 make up). All were late due to the Miami bridges so gave them some slack but one girl was 1.5 hours late then went to the wrong hotel. I was a destination bride and picked them because I could do my trial in Chicago and they would take detailed notes and pictures and send them to the Miami team. My trial was amazing and she reassured me it was normal and easy. Well not only on the morning of my wedding in Miami did they say it was weird doing a trial elsewhere but made multiple comments around different people have different styles so don’t expect the exact same and just weird comments overall about the situation. I mentioned I didn’t, it was just an inspiration but still wasn’t pleased with the comments/attitude. Overall my hair was beautiful and very happy how it turned out and everyone in the party was as well. Make up wise, again overall was very happy with the outcome and everyone else was very happy but only one girl did airbrush so only half the girls got it (me, the bride did NOT) even though I paid/it was included for everyone. Again, happy with them and would recommend them but had some slight hiccups I wanted to make sure to address!
I was beyond impressed and happy with the whole Kiss This team! I did my hair & makeup trial with them for my bridal shower and was so happy with the look that we recreated it for the wedding day. My bridesmaids, mom, MIL and myself were so happy with our hair & makeup. I have never seen a more gorgeous group! The team was so efficient with setting up, breaking down, and the process- we were actually ahead of schedule! Dorothy, Diana, Lizz, and Stacey were FABULOUS! I had Dorothy stay with me for touch ups through our first look which I would highly recommend, she was so helpful and sweet!

I absolutely loved having Kiss This Makeup with me in my wedding day. Jenna Marie was honestly the best! During my hair trial I give her the vision of what I wanted my hair and makeup to look like and she absolutely killed it. She also gave me some awesome skin care tips with recommended products to use for my skin so that my skin would be glowing the day of and it absolutely was. Wedding planning and vendor booking was hectic for us, we didn’t book hair and make up til less than 4 weeks of our wedding… yes a lot of other vendors were booked on our day(12/23/23). Lucky for us, Kiss This Makeup had availability and was able to get our trial done and everything before the wedding. We were assigned Suewella and she was AMAZING. The Bride, MOH, and bridesmaid all looked amazing. She did hair and makeup for all 3 in a 4 hour window. She is quick but precise! If it wasn’t for Kiss This Makeup I don’t believe we would have had our perfect wedding!

Our experience with Kiss This Makeup was awesome! Everyone was thrilled with how their hair came out, even my best friend who insisted that no one would be able to keep her thin hair curled (they managed it and it looked beautiful!)
The makeup artist was extremely talented at what she does and I adored my eye makeup, but I did notice a large orange spot on my forehead when reviewing my wedding photos, which is unfortunate. I do of course understand that it is difficult to see it all the time when makeup is done, though. My MOH did say that she was self conscious as well because she believed that her face makeup was made too orange. But other than that, everyone looked beautiful and we loved chatting with our artists the day of. They were personable, timely, and professional.

Kiss This Makeup was perfect for our wedding day! Loredana, Coty and Brenda did an incredible job on the bridesmaids and mothers of the wedding. Throughout the process they were informative on timelines, when payments were due and the portal is very easy to navigate. I also had decided to change how I wanted my bridal hair to look, and Loredana came out to me for a second hair trial to see how it would look and she did an incredible job. Kiss this Makeup gives the “full service experience! I had a large bridal party with extended family members who needed hair and makeup services. Kiss this makeup managed the party with ease and got everyone finished in a timely matter. Everyone was blown away at the beauty of their hair and makeup. My “Man of Honor” also utilized makeup services last minute because he had some facial blemishes. I was impressed to see how natural the foundation came out to hide his blemishes that he was self conscious about and that they were able to accommodate these services so last minute. As for my hair and makeup, the team provided me with an excellent match of extension matches for my blonde hair color. Dorothy made sure that my vision was executed exactly the way I wanted it, even after I changed my mind last minute. I typically have issues with my hair falling out of curls and my makeup running when I am out dancing, but I am happy to say I danced the night away and my hair and makeup stayed perfect! I would highly recommend the kiss this makeup team to anybody booking a wedding.

The communication with the company wasn’t always straight forward. I had to call and email several times to get a hold of anyone. This was in no way a reflection of the amazing work and talent that was provided by Dorothy, Diana, and Matt. People complimented my bridal party’s make up endlessly and my make up and hair as well. What an incredible service they provided overall. They are amazing and I highly recommend them for the Florida brides.

Everything was pretty much seamless - the reminder emails kept me on track with each step in planning, the questionnaires/timelines were clear and detailed, and the text threads with our stylists kept everyone connected and up to date. My wedding was on October 14, 2023 and I was fortunate enough to have Diana as my makeup artist and Christina as my hair stylist. From trial to day of the wedding, both women were amazing to work with. They both listened to what I wanted as well as what my bridal party envisioned for themselves. My hair and makeup was everything I dreamed it would be. Myself and my bridal party looked and felt beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for more! Not to mention the company itself is extremely responsive and organized. I have no regrets in booking with KissThis!

Great communication throughout the process and great organization. I appreciated the check in emails and day of timeline that was created. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I do wish I had been provided some sort of reference Instagram pictures to see the work of the artists that had been assigned to me in the beginning so I could personally make sure that their style of hair and makeup was consistent with what I was looking for. We did however receive an exceptional makeup artist and we absolutely loved the airbrush makeup that was used the day of. I would say hair was “average” compared to makeup. I did not 100% love how my hair came out. We did run behind the day of according to the schedule that was created. I do not feel that there was enough time given for those with longer hair. We luckily had one person drop hair and makeup which allowed us to catch up. Overall no major concerns.

Kiss This Makeup was great! My hairstylist Gina Lynn was outstanding. We changed my hair from the trial on the wedding day and I couldn't be happier. Krystal was great too. I liked the way she did my makeup but wasn't thrilled with how she did my mom's.
The office staff is incredibly responsive and I felt completely secure with the hiring of Kiss This Makeup. And I'm a worrier- so that alone was great! I'd defintely recommend this vendor!
Chicago brides, look no further than Kiss This Makeup! Loredana was spectacular to work with. We had a great trial session where she made sure my makeup look was exactly what I wanted and made note of the necessary tweaks for the wedding day. Communication with KTM leading up to the wedding was also wonderful -- timely, stress-free and super organized. On the day of, Loredana did some of my bridesmaids' hair and makeup and not only did all of the girls look gorgeous but they loved their looks! As for my wedding day makeup, she somehow made it even more perfect than the trial and she truly made me feel like the most beautiful bride.

Let me tell you: I searched HIGH & WIDE & spoke to many companies as I am picky (as you should be for your wedding day) & Kiss This Makeup knocked it out of the park. They were so helpful, responsive, organized, patient & more! Even much so, that I decided to hire their artists for my rehearsal dinner! Madison Black did my hair & makeup: she is so extremely talented, attentive to detail & will make your vision come alive. That's a promise. She even bought a product I recommended/love for my special day. Like so kind! For rehearsal, Loredana also brought the heat and was so fun to interact with. The team for my day of was Brenda, Koty, Madison & Lucy! Everyone was so elated with their work! Thank you!
If you need makeup for your wedding or special event, look no further. I got married on 10/7, and Brenda was our makeup artist for the day. She was amazing.
I had my initial trial about a month before the wedding, and was able to meet Brenda and do a test run of my bridal makeup. She did an incredible job of listening to my ideas, and making them a reality.
On our wedding day, Brenda showed up to our hotel ready to start at our designated time, and she made me, my 2 bridesmaids, and my mom look incredible. We all had so much fun with Brenda, and were so excited with our makeup application. If you are on the fence about airbrush, go for it! It will stay beautiful and look perfect for the entire evening.
I can't recommend Brenda enough, please consider calling Kiss This Makeup and using them for your wedding or event. They did an excellent job and also had competitive pricing. Thank you for a really wonderful experience.
I hired Kiss This Makeup for my wedding. As the bride I was having both hair and makeup services done, and some of my bridesmaids had hair and/or makeup done. We did not have a large time frame so there were 3 stylists and everyone got done fast and on time. However there were a few hiccups with hair and makeup after the stylists left. I would say their services are good if you have a smaller party or if it is last minute.

I wanted to applaud Suzana and how beautiful of a job she did for me and my bridesmaids. Everyone was extremely satisfied and she's truly a joy to work with. I'm usually just an eyeliner and mascara only type of person and was so afraid of having a face full of makeup on my big day, she beautifully accommodated my personal needs, and she made me look and feel absolutely stunning. I will gladly review her over and over again. I LOVED everything about her, from her professional manner, personability, punctuality, and skill, she gets an A+ from me.
I booked Kiss This Makeup 3 weeks before my wedding day as I totally forgot to book my makeup services. Because of this short timeline and the fact I was planning my wedding from a different state, I had no time for a trail. Regardless, when Madison arrived, she quickly got to work and made all 3 of us look AMAZING! I am looking back at pictures taken on people's phones from the wedding and I love the way I look. I would HIGHLY recommend KTM!!!!
The hair and makeup stylists were phenomenal. Not only did they do a great job, but they actually finished early, which meant I had some extra time to relax and hang out with my bridesmaids on my wedding day.
There were a few small issues with scheduling. One of my bridesmaids was double-booked for hair and make-up, so I suggested the changes I wanted to the schedule. They made other changes which avoided double-booking, but was not what I had suggested. They fixed it, but told me that I'd have to pay for any more changes to my schedule, which I thought was a bit unfair considering the first change was due to their scheduling error and the second was because they didn't make the changes I asked for the first time around.
I'm still giving them 5 stars because they worked with me when one of my bridesmaids wanted to cancel her hair and makeup. So I feel like if they were to have tried to charge me for the scheduling changes, I could have worked with them to sort that out too. Also, the day-of experience with hair and make-up was fantastic, the artists we worked with were all so sweet and talented. I wouldn't have been able to find and schedule 3 stylists on my own, so having the help of the Kiss This network was definitely helpful!
Price was also reasonable- I had 7 people doing hair and makeup and another 3 doing one or the other. Total cost was $2100.

I had Kiss this Makeup for my wedding day and they were spectacular. Loredana and Brigitte both were talented in both make up and hair. Everyone was satisfied with their looks - and they accommodated every request. As the bride, Loredana spent extra time making sure everything was perfect. I have very fine hair and she made it look amazing. They came on site, arrived early and were professionals throughout. I'd highly recommend, especially for the price.

Minali did an amazing job on my wedding day!! We scheduled a trial beforehand and she was so kind and open to all of my wants and feedback and did exactly what I was envisioning! She was sweet and calm with me and my bridal party on the day of and was just a great person to have in the room. Great experience! They did ask a lot of details about my wedding and the day of schedule only to not follow what I told them so I had to redo the schedule myself and send in corrections- but it was an easy fix!
