Pamela has always had a passion for art. She has been coloring, drawing, and painting since before she could walk. Today she loves to paint and draw and express her creativity. While putting herself through college she worked at a makeup counter. It was there she developed a passion for makeup as well as people. With no formal training, Pamela perfected her talent as the years passed. She educates herself on the current trends and what's new in makeup. She attends national events, learning new skills to deliver to her clients. She also invests in only the best products for her kit.

I honestly did not even do a hair or makeup trial because of their reviews and they exceeded all of my expectations.
On the day of the wedding, Kely and Vika went above and beyond to make not only me, but my entire bridal party feel absolutely beautiful, confident, and taken care of. Their attention to detail, calm energy, and ability to keep everything running smoothly made such a difference in what could have been a stressful morning.
My hair and makeup were everything I had hoped for and more. It lasted perfectly all day and night, through happy tears, dancing, and everything in between. I felt like the best version of myself, which is exactly what every bride wants.
What really stood out was how many guests came up to me throughout the night to compliment not just my look, but my bridesmaids as well. So many people asked for their contact information and said they plan to use them for their own weddings and events in the future which speaks volumes!

Since I don't usually wear makeup, I tend to find professional makeup too heavy, but Kate made me feel beautiful with a more natural look, while doing full glam on my sister who loved it. Sandy also did an amazing job. Everyone complemented my hair, and everyone else loved how their own hair turned out (my mom in particular said her hair looked better than any other time she's gotten her hair done). Sara and Kely were perfect, and I am beyond happy and grateful for the jobs they did. I wanted to feel like a princess on my wedding day and they 100% made that happen. The artists, Elena & Kate (makeup) and Emily & Anny (hair) were amazing. On time, professional, kind, and excellent at what they do. on booking, I included a $500 deposit for my trial hair and makeup. When I tried to book my appointment they had very limited availability. We finally agreed on a date and time that worked for both of us as I live in New York and would be traveling to get there.
When I arrived for my hair and makeup trial the salon was completely closed down. It is a hole in the wall and I was stuck waiting in the back parking lot for someone to show up. After I finally got a hold of the owner she claimed it was a “scheduling glitch” even though I had confirmed it on three separate occasions including an automated confirmation sent from them. The owner didn’t even bother to come and open the salon and make sure everything was set up for their bride. Just left it in the hands of the two artists that didn’t show up.
When I ultimately decided not to move forward their additional services for my wedding, months in advance, she refused to give me my $500 deposit for my trial back. Services not rendered. How could I trust them after they couldn’t even handle being organized enough for a hair and makeup trial? She was extremely rude in her email reply. NOT someone you want to trust with your wedding day. A nightmare.

fore the day of. I was recovering from food poisoning the day of my trial and my stylists still made me feel pretty by some magic. On the day of my makeup was flawless. My hair held up the entire day which is an extreme feat for my thin persnickety hair. The only thing I will say is my mom was not happy with the back of her hair. as it did not match the style she showed. She has extremely curly hair making it hard to style. Looking back we should have maybe done a trial on her hair as well before the day of to adjust any issues. Her hair still looked amazing in photos! Just something to consider if you have curly hair or people in your wedding have curly hair.

reated the EXACT look I wanted and I could not have been more in love with how my hair came out. I described to Shaina what I wanted for my makeup look and she made it happen! She did a literal perfect job with my makeup and was often checking in to make sure I liked it throughout the process. Both Shaina and Shirley are also so lovely to talk to and work with. I was able to send them updates after my trial on changes I wanted before the big day, and they were open and communicative. My overall experience with KiSSandMaKeUp was phenomenal. The booking and payment process was easy, they give you access to an online portal so you can make payments up until the day of, and they were so flexible when girls wanted to add on services last minute. I cannot stop reflecting on my photos from the wedding and just admiring their work. They did such an amazing job, and this business was amazing to work with. I cannot recommend enough!
