Jeff and his team were so easy to work with and helped accommodate all of our dietrary restrictions and taste preferences -- we set up meetings early on and kept in touch throughou...
t planning up until our event. Our guests could not stop raving about how good the food was, especially our vegetarian option which is usually overlooked! Highly recommend the Kitchen Sink team (which I believe has now rebranded to Beacon Quality Eats).
Kitchen Sink catered a lake day lunch during our wedding weekend and it did not disappoint! We wanted something light and fresh, and we wanted to support a local business given our...
venue was in Cold Spring. They made the menu planning fun, the sandwiches and salads were delicious, and the drop-off catering went off without a hitch.
I'd recommend them for your catering needs. Thank you Jeff & team!
I work professionally in the wedding industry and there was no doubt in my mind who was going to cater my own wedding. Kitchen Sink's food is OUTSTANDING. I am a frequent-flyer of...
their restaurant because it is the best food the Hudson Valley has to offer. The Kitchen Sink team did a total custom menu for our wedding that reflected our taste while using local product + produce from the Hudson Valley Farms. We hired them for our full wedding weekend and boy, did they DELIVER. The food was incredible and you could see the care and attention to detail that they put into every single dish. They executed our vision perfectly! My family and friends RAVED about the food (which I knew would happen) and every single person had a different favorite dish because they were ALL that good. The staff... let me tell you.... they are so attentive, professional and wonderful. You feel completely taken care of and the level of hospitality is top notch. The bar selections were perfectly curated to make the best cocktails, plus serving up some local spirits as well. Brian, Jeff and the entire KS team - thank you for making our wedding one that literally no one will forget. Love, your biggest, hungriest fans - A+B
It isn't often that we treat ourselves out to a nice meal so my expectations run high and Kitchen Sink was outstanding! From the moment we walked in the door we were blown away by ...
the incredible service and delicious food! This is the way a meal should be enjoyed, we never felt rushed, the staff could not have been more attentive. And the food was INCREDIBLE! It was interesting, presented beautifully and delicious. We will definitely be going back and if we have any occasions to hire for catering, they are absolutely our top choice.
My husband is a professional chef, and we wouldn’t choose just anyone to cater our wedding. We wanted great food from locally sourced ingredients combined with outstanding service...
. Brian Arnoff and his team from Kitchen Sink not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. My guests raved about the food, and told me that it was the nicest wedding that they had been to with the best food by far! My husband joked that if he were to ever start his own restaurant, he would try to steal Brian’s staff, they were just that good.
We were married at an old estate where everything had to be brought in and the weather presented challenges. Brian and his team handled everything for us so that we could enjoy the day and spend time with our guests. They went above and beyond, tracking the incoming storm, coming up with multiple plans so that we could stay dry and hold as much of our day outside on the spectacular terrace. Many thanks to Brian and his team for helping make my wedding dreams come true.
