than when we were reaching out to venues in Seattle). They’re organized and communicative and got us on the right track for planning. We had our ceremony in the fountain room and reception in the Marina Vista room. Loved having the variety of backdrops, including the water (sometimes with ferries going by), for photos. We heard many compliments from our guests about the food and the cake. And it was all at an unbeatable value. If you’re from Seattle make sure to plan with the ferry schedule in mind. :)

ator, Mary at the front desk, Kevin the chef, and all of the service staff, I can't speak highly enough about everyone in the Kitsap team. They truly made my day perfect.
The staff is super helpful and accommodating. Everyone helps wherever needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time.

ter view. I had looked at a few venues in Bellingham but they were out of our budget. My cousin, who does wedding coordinating as a side job, found this venue. I looked at the website and all the wedding photos posted online and fell in love with it. I emailed them right away to get a quote and to see if they had our wedding date open.
I spoke to Lauren first, sh was such a pleasure to work with. She had advised me that they were going to be opening their 2nd floor for events (will water views all around). I had to book this place. Since I was all the way in California, I wasn't able to come look at the venue so Lauren and my mother corresponded and made arrangements for her to come tour the location. Once I saw the pictures from my mother, we booked it.
Our planners were Kelly and Trisha. Both so incredibly friendly and an absolute joy to work with.
My husband and I had to fly up to WA for a wedding so we saw this as a perfect time to check out the venue, do food and drink tasting while we were there. Kelly and Trish made sure that we could see the room and meet with the chef on our very tight time schedule. The food and drink samples were amazing!!! We were able to have beef, chicken and pasta for a very reasonable price.
A long time friend of mine has very strict dietary restrictions so she would have been able to eat anything had we not spoken up to the planners. I spoke to Trish about this, and she was able to get a special plate made just for my friend.
A must for any wedding is to have hor devours after the ceremony so your guests don't starve. Since we had to be sensible about cost but still make sure we fed our guests, Trish was able to help me figure out what trays to get.
All in all I loved this venue!! Beautiful scenery, nice, professional staff and very affordable.
I would recommend this to any couple getting married in Washington State.

t on the water). The location was only $1300 to rent for the ceremony and reception, but the food was $30 a person which made the price go up quickly. You can only get 70 people in the Fountain Room comfortably for a reception (which I think is the nicest room at the Conference Center) so it's best for smaller weddings.

enty of room. The conference center folks were very helpful and everything went very smoothly. I worked with Tomorrow and Kelly. They gave great advice and made sure everything went smoothly the day of. We had a little confusion with the bar tab, but they were very easy to get a hold of and made sure that it was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. All of the servers and bartenders were very nice and helpful. The food was amazing, my guests raved about it! (even the gluten free option for my aunt!) And they are super affordable! All-in-all, highly recommend!!
Their coordinators handle as much or as little as you want. Our day went off without a hitch thanks to their crew.

. It was reassuring to have a manager on site watching over the event to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had an outdoor ceremony on the water and an indoor dinner. Both venues had fantastic views that made for great photos. The food was also amazing!
