Everyone was so sweet from the time I walked in. Kitty's is the perfect place if you're unsure what you want. All the ladies were incredibly kind and they put options together for me to help me work out ideas I had. And I adored their suggestions, they put so much time and care to make sure you have what you want. Prior I went to Eltingville florist and they're not bad. But the woman was very apathetic and blunt that you need to come knowing exactly what you want. Which is fine for some but for someone who doesn't know a lot about floral arrangements it can feel over whelming. Kitty's took that stress away and no one made me feel bad about being unsure what flowers can go together. If you go to kitty's you'll see they're patient, sweet and you'll feel how much they care about your big day. They showed me sample bouquets, made me a center piece when they had the flowers I was interested in. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I gave it a shot cause my fiancé actually stops in every so often and he gets me flowers from kitty's. So this little shop really has a special place in my heart.

Kitty Florist went above and beyond for my wedding flowers. I was so happy and overjoyed with how my flowers came out. The team at Kitty Florist bought my vision to life. I was blown away with how beautiful my bouquet came out, my centerpieces, and sweet heart table was stunning. I was happy with my decision to use Kitty Florist and can't recommend them enough.

We worked with Patty at Kitty's Family Florist and were so impressed with everything we received. Patty looked at our inspiration and made tons of recommendations for what flowers would be best for September. We ended up going with orchids and black magic roses and absolutely loved our center pieces. We were able to see samples about a year before our wedding which the florist specially ordered our flowers for. I honestly can say that you will not beat her pricing, and she did not raise prices (or even mention this) during the flower shortages.

I used Kitty & Family Florists for my bridal shower in August 2015 and for my wedding in October 2015. My flowers were so beautiful, and everyone went crazy for the centerpieces. I didn't know what I wanted, I just knew I wanted "Fall," and the ladies at Kitty's were so helpful. I highly recommend!

I could not be happier with my flowers. I waited until last minute to even order flowers because my bridal party was small they were accommodating both with price and variety. I will definitely use them again in the future for other occasions.

I would highly recommend using Kitty & Family Florists!!! All of the ladies were so amazing and helped make my ideas come to life! I got so many compliments on their work and could not have been happier! I will certainly be using them for future events!

there was a problem with the flower delivery but i will say i will use again the manager when she found out about what happened refunded us the full amount of all table flower's which in my opinion show's there a good company and the mistakes by one person doesn't make the whole company bad give them a shot they are worth it

Kitty's florist was absolutely amazing! All our centerpieces were beautiful and got complimented on all night long. Extremely nice people to deal with who work with you and your budget and provide bang for your buck. I would recommend them.

Our florist was amazing. We were looking for a nontraditional centerpiece and they were excited to try it. We approached other florists after them and did not receive the same eagerness. Our florist was very patient, gave us a lot of design ideas, and fun to work with. Everything at the wedding looked beautiful. Definitely recommended.
