Anytime I needed anything I knew I could count on her. I felt like she cared about my wedding day at a personal level and I appreciated that so much. Highly recommend everything about the Kiva Club!

the night of the wedding. Everything went as well or even better than planned. The best part was the food. The Kiva chef was fantastic. We had filet's that were cooked perfectly and we asked to upgrade to a Sea bass, which was prepared perfectly along with the 2 nice sizes of the Sea bass. The vegetarian option was four cheese tortellini , which was beyond good. The Kiva Club venue is a perfect desert setting for a beautiful evening wedding. The reception was held on the outdoor patio with views of the Fall Arizona sunset, perfect. Thank you Katie and the Kiva Club Staff for a wonderful evening.

. It was also more affordable than comparable venues in the Phoenix Metro area. All of our guests absolutely loved the venue and thought it was stunning.  Chris was superb to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and ensured that all the details were accounted for. Renee exceeded my expectations during the three weeks leading up to the wedding, the day before for the rehearsal and for the big day itself. She executed everything perfectly. She made my vision a reality and there is not a single thing that went wrong. If something did go wrong, she made sure to fix it without me seeing it like the magician she is :) The food is amazing. When we did our tasting, I was blown away by how good it was. All our guests were commenting about how much they loved the food. The staff is wonderful. Everybody working at our wedding was friendly and pleasant. There is plenty of parking. The dressing rooms are spacious. The possibilities are endless here.  If you are looking for a stunning venue in the west valley, this is the one. You will not be disappointed! e with this venue when we first visited them in 2019. It was absolutely beautiful and we love that they can accommodate an outdoor ceremony and reception for 200+ guests! We signed our contract with Sylvanna, and even though we had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid, Kiva Club coordinators were able to accommodate pretty much all the changes and we were even lucky enough to keep all of our original vendors without additional charges. I want to give a shoutout and special thank you to Shannon, Melissa, and every single staff and coordinator as well as the chef of Kiva Club for helping us make my Disney dream wedding become true. Shannon was very responsive, attentive and extremely resourceful in every way. In addition to our plated dinner, we had a "noodle bar" for late night snack which was a buffet of different noodle soups, and it was a BIG HIT on a cold winter night. Every single guest LOVED it, and while my husband and I came up with the idea of this noodle bar, it was Kiva Club crew and chef that made it so amazing. 10/10 would do again!

nest representation of my experience to make sure other brides out there understood the kind of experience I had with Kiva Club. After selecting the venue I signed a contract that outlined what was included with my ceremony and reception fees as well as the items selected for my wedding including menu choice, the terms of my open bar, and any associated fees. Throughout the planning process the venue made attempts to add fees, as well as tried to change the terms of my open bar. Despite all advertising showing that set up and tear down fees were included in my initial signed contract, they added a $500 set up and tear fee. I contacted them about this and after several weeks of back and forth I still ended up paying $250 out of frustration, and we were guaranteed they would help with all set up and tear down as well as loading it into vehicles after the reception. On my wedding day the wedding staff approached my mother during the reception informing her that they would not be helping us tear down. My mom in the middle of my wedding had to have the staff call to get clarification on the issue before they agreed to help us. We had multiple people from the wedding party helping to tear down and pack up and it still took over an hour for the cleanup we weren’t supposed to have to do. In regards to the open bar package, when I initially signed the terms were paid “by the hour” listed specifically in my contract. Two days before my wedding I was contacted by venue staff stating I now had to pay “by the drink” and was responsible for covering any additional expense if the bar went over the amount I had already paid. As any bride knows, two days prior to your wedding your budget has been used. After informing the venue I would not accept this change and they would need to uphold the legal terms of our contract they made me contact their financial officer, Ms.Patel. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude on the phone and told me she would be contacting their legal team before promptly hanging up. Needless to say I spent that entire afternoon in tears completely emotionally drained thinking the venue was going to cancel my wedding that people were already in town for from out of state. In fact, I was so upset that my mother had to take over further contact with the venue in regards to this matter. I found out on the day of my wedding that after reaching out to their legal team they had decided to honor my contract. During this fiasco I was told that many other brides were placed in this same situation, and it makes me sad to know they were likely bullied into paying more than they agreed to. As a word of caution to any brides out there, your contract is very important as it’s what you agreed to financially for your big day. Always have an original dated and signed copy because if I had not had mine as proof I could have ended up potentially paying thousands more than I agreed to. Kiva Club has an online portal for your contract that they can alter at any time, make sure to print out a hard copy. As a final word on this situation, the venue closed my bar early the night of my wedding and never announced final call, ultimately deciding not to honor their contract anyway.

It's been almost three weeks and our guests who attended are still raving about the food, the ambiance, and the attention to detail this venue provided. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and she was accommodating and incredibly helpful the entire time! She would send pictures and just laid everything out so it was simple to choose. Melissa and Shannon were also amazing the day of! Shannon was on point with coordinating everything! From the rehearsal to making sure the reception went smoothly! The one tiny thing I would want to mention is about the food and your cake. We should have discussed prior to the wedding day if we wanted to take a tier or any leftovers of food, if any was left. I was pulled so many directions and I wasn’t capable of answering questions during the reception. The next day I was just bummed that I didn’t take a tier! But Elizabeth with Frosted Art does a complimentary tier for your 1st year!!! Not even really a complaint because everything was absolutely perfect! I love the Kiva Club and staff!!! Best 2nd wedding!

The food at the venue was so delicious and our guests have raved about how good it was! Our two day of/week of coordinators, Shannon and Melissa, were like real life fairy godmothers that made our day run so smooth and we couldn't have imagined our day without them! We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an affordable but beautiful venue!

The vendors that Sylvanna recommended were equally amazing! We used Push-Play (DJ), Silver Rose Bakery, Flowers by Jodi, and Lia Photography, and everything was literally PERFECT. The price was also very fair in comparison to other places, but what you get for it, is literally the best memories which are priceless.

and therefore totally out of my budget. However, I had to see it anyways. Upon arrival, I knew we had to get married there. The clubhouse, ballroom, lawns, even the bathrooms are gorgeous! Further, the staff there went above and beyond to help us stick with our budget but to also throw the wedding of our dreams. And then quarantine began and everything shut down, including our October wedding. Nonetheless, the coordinators kept in constant contact with me for every change and regulation. We postponed and are SO GLAD we did! We were able to change our date to May and again, were kept updated with all details from Kiva. Sylvanna, the head coordinator there, was especially fantastic and I would like to specifically say she made the entire process of the postponement, rescheduling, and party planning so easy and fun throughout the nearly year and a half leading up to our big day. THANK YOU, Sylvanna, we love you!! Finally, our wedding day. The other coordinators, Melissa and Shannon, were available for our every need. My flowers stained my satin dress and they were there with makeup remover wipes and tide pens- perfect solution. I had a small thread coming out of my dress, they had scissors on them to cut it. We needed refills of champagne, they got us there too. Busy taking pictures with family after the ceremony, they brought our appetizers and drinks to us. They even packed us to go meals in our getaway car when we left the venue to make sure we could eat that night. Literally every need was met and they truly did the MOST to make us feel good, relaxed, and supportive. I love you girls, Melissa and Shannon, thank you! The ceremony was fantastic. The preferred vendors from Kiva were the best in the business. I had guests compliment me on every single staff member at Kiva from the DJ to our photographer to the waiters to the chefs. Not one person had anything bad to say about anyone or anything at our wedding! Our food was incredible, we had the senita buffet (mexican food) and were able to choose exactly what food we wanted from the menu and of course do a tasting early on. The atmosphere of the reception (we held ours inside the ballroom but they also do them outside if you prefer) was amazing!! The DJ provided up lighting and brought a projector to show music videos along with the song, we had a photobooth on the other side of the room, the bar and bartender were awesome with great drink selections, and the tables were spread out comfortably. The room had PLENTY of space for people to mingle, dance, drink, take photos, and so on. We had 89 guests and it was seriously spacious in there. They also were able to have the patio doors opened so people could be in or outside where we had lawn games and cocktail tables to hang out at. I cannot say enough good things about Kiva Club. They made everything so magical for my husband and I, my family, and all of our friends. The next day at brunch all anyone could talk about was how wonderful everyone was from our venue. The kindness and helpfulness from the staff at Kiva is truly what makes it stand out above the rest. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have the most beautiful space with the greatest people working and the calmest wedding planning experience you can think of. pictures do not do it justice. Sylvanna and Karie were always there for us and no matter how may changes we needed to make. They listened to what we wanted and were able to suggest ideas since we were a little knew to planning a wedding :) We let them know that food was a huge concern for us, at first we were not pleased with the vendor we were given, however, once we made that clear with them, right away they gave us another option. Our families still talk to this day how great the food was!! All around, it was an amazing experience and little stress because of the help of Sylvanna and her team!

I swear, they knew what we needed before we could even ask, and they were right on the spot if something was amiss (for example - the bustle of my dress fell apart after so much dancing...Karie was immediately at my side with everything needed to fix it in a pinch!) We are just so grateful for everything Kiva provided for us - it was the most beautiful venue, and the attention to detail on our special day was above and beyond. Working with the Kiva Club, we found a list of exceptional vendors that made us feel comfortable and welcome, whom I'd highly recommend. Vendors include: Rita's Floral Designs, Silver Rose Bakery, Annalise Marie Photography, Cruisin' Photo Booth Bus and Push Play Entertainment. We planned our Arizona wedding from New York and Chicago, but we never felt out of touch thanks to the frequent and thorough communication of the Kiva Club event team. Accommodating doesn't even begin to describe what they were -- they re-arranged their seasonal lawn care to ensure we could have our wedding date, on the day of the ceremony we hadn't a care in the world as they handled everything and coordinated with all of our vendors. If we had to choose a wedding venue again, we'd choose Kiva Club 10xs over! Sylvanna and Karie are a dream team!

They made everything so easy and stress free and everyone complimented us on how they could hear the vows clearly, the music was amazing, our videographer serendipity made an incredible love story for us and they loved that,...it was the best day ever and we couldnt have done it without Sylvanna and Karie our wedding planners. few girlfriends were goggling wedding venues, we came across The Kiva Club and I thought it was really pretty. I noticed they had a Brunch and Bubbly Open House coming up that weekend, we thought sure we would go and check it out. BOY am I glad we did!!! We walked in and were just blown away by how gorgeous it was, we both grew up in Arizona so an outdoor wedding was exactly what we wanted- with the mountains and golf course look. I remember thinking that day "man I would love to get married here, I would for sure feel like a princess." We wanted to make sure we looked at a few places before making such a big decision. After looking at a few other venues we knew The Kiva Club was the place we wanted to get married, so we booked a Venue Tour with Sylvanna that week. From the moment we had our tour, Sylvanna and Jessica made it so easy and stressfree. We loved how it was an all exclusive wedding venue. We had a great time picking out the DJ (Curtis), photographer (Cyndi) and florist (Jodi) they recommended. We knew they would be a great fit in what we wanted for our big day!!!! The girls sure helped us figure out every little detail and made sure it was perfect!!!!! I cant thank everyone enough for helping make sure the planning was fun and easy and making our day PERFECT!!!!!! Sylvanna, Jessica, Karie and Justine thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! She worked with our budget to make sure that a beautiful place like the Kiva Club was something we can afford. After we booked our date, we were then introduced to Jessica who helped us with the dining portion, floor plan, etc. She always had our opinions/concerns in mind and was quick to make any changes that fit us perfectly. Both her and Slyvanna gave us a reasonable timeline and never pressured us if we weren't sure on certain things. Finally, by the time we got to the wedding rehearsal, we were introduced to our "wedding fairy" Jill who I ABSOLUTELY ADORED! The last 24 hours leading up to the wedding felt like a tailspin, but Jil brought it all together without me going crazy. I am lucky to say that I planned the wedding of my dreams without turning into a bridezilla or becoming an emotional wreck and that is all thanks to the ladies of the Kiva Club!

It has been months since the wedding, but we still have family and friends that tell us how beautiful it was. Some of them tell us that it is the most fun they had ever had at a wedding, a couple of them had just taken part in their own children's weddings. Sylvanna and her team allow you to be as creative as you would like, and they deliver your vision. I cannot sing their praises enough, but they were an excellent choice. I would like to wish you all luck in your wedding planning. And, remember you are doing this to celebrate your love, so don't let it stress you out so much that you forget that.

She was able to meet our questions and worries and completely iron them out and we knew we were in good hands. It is an incredibly beautiful venue... the service is impeccable. Sylvanna and Jessica will do whatever it takes for your dreams to come true but also compromising to staying within budget. Every single one of my guests and family thought my wedding was topnotch!.. I used their preferred vendor for photography and she made me at ease the entire day. Their standard chairs were not elegant but they have the option of chivalry chairs and it was completely worth it.
