KJ Catering was awesome for our reception. We had to use them per our venue but they turned out to be amazing. The food was amazing and our guests raved about it. We ordered the brisket and it was one of the best briskets we've had. The food was warm and tasteful and plentiful. They even packed up leftovers for us to take home. Super friendly and communicated well while planning for the wedding.

A random guest came up and told me it was the best wedding food they've had. I highly recommend the cornbread, cheesy potatoes, and garlic butter. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful. One staff member saved a plate of appetizers for my husband and me when we didn't have time to eat before dinner was served. So thoughtful!

KJ's was outstanding to work with. They worked with us on many changes to our menu. They kept checking on us throughout the night and making sure everything was good. I loved that they had a little set of cocktail hour food waiting for us at our table during the reception! Everyone said the food was the best wedding food they had ever had. We are so happy with how everything went and we would highly recommend them!!

Omg! KJ Catering is the way to go if you are getting married. I recently got married in Ludington, Mi at the Lake House. Kj catering served the most delicious food for the cocktail hour and dinner. One thing I knew for sure is I didn’t want boring food at my wedding. My husband and I enjoy going out to eat and sharing yummy meals together so this was important to us. We chose to have the charcuterie display and baked bbq chicken wings during cocktail hour and it did not disappoint. For dinner we had the kjs special chicken with champagne cream sauce, Caesar salad, rolls, chefs choice vegetables, Yukon gold mashed potato’s, Mac n cheese and the brisket… ALL TO DIE FOR! Such amazing food and amazing service. Special shout out to Chef Kevin! Thank you for the wonderful food and service that you provided for our wedding. It was above and beyond my expectations. Family and friends are still talking about how good it was!

We had KJ’s catering for our wedding at the Lake House in Ludington and it was delicious! We were able to design the menu we wanted (which included my dream of having mac and cheese at my wedding) and everything was great!! The brisket was especially tasty. Several people said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. And they packaged up all of the leftovers for us to take home at the end of the night.

Food was great and the staff was incredible! KJ offers a large menu, I have celiac disease and they were able to adapt everything we wanted to be gluten free. Many guests commented on how great it was!

I budgeted and paid for 145 guests. They misread the quote we made and only brought food for 130. They did not refill waters or lemonade as needed. We also told them to bring plates for the charcuterie board which they forgot to do.

Kathy and her team did a wonderful job. Everyone said the food was delicious and they went above and beyond when our ceremony took less time than expected and we had to bump up our meal time. I would highly recommend KJ's to anyone in the Grand Rapids area.

From the moment we went to a tasting and noticed their attention to detail we knew they were our pock for the wedding! Kevin, Kathie and team were amazing! Everyone raves about the food!

KJ Catering was raved about during our wedding reception. Chef Kevin was fantastic. The food was amazing. Throughout the process of wedding planning they were communicative, kind, helpful, and understanding. We had a tasting and knew right away that their food, personalities, and vision for making our perfect day could not be beat! Book with KJ Catering and have one less worry on your big day!
