We had a great experience with DJ KJ at our wedding- I think he understood our music tastes, and he did an amazing job reading the crowd and adapting to the vibe of the evening. We highly recommend DJ KJ for anyone looking for a talented DJ for their wedding.

My wedding was on September 7th, 2024. I have been trying to discuss what happened with the company before posting a review, but the meeting keeps getting pushed back, and it has been almost two months since my wedding. Now, I have not heard back from them at all in over two weeks. My husband, myself, our parents, guests, and even other vendors were not thrilled with our assigned DJ. One positive was the timely setting up of the date and payment for this service. The DJ was nice but that was it. Before our wedding, we filled out the required document with all our songs, and other information and even gave a Spotify list. -The DJ was confused about the songs to play during the wedding ceremony. even though we provided them in our meeting and on the Spotify list -he kept bothering the bride and groom while they were getting ready to walk down the aisle and had numbers for the day of coordinator and MOH. -not confident that he was going to play the right songs down the aisle, The photographer said he did mess up and played the bride's song while the party was still walking down -we specifically asked for the longest marriage dance. did not do that. stated: "he knows how to keep the party going and people dancing..." -we gathered requests beforehand did not follow our prewritten guidelines for songs and hardly played anything we wanted or asked for. -we stated no song request he took some but told others no as they "weren't" dancing songs -didn't play a slow song for over 2 hours, our photographer waited patiently (overtime) for one to play. -other vendors heard him say "Now I can pay my rent with this" **- did NOT tell us he was bringing a plus one, we account for just him and he brought his wife. -he showed up with a bunch of CDs but said he was experienced for 15-plus years but the music transitions were choppy -the bride (myself) had to go up and ask for more slow songs, the DJ wasn't playing any. Many of our guests have negative comments about it, and to be honest I am upset about this as well. The whole situation was bothersome.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire KJ as our wedding DJ. From start to finish, he exceeded our expectations in every way. KJ was not only professional but also incredibly dedicated, hustling the entire time to ensure everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail and perfect timing kept the flow of the day on point, and his constant communication with the other vendors made the entire event seamless. The energy KJ brought was truly unmatched—he read the crowd perfectly and kept the dance floor alive all night long. Our guests raved about the music, and we were beyond thrilled with how he made our special day even more memorable. If you're looking for a DJ who goes above and beyond, KJ is the one. Simple and smooth experience with DJ KJ Entertainment. He fulfilled every request with effective communication. Glad we chose the premium package because he remedied some situations we wouldn’t have been aware of previously. Professional and fun all in the same friendly manner. Excellent lighting and dance effects. Music control and emcee delivery were on point.
