the Venue the week before to be sure the sun was in the right area for his screen set up for the slide slow during our service. He had an assistant, Kalin, who did the video and she was great too! In the previous months, he constantly stayed in touch with me and ALWAYS called me back when I left a message. Honestly, they don't come any better than Kyle. I highly recommend him and would hesitate to hire him again.

When hiring other vendors, there is always a "wedding tax" meaning most will overcharge, because they know people will pay outrageous rates just because it's for a wedding. Not KJM Productions. Kyle will provide premium service and a very fair rate. He is an outstanding MC, he knows how to work the microphone perfectly without being extra or over the top. This is crucial to any wedding reception. Not only does KJM Productions get my highest review, but will also have my highest recommendation and will be my go-to referral for my clients as well.

From beginning to end, Kyle was incredibly responsive to email (often responding within 5-10 minutes, seriously!), and he never missed a beat when it came to requests or questions, including adding a special performance by one of the groomsmen. He stayed flexible, positive, and played everything we asked for on the day-of, throwing in a few awesome tracks to keep our dance floor going all night long. He has a great announcer/MC voice, too! What impressed me the most was that, each time something happened on the dance floor (breakdancing, a conga line, salsa/bachata, some light-hearted lap-dancing), Kyle adapted the music to fit the scene, so much that people barely noticed the music -- it was JUST THAT SEAMLESS. I had several guests tell me as the night was winding down that they loved the DJ and that it was by far the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. We definitely owe a big part of our special day to Kyle and his assistant Alicia, so I would absolutely recommend them in a heartbeat!

I have to admit I was listening pretty closely to Kyle's work when he began doing his thing, but it became clear very quickly that he definitely knows what he is doing. I (and a number of our friends, other DJs included) highly approve of Kyle's music selection, flow, and delivery, all the way up to the last song, and I'm sure we would all recommend him to the next event requiring a DJ and live sound.
