Kind person but horrible experience
We were very excited for Kyle to be our wedding photographer, he was one of our first vendors we booked. He was recommended highly by one of my...
best friends and I saw what an amazing job he did with her wedding photos. Photography was one of the top things we prioritized with our wedding so we invested lots of money and trusted Kyle with the most important day of our lives. Kyle was great on our wedding day, he was there on time and was professional and present even though we knew he was going through some difficult family situations. However, after the wedding he completely ghosted us for months on end and we only got our photos back 10 months later. The photos he took were great but I’m really bummed because there are no individual portraits of me and my husband by ourselves from our wedding day that weren't taken even though it was specifically on my list and something I reviewed with him the week before the wedding. We also know those photos were taken because they are in our rough video footage. We also still haven’t received any individual shots of my husband with his groomsmen and family members even though we heard from the second shooter those were photos that were taken. We also purchased a package with a wedding album that we still have not received, and it has been almost 2 years since we got married. Kyle is a great person and we are really sorry he is going through a rough season but this experience for us was absolutely horrible.
My fiancé hired Kyle to capture our proposal at the end of August ‘23. Since then, we have heard absolutely nothing!!
We tried to give him as much grace as we possibly could. 1 m...
onth goes by, then another, and another. It has now been 7 months since we got engaged. Again, we have heard nothing. Despite trying to get a hold of him frequently via email, call, DM. Nothing.
I have found out that there are several other clients who have had the same experience with Kyle. I would not recommend this photographer.
We wanted to love Kyle so much. He was super responsive to all of our inquiries until we signed the contract at which point he became super unresponsive. We had a meeting with him ...
regarding getting back to us and asked if he needed to step down as our wedding photographer because it seems like he had a lot going on (no fees, we just wanted to make sure we had the right person hired), he assured us it wouldn't be an issue.
On the wedding day he was attentive and lovely but then right after... again ghosted. Someone actually posted on his Facebook page asking if anyone had heard from him and now there is a group of 5 of his clients in a group chat all trying to get a hold of him. For some of them it has been over 7 months with no contact after he shot their wedding. So incredibly disappointing.
He did eventually get us our photos after multiple emails and unfortunately needing to threaten legal action. While there are some good ones, there are a few key ones that we feel like weren't edited how we had hoped. Our only good family photo there is hair across my sister's face which is an easy fix and for some reason there are no portraits of us at all? I will give credit where credit is due though, some of them are really lovely, he captured the emotion well. We asked if we could just have all of the raw photos to hopefully sift through and find some more to find others we thought he took and be able to transpose faces to make the photos a bit more complete but of course, no response :(
Unfortunately, I do not recommend hiring Kyle at this time. I hope he is okay and able to navigate any difficulties he is experiencing but I also don't want other clients to experience the disappointment of not getting their photos back in the pre-set period of time.
Wedding planning can be stressful enough! Having any vendor with good communication skills, experience, and competence was very important to me. Not only did Kyle exceed those expe...
ctations, he went above and beyond. He is a down to earth and fun person to be around, so having him shoot our engagement photos and our wedding day photos was amazing. He listened to what we wanted and also gave us his amazing ideas as well; it made our experience so fun and our photos are amazing!! From booking to the actual wedding day, the communication between us and Kyle was great as well - he would reply back in a timely manner and would also be so helpful. He gave us ideas for other vendors we were on the hunt for and also helped us solidify our timeline. He collaborated so well with our day of coordinator and videographer which made the process even better. So, if you are wanting a photographer who is excellent at his craft and is a genuine human being, book Kyle at Klear Photography!
Kyle was an absolute dream to work with for our engagement shoot and our wedding day and he will absolutely be my go-to photographer for future events. My husband and I are both ca...
mera shy and hadn’t had professional photos taken of us since our high school senior portraits! Kyle made us both feel so at ease that it didn’t feel like we were in front of the camera. He was so celebratory of every moment and really went above and beyond to make us feel special. We received our wedding photo gallery and I can’t stop swooning. Kyle is so talented! He notices every little detail and it shows in his work. You’ll be glad you booked him!

locations we chose for our engagement shoot didn't turn out the way we anticipated, Kyle was very positive and still made it work! My husband and I are very awkward when it comes to getting our pictures taken but he made it so comfortable and easy by giving us guidance on how to pose and compliments throughout the shoot that really encouraged us. On our wedding day, Kyle went above and beyond. Our wedding photos turned out absolutely INCREDIBLE. Seriously. I was so impressed that he was able to capture every moment of our special day. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a photographer and we will definitely be working with him again in the future to capture more life events!

engagement pictures, it was like hanging out with a friend we’ve known for years! He gave clear instructions, and prompts that really made us feel at ease!
We love our wedding photos so much! What I love about Kyles editing style is that it’s timeless! He captured so many amazing moments at our wedding that even we forgot! It was a joy to look back at our wedding photos and feel like we were reliving our special day again! Thank you so much Kyle!
I planned a surprise proposal for my fiancée, and Kyle was absolutely incredible. He captured all of the precious shots as the moment happened, and we did a photo session with him ...
following. We felt so comfortable with him and felt like we could be ourselves in front of the camera. Neither of us have had a photo session before, but he calmed our nerves, and we truly felt like we were just spending time with a friend. He also got our pictures back to us the same night! They turned out to be absolutely stunning - not only do we love them, but our family and friends have commented on how extraordinary they are. We loved working with Kyle and plan to do so again in the future!
I was super nervous getting photos taken perfessionally. I always end up with a weird fake smile from holding a pose to long. It made me rarely satisfied with my photos. We hired K...
yle for our engagement photos and he made the whole shoot so fun I didnt even have to think about it. It made it feel more candid than posed. The pictures came out amazing. No fake smiles. We can't wait to have Kyle come do our wedding.
I had a fantastic time. The shoot was cared to exactly what my husband and I wanted
Klear was such a joy to work with. He kept my husband and I laughing throughout the photo session so we were able to relax and take great pictures. Due to Covid, we had to postpone...
our wedding but still took our engagement pictures with Klear. After seeing the results, there was no need to look any further. I can't imagine anyone else to take our pictures for our wedding day. Klear goes out of his way to make sure that all of our pictures turn out well - I don't know about other people, but I have a favorite side in which I like my pictures taken (yes, I am picky like that haha). Before I even got a chance to let him know, he ASKED me. He was a great director of our session, and I loved that he took into consideration some ideas I had for the pictures. Thank you for such amazing pictures!

me feel at ease, took flattering shots, and also told me what to do during the shoot!! Kyle was all of these things and more and is a joy to work with. I highly recommend hiring him for whatever photography needs you have in your life as I will continue to be doing so. Looking forward to maternity shoots, newborn shoots, and family photos in the coming years.
We had initially planned a big wedding, then COVID hit and our plan changed about 20 times. Kyle was totally flexible and accommodated us so well, even though things were changing ...
almost every week as we got closer and closer to the wedding. Our photos turned out beautifully and perfectly captured our day. He also did our engagement photos which turned out amazing. We loved working with Kyle, he has an incredible eye and we definitely hope to work with him for future photos, I'd definitely recommend him to anyone for any wedding or other event. Not only is he incredibly skilled but he was very chill and accommodating during an incredibly stressful time, and he is also just a really fun and awesome person.

le about our odd request, he was more than excited to help! We talked about some ideas and got a plan in place. After meeting up months later, it seemed as if he’d known us all along. He went above and beyond to get the perfect shots. He listened and got excited when I talked about what he was thinking. We were on the ice for an hour, Kyle was on a knee, on his stomach and even running back and forth. He truly made our moment special. I recommend Kyle for any occasion!!

advice and always quick to respond. The day our photo shoot was scheduled, the weather was awful, Kyle took the time to check out the location early in the day and let us know he thought it would be best to reschedule, and even with our (and his) tight schedule, he was so accommodating to get us rescheduled. The photoshoot was so much fun; Kyle is easy to be around and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Kyle, his style is so beautiful and he really cares about the people he works with.
Before getting married I went to a wedding expo and they had photographers lined up next to each other, and there were so many to potentially chose from. I didn’t chose any of them...
, of course. Mostly because I didn’t connect with any of them or felt like they cared about the individual client. I turned to Instagram and found his page through a friend’s suggestion (IG: @klearphotography). It felt strange at first - the idea of booking someone online, but that’s the era we live in, and we were SO PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING!
I can’t recommend Klear Photography enough! When I first messaged him I didn’t know what to expect or how much a photographer would cost. His reply was instant and so so friendly! It’s tough enough planning a wedding and to deal with difficult vendors really can put a strain on planning, but Kyle (Klear Photography) was super kind and it felt like I was talking to more of a familiar friend than someone I’ve never met before. It’s true what they say, weddings aren’t cheap, and some things can be discounted or found at a lower price, but the photography is so important! The price you pay will translate clearly how beautiful your photos will come out, without a doubt. Even though my wedding was a few months ago, we still keep in contact & it’s so great making a friend out of everything!

nd and we have kept in touch with him after our wedding like old friends. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for our wedding day, and the photos are simply to die for. We are so lucky to know Kyle and have chose him as our photographer - his pictures speak for themselves. You won’t go wrong picking Kyle for your wedding or other photography needs (we already told him we will be those dog parents that hit him up for a photoshoot with our fur baby when we finally get one).

we're so glad that we got connected to Kyle. We met him for the first time at our engagement shoot, and instantly we vibed with him. He made the whole thing feel so comfortable and fun, plus we really got to know him as a person and he's just all around a great guy! He kept constant communication with us throughout the planning process and was extremely organized and professional. Plus, he just made everything so easy and calming, assuring us that the only thing we needed to do was relax and enjoy our day, and thanks to him we were able to do just that! His execution on the day of was impeccable, and he made the day run so smoothly and easily handled wrangling us and our wedding guests when needed. Both him and his second shooter were spot on all day, and while we eagerly await to see our photos, we already know they will be amazing. Thank you again so much, Kyle and Peter!
