n Memphis, TN! I wanted our photographer to be someone we could connect with and enjoy working with. Little did I know that I would find our perfect photographer via the world wide web! After looking at tons of websites one day, I called several photographers. Honestly, I expected the call to Kleinpeter to be no different from the other calls I made that day...automated or answering machine. However, when I dialed their number, it rang once and one of the OWNERS answered the phone. She answered all my questions and made me feel like I was the only bride on Earth. They began to work diligently with me to make sure I had the perfect photo package for my wedding celebration. Even my bridal portrait day turned out to be one of the most fun days of my life with my mother by my side and Troy Kleinpeter behind the camera! I also hired a videographer for our celebration. When our big day finally arrived, my expensive videographer was a nightmare, yelled at me multiple times, and ultimately had to be asked to leave the church property. I didn't not hesitate to ask the videographer to leave because I knew that my two Kleinpeter Photographers, Troy and Hali, would capture every moment! When my bridesmaids asked what they could do for me, I said, "Go get my photographer, Troy!" I knew that he could make the situation better. He walked in the bridal suite smiling and taking pictures. Even though those were red-eyed pictures of me that he snapped during my bridal melt-down, the captured moments still make me smile. After the wedding, the Kleinpeter Photography staff has continued to be nothing but professional, personal, and friendly. Whenever I call, they answer promptly and still make me feel like I'm the only bride on Earth. I would highly recommend Kleinpeter Photography.
