When I needed to make timeline changes, Joy responded immediately and made all of the changes we needed. On our wedding day, the bus drivers arrived to the hotel for pickup a few minutes early so they were ready to let guests on right away. Both bus drivers were incredibly professional and friendly. We had a few different pickup times scheduled for the bridal party and wedding guests. The bus drivers ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time.
