Klink Events

it. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, any question at all, they were very quick to respond to. They also gave us access to a planning tool which was really helpful in our full process. When it came to the month of our wedding and the wedding itself, we couldn't be more pleased with our lead planner Bella. Bella did such an amazing job end to end, was there for all the meetings with our vendors the weeks leading up to it, we also had her join for our rehearsal event which was extremely helpful. On the wedding day Bella just made everything tick, even when our speeches were running late, and my wife and I were a bit frantic, Bella was calm, cool and collected through all of it and made our wedding such a success. To this day we get comments on how well planned everything was - we truly couldn't have had such a success without her and the Klink team. Highly recommend using Klink to help with your wedding, whether just coordination or full on planning. Thank you Klink team!!!

nning with very few clear ideas, just a jumble of half-formed thoughts, and completely contradictory statements like, “I love rose gold... but I hate metallics.” Somehow, Jenifer understood exactly what I meant and, more impressively, exactly what I needed. She took the time to really get to know me, and then designed and executed the most beautiful, personal, perfect day I could have ever imagined. She transformed Estancia La Jolla into an Amalfi coastal dream. It was elegant, warm, vibrant, and so “us.” I’m still in awe of how everything looked and felt. I am literally still getting compliments about it months later. On top of her talent with design, Jenifer handled the logistics, planning, and basically anything we threw at her (we love an awkward family dynamic) with total ease and grace. She was a steady, reassuring presence throughout the entire process and somehow made planning a wedding feel like fun. I trusted her completely and she exceeded every expectation. If you're getting married in Southern California, there is truly no one better out there!

rough walkthrough of our venue, made sure we had everything we needed for each vendor, created a detailed timeline and adjusted things as needed. She was so chill, in the best way possible, and made sure we were worry-free come our big day. Our wedding ended up being so seamless-- looking back there is nothing that we would have wanted to go differently! I would most definitely recommend Klink Events to anyone, they are all so sweet, friendly, experienced, and professional. 10/10!

kage and Jenifer truly made the whole wedding process smoother and less stressful! She answered all of my questions from when we first booked her - from etiquette to budget vendor recs to when to send out invites - and her calm about the whole thing really helped with the process. Having an expert in my corner made such a difference. Klink's Aisle Planner checklist was also a godsend! Hiring Jenifer for my wedding was the best decision I made in the planning process! Highly highly recommend! Thank you for everything!

he rehearsal and day of, she effortlessly took charge while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and fun. Bella handled everything so well, we did not have to worry about anything the day of! She took care of countless things that we did not even think of. During the wedding, she made sure me and my husband had food and drinks throughout the night. Would highly recommend Bella/Klink!

Everything came together perfectly and my wedding was more beautiful than I could've ever imagined - I couldn't have done it without her!

Klink, and they truly exceeded our expectations! From our initial meeting, they showcased an impressive blend of professionalism, creativity, and tranquility, making the entire planning process not just manageable, but genuinely enjoyable for both my daughter and me. Early on, we were introduced to Bella, who would be our Klink wedding planner, and she was nothing short of AMAZING! Every element was meticulously crafted to align with my daughter’s vision, and Bella consistently went above and beyond to create an unforgettable day. Whether it involved coordinating with vendors, addressing last-minute changes, or ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, Bella was always ten steps ahead! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I felt like a VIP and was able to enjoy and take in every single minute of my daughter’s wedding! I can’t forget about how Bella and her team packed up all the wedding items and had them ready for us to load into the rental van! I thought we would be there for a couple of hours packing and sorting through everything, but Bella and her team made it so quick and easy! Bella’s professionalism, warmth, and organizational skills shone throughout every aspect of planning this beautiful wedding! If you’re looking for someone to turn your dream wedding into reality while ensuring a stress-free experience, look no further. We are immensely grateful to Bella and Klink Events and wholeheartedly recommend them!

vendors. She made herself available and helpful with all of my questions (and mini-dramas) leading up to the wedding. She took over communication with vendors, and when we hit the 30 day mark I was pretty overwhelmed about the details but made but she made it so simple - she walked me through all of the details and helped me make decisions. When I say she thought of everything, she thought of EVERYTHING. And then our wedding day - she made it such a success! If there were any problems with venue or vendors, I don't know what they were! Everything was smooth and seamless. Of course we had some changes to the timeline as they day went on and what I really appreciated was that she checked in with me at every step and presented the situation and a couple of options and let me decide what I wanted to do. She made sure that everything that was most important to us went well, and we could not have been happier with how the day went. Not only that, but after the wedding was over she packed EVERYTHING up for us which made it super easy for our family and friends afterward. I was so glad that nobody had to spend time cleaning and packing at the end of the day.

ugh our event timeline several months ahead of schedule—something that many day/month of-coordinators didn’t offer but was important to us as a couple who wanted to make sure guest experience drove the rest of our planning. And throughout the process as a whole, we were so appreciative of how they listened to our vision and made sure every detail came to life, all without ever making us feel overwhelmed or overshadowed. On our wedding day itself, Monica’s and Derek’s ability to balance professionalism with a genuinely friendly and warm approach was such a gift during a busy day—both for us and our guests. We’d recommend Klink highly for anyone looking for a very experienced team to bring your vision to life!

s preferred vendors list. I’d highly recommend Klink if you plan to do most of the planning/booking of your vendors yourself but need someone to tie your loose ends and make your day seamless. Bella reached out to us right around 60 days prior to our wedding and handled all coordination with all of our vendors including gathering all of their COIs and giving them the timelines. She set up meetings with our big vendors and us to go overtime line and details (venue, photographer, dj) which helped ease a lot of my anxiety as we got closer to the big day. She took all of our decorations the day before the wedding, set everything up the day of, and then packed everything AND packed it all into our car at the end of the night. She did a final walk through at the venue to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind as well. She even took several bts videos and sent them to us. We did not hire a content creator, so getting these surprise videos and pictures the day after our wedding was so special. Overall, during the day of the wedding I never felt like I had to lift a finger or worry about any mishaps because Bella was taking care of everything. She even bustled my dress for me without needing to show her the video of how to do it. My day was pretty stress-free because of her. I highly recommend her for wedding coordinating and planning!

spond (even if I texted her at the most random hours with the most random questions). Having her be apart of our wedding journey eased so much stress and wedding planning anxiety. Bella made all the little details I wanted at our wedding happen. She executed everything with such grace no matter how little or random the detail was! She was more than flexible with everything and it really felt like having a reliable friend on our most special day. Thank you Bella for being a part of our day & handling everything the day of so Josh and I could be fully present!

ajor breakdown during my wedding planning process and Jennifer picked me right back up and told me to trust in her that it would be perfect. Guess what it was! The day of Sandy was her assistant, she was so nice and on top of everything. Those two work very well together. I felt like my wedding was better than I had imagined. After our wedding I looked at my Husband (man a few words) and if said that was the best wedding and he had so much fun! Thank you, Jennifer, for all your hard work to make our wedding unforgettable. XOXO

d make our wedding feel stress free. Bella's knowledge and guidance helped us finalize the last minute details in the months leading up to the wedding, and we felt so confident leaving the wedding day in Bella's hands. She was able to keep everything on track without it feeling too rigid, which helped us relax and feel present with our guests! Bella was also flexible when needed - when all of our guests arrived early, instead of having them wait another 30 minutes, Bella was able to pivot and start the ceremony early. So many of our guests and wedding party members came up to me after the wedding and let me know that this was the smoothest and most seamless wedding they had ever been to, and it really is all thanks to Bella! She also went above and beyond and captured the behind-the-scenes videos and pictures - we are so happy to have these moments on film! We highly recommend Bella and the Klink Events team!

My wedding was at the Marbella Country Club (a venue she and her team are very familiar with) and the whole day was truly so perfect and went off without a hitch. Also, I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND the after party add-on! When my husband and I got to our hotel, the whole place was decorated and there was champagne, candles, roses, and in-n-out! Truly the best way to end the best day of our life. Book Klink!!! 🤍🤍🤍

played a big role in that. Highly recommend!

She is extremely organized and confident in every decision that she makes. She will respond to your texts, emails and calls quickly and efficiently. She is so calm and you can tell she really does love her job. Just knowing that she had everything under control made me feel so relaxed and at peace the whole day. We decided last minute during the reception to do table photos and she made it happen on the fly and everything else still went perfectly even with the last minute add. There was also as rain in the forecast and we kept going back and forth about what to do and we ending up renting a tent two days before the wedding. Bella worked around it and made it just as beautiful. The whole day she will continue to check on you and ask if you need or want anything making you feel so comfortable. She is also running around the whole time making sure there are no hiccups which there was NOT ONE. She genuinely cares about what you want and if you put your trust into Bella you will not be disappointed one bit! My now husband and I had the best day of our entire lives and she was the biggest part of making that happen for us. Truly I do not know what I would have done without her. Thank you Bella from the bottom of our hearts!!

big day. She kept the day moving at a swift pace and handled everything from start to finish. We were able to fully enjoy our day because of Jen & her team! Photo by West Imagery.

nicative, organized, and approachable during the entire planning process. Jen has such a positive, warm, and infectious energy that helps a lot during a typically stressful time. She was extremely quick to respond to any and all questions we had (we had many). Derek and Sandy commanded the room efficiently during the wedding rehearsal and ensured everyone was aware of their role and timing. It’s clear they come with so much experience because they knew exactly what to do in every situation that came up. We had absolutely no worries during the big day because Jen and her team took care of everything for us. She kept saying “Don’t worry about it, we got you! Just have fun!”. Anything we asked, her team delivered and more. It’s not an easy task wrangling all the guests and vendors in a seamless fashion but Jen, Sandy, and Derek did exactly that. We can’t thank them enough for their efforts and hard work. We couldn’t have pulled this off without them. We highly recommend them!

ered every question I had with joy and made me feel heard. She is the best of the best and words don’t do it justice. My experience with klink events was top notch, high class, and will absolutely be used again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

hs out from our wedding date, because we thought we were the couple that could plan a wedding mostly on our own, and boy were we wrong! Jenifer brought so much to the table that we hadn’t thought of (including but not limited to connecting us with vendors that we hadn’t thought of, setting us up on a project management software that helped to organize our timeline and to-do list) and was always available for quick questions via email or calls with our DJ, photographers, and venue. Even though we only booked her “Just a Sip” package for 90 days prior to the event, she made us feel like we were her most important clients. The weekend of the wedding, Jenifer was a calming presence and we knew we could trust her with any task, whether big or small. Our officiant was a first-timer and during the rehearsal she showed so much patience answering every question which no doubt made a huge impact on our ceremony going off without a hitch. Our only regret is not booking Jen sooner! Her expertise, organization, and demeanor was exactly what we needed for our wedding and we would recommend her to any and all couples planning a wedding or event.

ned with Jenifer and Klink Events, we knew we were in good hands! She told us that our wedding was the same day as Swallows Day Parade, which was located right in front of the hotel we were getting ready at! We would have never known if she didn't tell us. We were so stressed and I personally was in tears. She helped prepare us for what that day was going to be like and even coordinated plans with the Parade manager, the city of San Juan Capistrano and with the hotel! She was always on our side and would always express that all she wanted was for my husband and I to be happy! She comforted us throughout the entire process. There were so many emails and phone calls we had to get through and she helped me with all of it! On the actual wedding day, there were so many moving parts and so many details and the team did not miss a beatl! With the parade, there was so much traffic, we weren't sure if we were going to make it to the venue in time...we had to be golf carted directly to the venue. She made sure everything was going smoothly and always checking in to see how we were doing. She even made sure we had time to eat some appetizers and our dinner. Every little detail was perfect...her team was incredible as well! The level of support and kindness throughout the planning process and the entire wedding day was amazing!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!

o stress to us. He is so warm and kind and all of our family raved about how approachable and on it he was day of our wedding. I went the entire day not worrying about a thing because I knew it would all be handled no matter what came up. Highly, highly recommend!

ions (and he picked up and was so kind and reassuring of our concerns). He did a great job of coordinating across all of our vendors and ensuring that the day went off without a hitch. He was very mindful of the wedding day timeline and our wedding surprisingly started on time and kept to its schedule! We really appreciated this and our guests loved it. We also loved that Klink as a company engages with couples long before the wedding day. They helped make sure that we thought about all of the little details that make up a wedding that wouldn't have known otherwise. Our experience with Derek and Jenifer were always positive and our initial calls with them were both professional and friendly.

d professional. We enjoyed talking with her and she had a ton of experience executing weddings at our venue! We booked the “Just a Sip” 90-day Coordination with her shortly after. Jenifer was so helpful throughout the planning process, even before the 90-day mark. Jenifer handled all of the little details and multiple vendors with ease. We really liked the online platform, Aisle Planner, where we could collaborate with her and organize all of the many many details that go into wedding planning. We so appreciated her calming presence and reassurance throughout the whole process. Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful and I’m so thankful to have had Jenifer in my corner! Days before the wedding, she even helped me to find a hair stylist because the one I originally hired was flaking. Last minute fire drills? Jenifer’s got you! The day of our wedding (Aug 2022) was flawless! Jenifer and her assistants, Miranda & Claudia, were an A-team! If there was a problem, we sure didn’t know about it! We were so well taken care of. They were always near with a helping hand – not only for us (the bride and groom), but for our parents, grandparents, and bridal party. All of our decor and details were laid out beautifully and with care in their designated places, and they packed everything up for us at the end of the night. EVERYTHING ran seamlessly! We know there was so much going on behind the scenes, but from our perspective it was as if everything just magically fell into place. Alongside everything running smoothly and on time, they even helped me pull off a surprise dance performance for my husband! Jenifer and her team can handle anything you throw at them with poise and professionalism – and that’s the kind of coordinator you want on your wedding day! Our day couldn’t have been better, and we owe so much of that to Jenifer. We are so grateful for the hard work, time, attention, and care that Jenifer provided to us on one of the most special days of our lives. THANK YOU!!

edding was complicated and elaborate—two venues and ceremonies, bus transportation for 150 guests, four outfit changes for the bride, a duet by the couple, champagne tower, etc., and was extremely stressful to plan and execute. Jenifer made the process as seamless as it could be, and was always there to reassure and answer any questions throughout the planning process (while handing us the reins for the most part, which was ideal for someone as Type A as myself!). On the day, we felt like we had composed a very complex symphony that we were now ready to hand over to a professional orchestra and our trusty conductor, Jenifer, who handled things beautifully and solved every snag. She is a joy to work with and we could not recommend her enough!!!

e seating adjustments, and things they handled that I don't even know about. Throughout the evening, one of the team always checked in on us to make sure we had food, drinks, breaks, etc. We really felt taken care of, not rushed, and was able to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a thing. In the beginning I wasn't convinced that a Day of Coordinator was necessary. No, it absolutely is necessary, and worth every penny! Thank you so much for making our day as memorable as it was.

he aisle (I was mildly panicking), made sure no family crashed the first look, ensured we were fed and so so much more! Jenifer felt like a friend, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you are looking for an amazing coordinator, I highly recommend using Klink! Thanks again Jen and Derek, you guys are the BEST!

wedding day, both were responsive and made sure that our special day was going smoothly. They were super attentive and were on top of their game (also making sure we were well fed and had drinks in our hands)!! Working with Klink Events made our life easy and we highly recommend them!!! Much love to Klink Events and a standing ovation for their services!!

was the woman we were hiring. From the start, she was very easy to share our vision with, professional, calm and collected, organized, and patient. In the times we were overwhelmed, she was almost like a life coach/therapist and helped weed out thing we didn't need to stress over so we could focus on making our day meaningful. She has also done our venue many times (the Casino) as well as other venues in the area as well so she knew all the ins-and-outs of the area, which really added to making everything easy for us and our guests when it came to the actual wedding weekend. She had plenty of really great recommendations, which added many bonuses to making the whole experience even better. She also has an INCREDIBLE team that is just as patient, professional, and on top of it as she is! Additionally, we were very specific about the vision that we had for our day in that we wanted specific cultural elements to be incorporated into the day including a tea ceremony. We ended up hiring 14+ vendors. Jenifer made it all come together beautifully and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Our family and guests had such a great experience. Even when we had to make some scheduling changes the night-of during dinner service, everything turned out perfectly and guests were still blown away by all the elements that came together. Stop your search now and hire Klink Events!!

of timeline. She was a super star the weekend of the wedding. She kept everyone on track and on time to ensure I didn't have to worry and everything proceeded smoothly. She helped complete a last minute change in plan due to weather and it couldn't have happened more quickly or smoothly. We completed love working with Jenifer and Derek. They made our wedding wedding so wonderful and stress free for us! Hire Klink as they will take all the stress off your plate!

coordinate our wedding. We automatically connected with Jenifer and could tell she was experienced, professional, calm and detail-oriented (all the things you definitely need in a planner/coordinator!). Jenifer supported us through most of our wedding planning process with detailed checklists, timelines, thoughtful reminders and questions, vendor recommendations and support whenever we asked for it. Jenifer ensured that our rehearsal and wedding ran smoothly. She made sure we were taken care of throughout the night, as well as our parents and VIP guests. We were able to really enjoy our wedding because we knew Jenifer and her team had everything handled. If you're getting married - book Klink Events now!

made my day so stress free and helped execute all the small details I was too busy to attend to. Highly recommend Klink Events!

dding date changes and even a venue change. When our wedding FINALLY arrived just her presence put us at ease and she ensured that we enjoyed every moment of our special day. I wish she could be there with us through every major moment in life, she is that good. Thanks so much Jenifer and Michelle!

e day of the wedding, Jenifer was communicative, kind and extremely knowledgeable. On the big day, she and her assistant made sure everything was running smoothly and went above and beyond executing the details (like having the florist add roses to our bare cake — my bad! — and taping up beautiful "Reserved" signs with our guests' names on the first two rows of the ceremony chairs). We had a backyard wedding where we brought in all vendors (10 total), and Jenifer was in touch with every single one of them to coordinate pickups, dropoffs and overall execution. Jenifer's presence is so calm and collected (which is very much appreciated, especially when tensions are running high, like when your family tries to crash your First Look!), and she is always on top of it and takes complete control. Also, the price was unmatched for the attention and support we received. If you're thinking of hiring Klink, take this as your sign to book the team today. Thank you again, Jenifer!

dgeable in her field. Jenifer was always there to discuss or jump on a call prior to the wedding. The quality of service for the price is unmatchable. Our entire day was seamless and stress free. She is so good at what she does and I don't think anyone else could've handled our wedding. There was a lot of moving parts and we found her only two months prior to our day, but she handled it like a boss!! She would manage everything and all the vendors with a smile on her face ( on a very hot summer day). During the wedding she would explain to every family member their part and get them ready for action. She would explain what's coming and how to handle it to myself and my husband. She managed the entire wedding and every time I looked she was next to me. Her staff was very professional and friendly. I can't thank her enough for giving us the best day ever!! It all turned out better than I could have imagined and I know it wouldn't of been possible without her! I would recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you Klink Events for an unforgettable day!

e way. When we realized that COVID was here to stay, we were forced to change our wedding date, venue location, and significantly reduce our guest count. Jenifer was always willing to answer all of my questions, offer her expert advice, and lend me her ear when all I needed was to vent. She was always so professional and kind. I had the most perfect little backyard wedding and it was all thanks to Jenifer and her assistant Michelle. They were so organized and thorough. Planning a wedding, big or small, is so much work. I don't know how previous brides survived without a coordinator! Jenifer thought of all the little details that would have otherwise skipped my mind. She was even kind enough to lend me her own personal wedding knife set for our cake cutting. Michelle was also so amazing and sweet! She made sure that my hubby and I had everything we needed that night. She bustled my dress, served us dinner, served us cake, and just made us feel extra special and catered to. With them coordinating that day, it allowed us and our family to enjoy the day and just celebrate without any added stress. I would 100% recommend Klink Events to anyone planning a wedding. You will be getting so much more than a "day of" coordinator. She is like a planning bestie! Thank you again Jenifer and Michelle.

doing, but also took the time to listen and incorporate our ideas into our wedding day. Being a bride planning a wedding in 2020 (lol), Jenifer basically became my therapist in the weeks leading up to the big day. With all the last minute changes, Jenifer rolled right along, kept her cool, and comforted me. On the day of, she kept our wedding moving along and literally handled everything. My wedding day was the most relaxing day I had in months. All of our vendors were amazing, but having Jenifer as our coordinator was the best decision we made.

one it without her! She made sure our day ran smoothly and wrangled any other vendors that tried to get out of line. She and her assistant did such an amazing job styling our wedding. The day was everything we wanted and more. Klink Events went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

we came across Klink's website. Right off the bat, you can tell this company is different. They are completely personalized to your wants and wishes, no matter how obscure. Not only was our wedding a destination, but we did without many wedding traditions, and added a few of our own. Jenifer never doubted our vision for a minute, even when they were last minute. I can only imagine the stress a wedding coordinator is dealing with in 2020, yet she made us feel like we were the only wedding on her radar. I enjoyed working with her during the months leading up to the wedding, but I was truly blown away by her talent on the wedding day. Details were perfect, well beyond what I expected. Jen was a professional through and through, but more importantly she felt like a friend by the time the wedding day came along. She knows how to calm the bride, how to herd the groomsmen, and how to put out any unpredictable fire. After the wedding, most of our bridal party asked, "How did you find Jen?!" because she was such an integral part of our day. Frankly, Jen is lucky I live so far away, because I'd find a way to make her be my friend for years to come, that's how much we miss her!

istics and vision. Meeting with her kicked us into high gear because she thought of everything we didn't know we had to think of! Haley was flexible when it came to last minute changes with the location of our rehearsal. On the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule. She very graciously offered to pick up our cake and charcuterie boards, which saved us a lot of stress and hassle. Finally, we were wow'ed by how she put everything together at the venue - it really exceeded our expectations and added to the magic of the day! Haley is super sweet and wonderful to work with. We will definitely recommend her to our friends!

e first conversation that Klink Events was the right fit for us. I had Michelle as my coordinator and she helped me with so much in just two months. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and available when I needed her. She thought of details that I didn't even think of like scheduling Uber Black to get to the venue and not relying on family for transportation. The day of our wedding was amazing. Everyone said it was the best wedding they went to and that nothing went wrong. If I had to do it all again I would definitely hire Klink Events.

hen we needed it. During the month leading up to our wedding, she helped keep us organized and on track and always there when we had questions. During our rehearsal she was able to organize and lead our large wedding party (17 + family, etc) and keep everyone on track. Our wedding went flawlessly, entirely due to her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

l from above!!! Not only did she provide a comprehensive list of top notch vendors for our wedding and reception, she kept it all together for us so that all I had to do was plan it and she took over the coordinating!!! Jen is so easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Especially when you take into account the amount of money someone like her can save you as well. 5 GOLD stars for this one!!!

tails with vendors and helping us figure out all of the details we hadn’t even realized we needed to address. By the time the day actually came, we were confident that all of the logistics were handled. Jenifer’s greatest gift to us was that all we needed to do on our wedding day was get dressed and enjoy ourselves. I even tried to help set things up that morning and she shooed me away. We both had an amazing and stress-free day, which we can only attribute to Jenifer and her assistant Kiley. Jenifer is the perfect mix of organized, efficient, laid back, and detail oriented. She was on top of everything both leading up to and on the day. She also kept things on schedule while maintaining a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We can’t recommend Jenifer highly enough. She was by FAR the best choice we made when hiring vendors for our wedding.
