She took over communication with vendors, and when we hit the 30 day mark I was pretty overwhelmed about the details but made but she made it so simple - she walked me through all of the details and helped me make decisions. When I say she thought of everything, she thought of EVERYTHING. And then our wedding day - she made it such a success! If there were any problems with venue or vendors, I don't know what they were! Everything was smooth and seamless. Of course we had some changes to the timeline as they day went on and what I really appreciated was that she checked in with me at every step and presented the situation and a couple of options and let me decide what I wanted to do. She made sure that everything that was most important to us went well, and we could not have been happier with how the day went. Not only that, but after the wedding was over she packed EVERYTHING up for us which made it super easy for our family and friends afterward. I was so glad that nobody had to spend time cleaning and packing at the end of the day.

ugh our event timeline several months ahead of schedule—something that many day/month of-coordinators didn’t offer but was important to us as a couple who wanted to make sure guest experience drove the rest of our planning. And throughout the process as a whole, we were so appreciative of how they listened to our vision and made sure every detail came to life, all without ever making us feel overwhelmed or overshadowed. On our wedding day itself, Monica’s and Derek’s ability to balance professionalism with a genuinely friendly and warm approach was such a gift during a busy day—both for us and our guests. s preferred vendors list. I’d highly recommend Klink if you plan to do most of the planning/booking of your vendors yourself but need someone to tie your loose ends and make your day seamless. Bella reached out to us right around 60 days prior to our wedding and handled all coordination with all of our vendors including gathering all of their COIs and giving them the timelines. She set up meetings with our big vendors and us to go overtime line and details (venue, photographer, dj) which helped ease a lot of my anxiety as we got closer to the big day. She took all of our decorations the day before the wedding, set everything up the day of, and then packed everything AND packed it all into our car at the end of the night. She did a final walk through at the venue to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind as well. She even took several bts videos and sent them to us. We did not hire a content creator, so getting these surprise videos and pictures the day after our wedding was so special. Overall, during the day of the wedding I never felt like I had to lift a finger or worry about any mishaps because Bella was taking care of everything. She even bustled my dress for me without needing to show her the video of how to do it. My day was pretty stress-free because of her. I highly recommend her for wedding coordinating and planning!

Bella's knowledge and guidance helped us finalize the last minute details in the months leading up to the wedding, and we felt so confident leaving the wedding day in Bella's hands. She was able to keep everything on track without it feeling too rigid, which helped us relax and feel present with our guests! Bella was also flexible when needed - when all of our guests arrived early, instead of having them wait another 30 minutes, Bella was able to pivot and start the ceremony early. So many of our guests and wedding party members came up to me after the wedding and let me know that this was the smoothest and most seamless wedding they had ever been to, and it really is all thanks to Bella! She also went above and beyond and captured the behind-the-scenes videos and pictures - we are so happy to have these moments on film! We highly recommend Bella and the Klink Events team!

My wedding was at the Marbella Country Club (a venue she and her team are very familiar with) and the whole day was truly so perfect and went off without a hitch. Also, I SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND the after party add-on! When my husband and I got to our hotel, the whole place was decorated and there was champagne, candles, roses, and in-n-out! She is extremely organized and confident in every decision that she makes. She will respond to your texts, emails and calls quickly and efficiently. She is so calm and you can tell she really does love her job. Just knowing that she had everything under control made me feel so relaxed and at peace the whole day. We decided last minute during the reception to do table photos and she made it happen on the fly and everything else still went perfectly even with the last minute add. There was also as rain in the forecast and we kept going back and forth about what to do and we ending up renting a tent two days before the wedding. Bella worked around it and made it just as beautiful. The whole day she will continue to check on you and ask if you need or want anything making you feel so comfortable. She is also running around the whole time making sure there are no hiccups which there was NOT ONE. She genuinely cares about what you want and if you put your trust into Bella you will not be disappointed one bit! My now husband and I had the best day of our entire lives and she was the biggest part of making that happen for us. Truly I do not know what I would have done without her. Jenifer brought so much to the table that we hadn’t thought of (including but not limited to connecting us with vendors that we hadn’t thought of, setting us up on a project management software that helped to organize our timeline and to-do list) and was always available for quick questions via email or calls with our DJ, photographers, and venue. Even though we only booked her “Just a Sip” package for 90 days prior to the event, she made us feel like we were her most important clients. The weekend of the wedding, Jenifer was a calming presence and we knew we could trust her with any task, whether big or small. Our officiant was a first-timer and during the rehearsal she showed so much patience answering every question which no doubt made a huge impact on our ceremony going off without a hitch. Our only regret is not booking Jen sooner! Her expertise, organization, and demeanor was exactly what we needed for our wedding and we would recommend her to any and all couples planning a wedding or event.

She told us that our wedding was the same day as Swallows Day Parade, which was located right in front of the hotel we were getting ready at! We would have never known if she didn't tell us. We were so stressed and I personally was in tears. She helped prepare us for what that day was going to be like and even coordinated plans with the Parade manager, the city of San Juan Capistrano and with the hotel! She was always on our side and would always express that all she wanted was for my husband and I to be happy! She comforted us throughout the entire process. There were so many emails and phone calls we had to get through and she helped me with all of it! On the actual wedding day, there were so many moving parts and so many details and the team did not miss a beatl! With the parade, there was so much traffic, we weren't sure if we were going to make it to the venue in time...we had to be golf carted directly to the venue. She made sure everything was going smoothly and always checking in to see how we were doing. She even made sure we had time to eat some appetizers and our dinner. Every little detail was perfect...her team was incredible as well! The level of support and kindness throughout the planning process and the entire wedding day was amazing!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!

The day of our wedding (Aug 2022) was flawless! Jenifer and her assistants, Miranda & Claudia, were an A-team! If there was a problem, we sure didn’t know about it! We were so well taken care of. They were always near with a helping hand – not only for us (the bride and groom), but for our parents, grandparents, and bridal party. All of our decor and details were laid out beautifully and with care in their designated places, and they packed everything up for us at the end of the night. EVERYTHING ran seamlessly! We know there was so much going on behind the scenes, but from our perspective it was as if everything just magically fell into place. Alongside everything running smoothly and on time, they even helped me pull off a surprise dance performance for my husband! Jenifer and her team can handle anything you throw at them with poise and professionalism – and that’s the kind of coordinator you want on your wedding day! Our day couldn’t have been better, and we owe so much of that to Jenifer. edding was complicated and elaborate—two venues and ceremonies, bus transportation for 150 guests, four outfit changes for the bride, a duet by the couple, champagne tower, etc., and was extremely stressful to plan and execute. Jenifer made the process as seamless as it could be, and was always there to reassure and answer any questions throughout the planning process (while handing us the reins for the most part, which was ideal for someone as Type A as myself!). On the day, we felt like we had composed a very complex symphony that we were now ready to hand over to a professional orchestra and our trusty conductor, Jenifer, who handled things beautifully and solved every snag. She is a joy to work with and we could not recommend her enough!!!

In the times we were overwhelmed, she was almost like a life coach/therapist and helped weed out thing we didn't need to stress over so we could focus on making our day meaningful. She has also done our venue many times (the Casino) as well as other venues in the area as well so she knew all the ins-and-outs of the area, which really added to making everything easy for us and our guests when it came to the actual wedding weekend. She had plenty of really great recommendations, which added many bonuses to making the whole experience even better. She also has an INCREDIBLE team that is just as patient, professional, and on top of it as she is! Additionally, we were very specific about the vision that we had for our day in that we wanted specific cultural elements to be incorporated into the day including a tea ceremony.
