I reached out to Kelly a couple months before our wedding weekend searching for someone to help alleviate the stress of planning and setting up for our untraditional wedding weekend and Kelly/Kllr Events was my first and only call! We planned an intimate ceremony at Crystal Cove on Saturday night and then a reception party Sunday afternoon. From our initial consultation call, Kelly was eager and excited to help bring our visions to life. Kelly was super prompt and clear with communication. She didn’t overwhelm us and offered her insight and expertise to help us develop timelines that were complete and met our needs and goals. I had no stress about logistics leading up to the weekend. Both the ceremony and the reception could not have been more perfect! Kelly’s set up and coordination was everything I had hoped for! Her communication with our guests, photographer, and other vendors was so helpful and kept both of our special days seamless! I’d highly recommend Kelly for any special events :)
Kelly was outstanding as the day of coordinator for my wedding a few weeks ago. It's silly to even call her "day of" because she was helpful to me throughout the whole process. She is super responsive, kind, and on top of everything. I'm a crazy type-a person, and I work in events for a living, so I thought letting someone else be in charge that day was going to be hard for me, and yet it was easy because I knew that Kelly was so on top of things. She made sure everything was amazing and impressed my whole family and wedding party with how organized she was and how good her attitude was. She is also really calm and communicated in a way that didn't cause a panic, even if there was a snag in one of our plans.
