She lead our rehearsal, which really helped as our venue was very hands-off and we didn't know what to do. She helped us unpack and set-up the day off. She was the point person for the vendors and even called one who was running late to track her down. She would come to me with questions, but then took off and handled every situation. At the end of the night, she had helped us pack everything up and we were out of there before we knew it. She is, in a word: PRICELESS!

When I thought something would be hard to achieve, Kristyn came up with a plan and made it happen. She was a life saver when it came to completing all of the stationary and signage, her creativity and attention to detail is fabulous! Kristyn was eager to work with our other vendors and accompanied us to several of our final meetings, and was our advocate throughout the entire process. She made me feel very comfortable about all of the details because she kept documentation of everything we talked about and made sure she knew what we wanted on the wedding day. I truly do not know what I would have done without her on the wedding day. She was at the venues to set-up and coordinate with all the vendors which allowed me and my family to enjoy the entire day together. We had a pretty tight timeline for our reception but nothing felt rushed and all was carried out perfectly. Kristyn also stayed behind after the reception was over to collect and clean-up the décor which again took any burden off of our family and friends. It was such a joy to work with Kristyn, she kept me calm, made me laugh, and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend KLM Celebrations and would book her again in a heartbeat. Since I had most of my vendors selected she provided tools early in the process to keep me on track and deliver the information that she needed. Kristyn reminded us of the small-details and was ALWAYS available to brainstorm or share ideas that fit with our other decor/plans. When it came to the month-of and final weeks leading up to our big day, Kristyn streamlined all planning with our venue, vendors and made the day-of seamless. She knew when to jump in and when to let people (like our officiant or the venue) lead when necessary. Kristyn assisted in shifting our ceremony location due to weather and managed all vendor setup flawlessly. Kristyn noticed the details and kept each of our vendors on pace for the evening. She even took some photos of our first look and sent them to me prior to receiving our professional photos! Throughout the entire process Kristyn surpassed our expectations and made our wedding the best day ever!

She was very diplomatic when she had to chase all of the onlookers out of the bride’s dressing room at the church so the ceremony could start. ay-of" wedding coordinator. I soon realized that while I had a clear picture on how I wanted my wedding day to go (with way too many ideas), I didn't have a good grasp on how to execute everything. This is when Kristyn came in to save the day. She listened to all of my (crazy) ideas including making sure it was not a "traditional" wedding but one that truly reflected both of our tastes. We threw a lot of curve balls her way including coordinating multiple caterers along with all of our vendors. She added much needed vendor management and always made me feel less anxious about all of the many, many details because she was always on top of it. But that was just her wedding management skills. Where she truly excels at and is unlike any other wedding planner is her savvy creativity, crafting genius and floral arranging skills. Since I was planning a wedding on a budget, she always came up with cost-saving solutions that were even better than my initial ideas. Since a lot of the elements of our wedding were very rustic in nature, Kristyn crafted many of our decorations and did them beautifully. Where she truly amazed were her floral arranging skills. We worked together on a floral design and she then advised me on how many flowers I really needed. She helped placed the order with a local floral shop and she singlehandedly created my gorgeous bouquet, all 20+ floral centerpieces as well as all boutonnieres and corsages. Most importantly, Kristyn could not have been a nicer person to work with and I'm truly grateful for finding her and having her manage my wedding. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions and both of our families raved on how great she was and, given how large our combined family is, deserves extra points for "family" wedding management as well!
