UPER attentive, and the site itself is so beautiful. So many great photo opportunities. The Garden Pavilion allowed us to be outside, but also be covered in case of rain. The space itself is also very spacious, with a good sized dance floor! The Kloc's DJ kept us dancing all night; I wouldn't change a thing :)

"money grabs" - we really appreciated finding a venue that was upfront and honest with their pricing from the very beginning. My husband and I had a number of requests for our wedding venue, and when other places hesitated or flat-out told us "no," Kloc's always answered with a confident "yes." They accommodated every single request, big and small, with ease, and truly made it so easy for us to have the wedding we envisioned. The ceremony space was beautiful, the food was amazing, the DJ (Matt) was a ton of fun, and our guests were so impressed. We are so happy we chose Kloc's Grove for our ceremony and reception! Thank you Kevin and team for the wedding of our dreams!

wedding Joe Kloc himself was running the kitchen and checking in on us throughout the evening. Their bruschetta bread and stuffed mushrooms were honestly the best I've ever had! They even surprised us with extra hors d'oeuvres! The food in general was increadible. Matt, the DJ, was great at getting everyone out on the dance floor. The entire experience was wonderfully smooth, and it was a huge relief knowing that they were taking care of everything from music, to decorations (which we did provide), to catering and cutting the cake. All we had to worry about was hiring an officiant and baker. Thank you for an unforgettable night!

uld stop looking. We originally wanted the ballroom, but when we saw how beautiful the garden pavilion is...we had to book it. Kevin was VERY patient with us (we had a million questions) and was flexible with everything. He bent over backward to make sure we had the perfect day, just as we wanted it. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how delicious the food was! We're so happy that we chose Kloc's for our wedding...we'd choose it all over again if we could get married again!!

d to all week) What an UNPLEASANT & AWKWARD experience: Not only did my fiancé and I walk unexpectedly in to the middle of a funeral luncheon, but Kevin failed to even show up for our appointment. We waited in the foyer for nearly 20 minutes. During this time I called the office twice to no avail. Finally we left and I called the office a third and final time to leave the message that we will no longer be considering Kloc's for our (very large) wedding in June of 2016. About an hour later I received a voicemail from Joe Kloc briefly apologizing for the situation, but mostly blaming the tardiness of the "funeral group" as the reason for the blatant no show from Kevin. Joe Kloc, how difficult is it to pick up the phone and let our appointment know that you are running behind and perhaps need to reschedule? Being in the event & service industry, you should have the forethought and expertise to contact your appointments should a conflict arise. What you did (or more accurately didn't do) is incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible and disrespectful. I am annoyed that they tainted our weekend, but I am perhaps even more HORRIFIED that they blamed their faux pas on their GRIEVING guests. This was not their fault, this was not our fault, this was KLOC'S FAULT. Is this how they really value their guests??? They are clearly not the upscale venue I once thought they were. I am thankful that they chose to expose their true colors prior to us investing thousands into their undeserving business. THE KICKER -- I posted this review on the Kloc's Grove Facebook page: It was removed within MINUTES. I noticed they do not use a star rating on their Facebook. The simply remove posts from guests who are less than satisfied. This is VERY MISLEADING. It seems as though they cannot handle any negative press, nor deviation from the original plan. SHAME ON THEM!!!!

. We got so many compliments on not only the atmosphere of Klocs, but also the food, and music from the DJ. Kevin our coordinator was great to worth throughout the entire wedding process and was extremely accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or staff to work with for our wedding!

nice our reception was. I was in the newly remodeled Main Hall and everything was absolutely beautiful! Everything is new in the room including the bridal suite and bathrooms to the bar and dance floor. The staff at Kloc's really go above and beyond to work with you to ensure that every single detail of your reception goes off without a hitch. There was a wedding in the Main Hall the night before my wedding and I wasn't able to go in to set up any of my centerpieces or other reception decor. The staff at Kloc's took care of everything and I didn't have to worry at all! Not to mention the food was delicious! I highly recommend Kloc's Grove to anyone looking to have an exceptional wedding reception! :)

locs Grove was one of the first venues we saw. After meeting with Kevin I walked out of there KNOWING we were going to have our wedding here. My wife, the woman that she is had to visit more places “just in case” but after seeing a dozen more places over the next two weeks agreed that Klocs was heads and shoulders above the rest. We live in Akron OH, but the distance did not phase us. Kevin made everything simple. He was so easy to work with and accommodated us with every single request – even allowing us to have a sparkler send off. The day of our wedding was simply amazing and so much of this is due to Klocs. When we arrived, the facility was absolutely beautiful, our reception set up was flawless, and Kevin was on the ball! He helped arrange the bridal parties, coordinated the music, kept us SANE, and above all was absolutely professional in doing so. We also had our ceremony there. The grounds were perfect; the ceremony started on time and went without a hitch. And the most amazing thing happened: during our ceremony, two deer were walking through the woods behind us, stopped, and hung out for a while watching the ceremony. It was like a fairy tale – we couldn’t have scripted the ceremony better if we tried. It was absolutely perfect. The reception followed suit! Kevin had everything coordinated and ready to roll without a hitch. We could smell the food cooking while the speeches were being made, and that just built up the anticipation for what was ahead: GRILLED NY STRIP STEAKS!! Where else are you going to have a wedding where the main course is Grilled NY Strip Steaks!? And they were delicious!! Afterwards, Joe Kloc, the owner and possibly one of the chefs, came out and greeted every table to make sure the food met everyone’s standards. Rarely do you see owners come out and greet their customers, but Joe came out to make sure everyone was getting their money’s worth. To me, this was very professional and a true testament to this venue – these guys are simply the best. The rest of our reception was the most fun we have ever had. The DJ that Kevin recommended rocked the place for hours, all the way up to our sparkler send off. Drinks stayed cold, bodies were moving, and fun was had by everyone in attendance. My wife and I could say a thank you a million times and write a thousand reviews, but that wouldn’t even begin to express how grateful we are for what Kevin and Klocs Grove did for us this weekend. If you are having a wedding, celebrating at Klocs Grove is a no brainer!

s the disappointment. Recently out of college, he was inexperienced, unprofessional, and rude. He didn't really care what my bride and I wanted for our wedding, since he was going to and did do things "his way". Considering we paid over $10k to have our wedding there, the last thing that my cash-strapped bride and I figured we would get for such a large price tag was rudeness, a pushy attitude, and poor service. He "conveniently forgot" details that we told him about, such as how many vegetarians we had coming, the order we wanted the bridal party to come down the aisle, etc, and he honestly didn't care and still made things go his way. Even when confronted about his antics, he was immature, defensive, and pushy. I didn't want to be a "groomzilla" with him, but he was extremely unaccommodating, and shouldn't be doing anything other than washing dishes. His extremely poor performance, poor attitude, and poor reception leave me wishing that we had gotten married somewhere else.

kept. Kevin, the banquet manager, was there with us every step of the way with all our questions. The day of the wedding I was nervous as every bride that something would get missed. Everything went so well. We couldn't have asked for a better day. It went off without a hitch. They decorated our room beautifully. The food was fabulous and the in house DJ was fantastic. We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding they ever went to and I think Kloc's was a huge part of it. One nice thing is their prices include gratuity unlike the others. They are probably only 5-10% higher than the others but you get what you pay for. They definitely book quickly so you need to reserve early.

) husband to view it, we had a smaller party so they gave us a smaller room that was PERFECT for our reception. I wan't someplace that didn't look like a banquet hall and Kloc's delivered. They gave us a room that had the feel of an old Victorian dining room that had 2 fireplaces and a beautiful wooden bar. The food was amazing and they packed up the leftovers - which my famiy ate off of for a week! The staff was nice and helpful. Kevn and Connor were funny and got right in on the fun with us. I would go back to them for any event in the future.

The only issue was that when we came in there were a few problems with the type of beer, the bar being open inside, and the extra cake being out instead of in the back. However, they fixed this quickly and the rest of the day was wonderful. I loved the DJ and that they had everything set up for us!

as excellent and the owner, Mrs. Kloc went around to every table and talked to our guests. Our ceremony was beautiful, the reception was more of a social hour than a dance party because the D.J. was so so (he comes with Klocs, you must use him) I was unimpressed with him and his ability to round up guests to dance and such. And the banquet manager that I had worked with was MIA for most of the reception. I would have appreciated his assistance in getting the party started, but everyone had a great time regardless. The scenery was beautiful, the grounds there are well taken care of, my photos are awesome. The only thing that really bugged me was that the prices were raised a dollar per person a month before the wedding and I was not notified until I received my last bill and was expected to not notice...not good business practices, but I heard almost everyone does that and it does say in the minute black print on the bottom of your "contract" they can do that. All in all my wedding was beautiful and so was Kloc's!

ng and reception space is unmatched in the Buffalo area. These people know what they are doing, because it is what they do! I can't thank Kevin and Dorothy enough for what they helped us to accomplish in a single day. !st ceremony at 12, second at 4:30, rolling into cocktail hour. Seamless execution and not a hiccup all day (that we knew of) Highly recommended. When someone loves what they do, and is excited to help you; it makes it that much easier to work with them. Our guests continue to tell us how beautiful our wedding was, and a lot of that is attributed to Kevin and Klocs Grove! If you want a great wedding experience, look no further.

During dinner, the owners even came out and talked to us and our guests! What an amazing touch!!! Our guests raved about how good the food was also, which is pretty rare at weddings. I really could not be happier with the choice to get married at Kloc's. Everyone at Kloc's helped to make our day the most special day of our lives.
