knew that working with Katey would be different from other florists in the industry - she was so incredibly thoughtful when looking through my inspo, drew reference from the gardens at our venue and our color palette, and understood our vision to a T.
Leading up to our wedding, I felt like I was in the best of hands. Katey and I were fully aligned in every single design decision, and I had full trust in here that everything would work out beautifully. It was incredible to be able to let the expert do the work, and to have that work SHINE on wedding day!
On the day of, Katey and her team delivered by bouquet to our getting ready location, seamlessly set up all the florals, delivered extra flowers for my flat lays and cake, and were all around incredible to work with. I saw them from afar during our first look, and truly, it's like a crew of floral fairies!
Katey and team - thank you for bringing our vision to life in the most amazing way. Our guests were ooo-ing and ahhh-ing over our flowers all night long, and I only wish we could have kept them forever! You are true artists! XO

ation this year) and everything was just stunning! I was absolutely obsessed with both bouquets and all of the other floral features. Katey is so flexible and amazing to work with, and the final product is just breath taking. We’ve had so many guests raved about how beautiful the florals and other design features were; I can’t wait to see the professional photos! Seriously, look no further for your wedding florals!
STUNNING! We were thrilled to work with Katey and her team for our October 2021 wedding, rescheduled from September 2020. She totally brought my vision to life, including a variety...
of arrangements from potted ferns at the cocktail hour to gorgeous arrays at the church, a long garland down a farm table, long and low planters on a head table, and gorgeous centerpieces on round tables. Not to mentioned the bridal party bouquets and boutonnieres! Katey also did a custom garland to adorn our getaway vehicle - a vintage Land Cruiser - that was able to withstand the 20 minute drive from our ceremony to our reception.
Not only was she responsive, flexible, fun and positive, she is truly an artist! I received so so many compliments on our florals and cannot wait to see professional photos. Thank you, Katey and the KLW team!

ng planning process. From the very first email and initial call, Katey was a wealth of knowledge, ideas, creativity, honesty, and beyond helpful. While she listened to everything I envisioned for wedding florals, she also offered her expertise and insight which was invaluable. Throughout the course of working with her, it is clear you can trust her skill and I am beyond glad I did - our wedding florals were breathtaking! Our guests are still talking about them weeks later and I cannot stop looking at photos - from the altar, to the ceremony pieces, to the bouquets, to the centerpieces, to the floral chandelier....all beyond AMAZING! I highly recommend KLW and their extremely talented team.
I cannot say enough great things about Katey and KLW. I absolutely loved the flowers they created for our wedding. She listened to my vision and really made it all come to life. In...
addition to the flowers, she had the perfect rentals to complement the look. Thank you!!
What I can I say? Katey and Leigh are professional, kind and so creative. I had my wedding a month ago and truly they are so talented. Everyone at my wedding was talking about how ...
unique and beautiful the flowers and decor were. Our seating chart was unbelievably unique and perfect. I strongly recommend them for your wedding. They executed the wedding day so beautifully and stress free. They also allowed all the dreams and ideas that my husband and I wanted to come to fruition. They are wonderful listeners and ask very good questions. They followed up with us and kept us on track with our spending budget. The best vendor I worked with the entire wedding. Their work speaks for themselves, but also meeting them and seeing how passionate and excited they are is the best part about them. They are great to talk to in times of stress, as well. I truly wish we lived closer, so we could hang out. I am sure i will visit them next time i come to CT. Thank you KLW for making it the most special and amazingly beautiful day. Everyone said it was the best wedding they have been to and I know thats partly due to K.L.W.
Katey and Lee were so amazing! Not only were the flowers exactly how I imagined them to be (wild and whimsical), they were both so flexible and willing to add things last minute. T...
hey responded promptly to my endless questions, and their calm and warm spirit really relieved a lot of my wedding anxieties. I wish I could get married again so I could have their lovely flowers one more time!
I don't even know where to begin. Katey and Leigh are a dynamic duo bursting with creativity, warmth and true passion for their craft. Working with them from the very start was so ...
easy-- every time we sat down to chat it felt like I was talking to old friends. They balance each other and truly collaborate to make the perfect team.
Now onto my wedding: when those bouquets walked through the door as my girls and I were getting ready we were all speechless. They were absolute perfection-- Katey and Leigh took every detail I asked for and gave me the most beautiful unique bouquets that I couldn't stop staring at all day. They are true artists.
Now the reception. They took a plain white tent and turned it into something magical. I walked into the tent on my wedding day and again, was speechless. They exceeded my every expectation and curated something out of a dream. Beautiful flawless work, and NO ONE could stop talking about it. I still have people tell me how amazing the flowers and styling were. I rented a few of their antique pieces are they are just simply stunning. These women have an eye for style and they are so dang creative with how to use each piece. Every piece styled to perfection.
If you can snag these two gems, expect to have the most beautiful wedding you could ever imagine. Also, get ready to enjoy the ride because these two are truly special and the sweetest ever. I'm so thankful to have had Katey and Leigh such a big part of my wedding-- because of them it's a day I'll never forget!!!!!

ur sweetheart table with the double seated settee, our crafted pie table, the beautiful floral arrangements and garlands interspersed throughout, I could go on... everything was just beyond perfect.
Owners Katey and Leigh are quite the team. The moment I met these two I immediately was confident in what they would bring to the table. If you have a vision for your big day they will make it come to life---guaranteed.
They were extremely flexible, helpful, and thorough during the entire process. I emailed Katey probably over 50 times leading up to the wedding either with a question, concern, or just in need of a second opinion and she always quickly and happily responded.
The rental inventory they have is amazing. And Leigh is one talented florist. She put together the most gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, garlands, and flower crowns.
Like all things, good service and quality come with a price, but they were SO accommodating that it was worth every penny.
If you are looking to add some rustic elegance to your wedding then these ladies are right up your alley.

created something that was So far above my expectations. Her floral design, signage and furniture settings had my guests in awe.
KLW is a floral design powerhouse -- the mother-daughter duo behind this company is extraordinarily hardworking and they were able to understand and execute my vision perfectly! D...
oing floral design at Harkness Park -- an enormous seaside estate full of ornate, meticulously maintained gardens outside and big, old-world mantels and built-ins inside the Eolia Mansion -- is no small task. There is a lot to compete with in terms of floral details already at the property, but Katey and Leigh nailed all the particulars when I envisioned a light, neutral floral palette with tons of greenery. They re-purposed a large ceremony piece from the amphitheater for mantelpieces in the mansion, somehow doing it completely behind the scenes without drawing any attention. The loose, romantic bouquets were gorgeous, the boutonnieres were perfect for the gents, and they made the most precious sweet pea halo for my infant niece who was tolerant enough to wear it even though I had my doubts, and my sister said she was probably too young to follow directions and actually drop petals from a basket. Believe me when I say these women can make magic for you on your big day...
Why aren't there more reviews on here for this amazing duo!?
Katey and Leigh are INCREDIBLE. We all know flowers are a big part of the budget. Do you want a florist/design extraor...
dinaire that actually pays attention to you and creates with you or do you want one that rushes you through even an intro call? In the search for a florist, I found both, and ultimately decided that I wanted a vendor that was on this journey with me, not just half a**ing it.
Katey and Leigh are the real deal. We had Google Hang Outs, we met for coffee, we picked each others brains for unique ideas. They answered my e-mails promptly, they tolerated me 3 weeks before the wedding when i was freaking out about whether we had enough.
I haven't found any other vendors that do BOTH flowers and decor - so having both in one vendor is HUGE. They have such beautiful and unique pieces for rent - you're going to want to rent them all.
I already miss not communicating with them weekly. They are fun, funny, and down to earth. Plus they can make ANY budget work while keeping everything A+ the entire way.
I can't thank Katey and Leigh enough for everything they did for me and my husband to make our wedding unforgettable.
Don't look anywhere else for a florist/design co. Katey and Leigh are IT.
I rented all of the props for my wedding from KLW design and everything was beautiful. They have so many great vintage items, I wish I could own all of them and just have them in m...
y everyday life. She was very understanding when I kept adding things to my rental order when I realied I needed additional items. I think I did that six times, but she was always accomodating. When we went to drop off the rentals the next day there was 0 hassle, and the property that the workshop is on is BEUTIFUL! Thanks again!

.L.W Design Co. We came across K.L.W's work for a wedding that had taken place at our venue and we instantly fell in love with how they transformed Handsome Hollow's already beautiful barn into a romantic setting. We had connected with so many florists and even toyed with the idea of doing our own florals but Leigh and Katey were so amazing - from the first call to their follow up proposal - we knew we had to work with them. We were instantly impressed with how organized they were, their understanding of our inspiration and vision, and we greatly appreciated their willingness to work with our budget. Despite our somewhat minimal budget, Leigh and Katey managed to create the most wonderful woodsy whimsy tablescapes for us which featured a moss and fern runner and bud vases with the most gorgeous colored flowers as well as beautiful arrangements for our arbor and seating chart. KLW also has amazing rentals including table card holders, votives, and an awesome bar sign - all of which we used. As a bride, the process of finalizing florals was one that gave me some anxiety because it's the only thing you can't fully experience until the day of, but Katey and Leigh made themselves available to talk things through with and to share their ideas or hear mine out and I really appreciated that. Leigh & Katey, we can't thank you enough for your patience throughout our year long conversation and for taking our vision and inspiration and creating something more beautiful than what we even hoped for. We are truly so grateful and would give you the highest recommendation possible.

ral design but their decor and rentals are absolutely timeless and stunning. K.L.W did all of our florals & they were extremely flexible & understanding with their time, patience, and effort in making my vision become reality. We also rented items and they made our ceremony & reception look like an absolute dream. I highly recommend K.L.W to any bride & groom, I promise you will not be disappointed!
We hired KLW for our specialty decor. Namely they provided signs, vintage tables and other furniture, mirrors, and a few other small vintage items.

autiful, they really understood the look we were going for. We had the opportunity to select the pieces we wanted. We had a very specific idea in mind for the love seat for our head table and didn't love their options, but they were able to get their hands on the perfect one in time for our wedding. Our wedding planner mostly dealt with them, but from what she said they are also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
