Kaitlin and her team were absolutely PHENOMENAL and ensured that every aspect of our wedding day went so smoothly. They were so helpful in making sure everything went as smooth as ...
possible and took care of all the details that you don’t want to have to worry about on your wedding day. We actually ended up having an issue with our bartender the day of our wedding and Kaitlin and her team took care of everything, I (the bride) didn’t even find out this had happened until months later. I cannot recommend KM weddings enough!
Three words describe her: detail-oriented, couple first, and personable. Kaitlin McCoy is the reason my husband and I’s wedding went as smooth as it did. I not once had to worry ab...
out a family member or friend going rogue at the wedding as she addressed all concerns head on and set clear boundaries. She took care of everything I could ever want or need. Often I now find myself at wedding saying if they had Kaitlin as their coordinator this wouldn’t have happened. The best wedding gift you can give yourself is hiring her as your coordinator.
The BEST!! Kaitlin is so knowledgeable and was key in helping us planning our dream wedding within our budget. She has so many great connections that helped us save where we could...
and spend where it was important. We used her for full planning and other than giving opinions did not have to lift a finger! She was poised, professional, and organized. I cannot recommend her enough!

n was phenomenal, she made sure every detail was taken care of and thought of all the things I would have never remembered. I would absolutely recommend her and tell you it’s the best decision you’ll make in the entire wedding process!
HIRE KAITLIN!! I promise I am not being dramatic when I say my wedding could not have happened without her. As someone who doesn't like to make decisions and has a "yeah sure whate...
ver works" mindset, Kaitlin was my knight in shining armor. She stayed on top of EVERYTHING, and was always so helpful reminding me what I needed to do throughout the wedding planning process.
We hired Kaitlin for month of coordination and I would do it one million times over. She was always so kind and efficient during our pre-wedding meetings and helped my now husband and I as well as our families feel as calm as we could while planning our wedding. She took care of things I wouldn't have even thought of and was super quick at getting back to us and getting everything done.
On our wedding day, Kaitlin was such a calming and encouraging presence and if anything went wrong, I still have no idea to this day. With Kaitlin there I didn't feel any stress because I trusted she was taking care of everything, and she did! She was there from beginning to end managing all of our vendors, keeping everyone on track, and making sure we had a beautiful day.
I truly cannot recommend Kaitlin enough. As a former client of hers and a current wedding photographer with lots of experience working with planners and coordinators, you can't do better than Kaitlin, I'm serious!!

s time with loved ones if you try to do it all. Even the "best" vendors call with last minute stuff (changing agreements & causing stress.) Kaitlin takes care of whatever trouble pops up. Keep your bliss & calm! Let Kaitlin & team handle it!

I really did not have additional "day of" support..Kaitlin handled it all. She is a take charge kinda girl; highly recommend. She was my wedding gift:)..the mom should get something right? She was worth every penny...I thoroughly enjoyed our daughter's special day
As the father of the bride, and the budget conscious one, I asked my daughter and wife, why do we need a wedding planner?

aughter’s wedding day an amazing experience and I was blown away by all she did for my daughter, our family and the entire wedding party! It was as if she had five little clones running around. I was blown away by the way she made everything perfect!
The only reason I give her 5 stars is because we can’t give her 10! Kaitlin, thank you for making Kenzie’s day so special and worry free!
I cannot tell you how grateful I am that we decided to work with Kaitlin. From the beginning, Kaitlin was professional, kind, and efficient. She was on our team and actually could ...
not have done more. Kaitlin made the day of our wedding seamless. From truly the moment I opened my eyes until we left the venue I felt confident that everything would be done to perfection because Kaitlin was in charge. Hiring KM weddings was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process. Could not recommend more highly!! KAITLIN IS AMAZING!!!!
We could not have planned such a beautiful wedding without KM Weddings! Kaitlin was very organized during the months of planning. I always knew that I was not missing a deadline....
She had great vendors to recommend as well.
KM Weddings organization allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy the wedding weekend. We knew we had nothing to worry about because every detail was attended to by Kaitlin and her staff!
We HIGHLY recommend KM Weddings!!!!
I cannot say enough great things about Kaitlin and KM Weddings. My fiancé and I were originally supposed to get married in April and then Covid happened. Kaitlin was my rock throug...
hout the rescheduling process and helped me during the “what are we going to do?” moments. She handled all the communications with the vendors to make sure they were available for the new date and got all new contracts from them. I didn’t have to communicate with anyone, she made the whole process so easy. Who knew that rescheduling an entire wedding (that was three weeks away) would be so easy! This is solely because Kaitlin is so good at her job. From the very beginning we always felt like we had her full attention, every text, every email was always responded to within minutes. Every answer to every text was always something along the lines of, “Sure, I’ll handle that for you.” On the day of the wedding she was an absolute rockstar. My flowers didn’t show up how I expected and she had the florists paint them right then and there, and even ordered new flowers from a nearby shop for a backup. She was constantly making sure herself that things were exactly how we wanted them. Our wedding would not have been the same without Kaitlin’s help and the whole process wouldn’t have been so stress free. Kaitlin and KM Weddings is a MUST for your next wedding/event. I know I won’t plan an event moving forward without her.
As a wedding vendor (baker), I so appreciated Kaitlin's communication and attention to detail. She made my delivery process easy with her clear directions, timeline and having the ...

Kaitlin is the perfect balance of no-nonsense efficiency and pleasantly sweet personality!

e was on top of every detail, everywhere always and yet quietly in the background. I did not have to speak to any vendors the entire day; the caterer tried to ask me a question and I confidently shooed her away to find and ask Kaitlin. The perfect summary of the entire day is how it ended: I was lingering with a few remaining family when she approached me smiling, handed me my car fob (which she kept track of all day) and said “Your car is pulled up, gifts are loaded, motor is running, a/c is on, parking brake is set. Drive safely!”
Wonderfully efficient! Thank you Kaitlin!

the meetings to help give her professional opinion. On the day of the wedding, Kaitlin took care of everything, from greeting the vendors, making sure my vision was replicated, and even helping me remember to eat. I am so grateful for Kaitlin and highly recommend her!
