Kat is the best! She was wonderfully flexible with my trial date and took care of my girls and I for my entire 3 day Indian/American combo wedding weekend! She had such a positive ...
and warm vibe that really helped set the tone of the day(s!) while getting ready. She was able to grasp my style and match it to each event flawlessly. Loved the styles she did, but really, her personality and professionalism made me feel so at ease. You won't regret hiring Kat!
Kathryn was my favorite wedding vendor I had for so many reasons. Beyond the fact that she is professional and incredibly talented, she is genuine and actually cares how her client...
s look and feel. She’s a great listener and gave me a look that was ‘me,’ not just every other bride. Her warm personality made me comfortable & confident on a hectic day. I will forever be grateful for my experience with her!

e two completely different looks for wedding and reception. Although no primping was necessary from morning to night, Kat checked on "the bride" several times to ensure I was looking my best.
Kat was a HIGHLIGHT of my wedding day look!

ing for. She also tried lots of different options on me at the trial so the wedding day was not stressful. I absolutely loved my hair at both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding, all thanks to Kat.
Second, Kat was SO much fun to work with. My bridesmaids all loved her. It seems like a small thing but it is really important to have vendors who are easy going and fun to be around on your wedding day- because they will be spending time with you on your big day! Kat was such a great addition and helped me stay calm throughout the whole day. She offered advice not just related to my hair.
Finally, Kat was overall an INCREDIBLE help. When our day of coordinator was a bit unorganized, Kat stepped right up and was an extremely helpful extra set of hands. We truly would have been so lost without her. She stayed with me all the way to the church to make sure my hair looked amazing right before I walked down the aisle. She was all around THE BEST! I highly recommend her and I am so happy I picked her to work with. Thank you to Kat for being the most amazing vendor!!!

that reflected their own style. She stayed until the absolute last minute applying hairspray and extra bobby-pins, and made sure that we were all ready for the long day ahead. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever worked with, and I would highly recommend her to everyone!
Kat was absolutely amazing!!! She styled my hair for my bridal shower and it was beyond perfect. For my wedding day, she styled my hair and my entire bridal party and family member...
s. All of our hair was so beautiful and elegant and everyone was so thrilled with her. She stayed with us all day until right before the reception for touch ups and I don’t know what I would have done without her!! She was truly my go-to person for support and was beyond helpful the entire day with hair touchups, helping me with my dress/veil, had lipstick on hand, and anything I might have needed. We switched up my hair before the reception and she was so fast and my hair never looked better. I’ve never had a better hair stylist in my entire life and I plan on using Kat anytime I need to get my hair styled. There’s truly no one better than her and I cannot wait to see her again!!!
Kat had been cutting my hair for a handful of years prior to my wedding last summer. There was no one else I trusted with my long pixie cut. Not only did she make me look and feel ...
fabulous but she helped me narrow down the perfect hair pin, en lieu of a veil. If you are looking for a true professional with fabulous style who stays up on the trends KMD Hair Design is the way to go!

Kat is phenomenal at hair! She was able to capture the exact vision I had for what I wanted on my wedding day. She was able to incorporate extensions into my hair - which matched ...
my hair color perfectly! Kat has such a fun personality too! There was not one point I was nervous about my hair on my wedding day. She made a point after we took wedding pictures (before the ceremony) to stop by the hotel to make sure my hair was all set for the rest of the evening. I will always recommend Kat!
Kat is an amazing designer. She is more than a hairstylist. Not only was she able to create the perfect up-do for my wedding, but she was able to truly transform my hair into somet...
hing I never thought it could ever become. I have naturally very fine thin hair, formal hair-do's don't usually work very well for me because the curls don't hold and I don't have much hair to do anything with. She took the time to help me visualize my goal hairstyle and create fullness with the assistance of extensions. She is not only an exceptional hairstylist but a very kind, funny, and lovely person. I will always recommend Kat.

ld you not have a picture. She is extremely personable and knows how to make everyone comfortable from bride to bridesmaid. I didn’t have to worry about my hair on the biggest day of my life!

and gave great advice during my hair trial. On the day of our wedding, Kat was punctual and professional. She had an assistant with her who did an equally excellent job. Kat really is the best of the best and with years of experience, any bride/bridal party member is in great hands with Kat and her team.
Kat was wonderful to work with! She did two styles for my wedding day and also did the hair of my entire bridal party. She not only worked swiftly giving everyone exactly what they...
wanted but she also was a great addition to our crew and someone we were all glad to hang out with on such a special morning. I wanted to wear my hair down for the ceremony and up for the reception and she nailed both looks and was able to do the second style swiftly so I didn’t miss anything during the wedding. I highly recommend her!
Kat did an amazing job on my wedding day! We met a few weeks prior for the trial run. I felt like she really listened to me and worked to make my hair just like I wanted it. On my ...
wedding day she was on time and worked very efficiently to make sure all my bridesmaid’s hair and my hair were done to our liking and on time (and I had 9 bridesmaids plus my mom to get through!). All of us absolutely loved our hair and got so many compliments. Kat is super friendly and just brought a happy energy that was and added extra fun aspect to an already amazing day. I highly recommend Kat for your big day!!!
I have had the pleasure, the privilege, and the honor of working with Kat of KMD Hair Design on four weddings so far, where she was professional in all of our pre-wedding correspon...
dence and on the day of each of the weddings. She created the most complimentary looks for each of the brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride, listening to their preferences and working with skill and grace, throughout. She is a true leader in her work, and I have yet to meet a client who has been less than pleased or whose hair looked even slightly less perfect than it did after Kat's last finishing spray spritz. I am a stickler for time, beauty, and perfection. Kat nails it exactly or is early -- a wedding coordinator's dream! My clients and I would unanimously agree, Kat is phenomenal!
Kat is the best! I did a trial with her before my wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Not only is she reliable and amazing at what she does, but she is genuine and down to earth...
. I have recommended Kat many times and several of my friends have used her on their wedding day. If you're looking for a talented hair stylist to make you feel comfortable, confident, beautiful and stress free on your big day, look no further. Kat is your gal!

ul in thinking through hair options for both myself and my bridesmaids that matched all of our personalities and coordinated with one another. She also was wonderful in providing touch ups during photos, ceremony and reception. During the Indian wedding she was able to quickly create an entirely new hair style between the ceremony and reception that coordinated with the different lenghas. I’m thankful for Kat in helping make my wedding day(s) so beautiful!
