KMD told my husband during our wedding that we would receive a preview of our photos within a week. We not only did not receive any preview, it took 3 1/2 months before our photos (not videos) were posted online and we received the thumb drive with our videos 4 months after our wedding. The sent excuse after excuse, even using the same excuse more than once (that could be used one time only). 3. The first time we spoke to KMD we were told that they had photographed at our venue, this was one of several lies they gave us. When they walked in to our venue, they immediately went to the event venue staff to introduce themselves and said they had never been there before (while completely ignoring me even though I had not met them in person). 4. Their response rate was terrible after we signed the contract with them. They ignored multiple emails from us, once writing that they must have 'missed' that particular email from us. 5. During the wedding Lisa (photographer) really upset me. After my husband and I cut our cake (a very thin slice) he was taking the cake server and trying to get the piece our in a way that I thought wasn't going to hold the piece of cake and I mentioned that to him. Lisa (photographer) said loudly 'I didn't know you could cut the cake wrong'. What? I had barely had any conversations with this woman, our photographer, and she snickers at us? I couldn't believe it and was so upset by her. Do not hire them.

I especially loved working with KMD since they are a local business, owned and operated by a married couple. All photos were uploaded to an easy to use website. The videos were mailed via a custom made flash drive. Everything was very easy to use and turned out gorgeous. I would recommend KMD to anyone getting married in Central FL.

The timeline also helped with coordinating hair/make-up for the girls. They arrived right on time the day of the wedding and were super helpful and patient with our crazy bridal party. During the reception Kristen and Todd were like ninjas and captured so many fun moments. We can't wait to see all the photos and the video and share them with or guests!

She knew all the perfect locations at our Venue for photos. She worked so quickly to capture the best photos, especially with the unpredictable weather, and she was fantastic dealing with all our family and friends. We absolutely cannot wait to see our photos after the eight preview photos we received TWO days after our wedding! KMD Photo & Film is awesome and we’re so thankful that we picked them! They arrived early at the hotel to get some getting ready photos and even stayed late to get our sparkler exit. I have no doubt in my mind that all my pictures and videos will be perfect! The downfall to their beautiful work is the wait for the photos, but I understand now why their work is flawless. I’ve received some sneak peeks and I’m anxious for the rest. Pictures and videos are the only items you will have to hold on to your special day. Go big and book Todd and Kristen for the job!!

With the busy schedule my fiancé and I have, we thought scheduling our engagement session would be hectic, but Kristen made is so seamless and easy. During our engagement session, Kristen and her husband were so personal, and I was so happy to see how comfortable my fiancé felt since he hates pictures! We are so excited to have Kristen shoot our wedding in October!

My husband and I both work in production so our standards are high, and they both not only delivered during our initial interview, but on the day of. Kristen was quick, efficient, flexible and a MacGuyver. Todd is a ninja, no pun intended. His videography was quick, unobtrusive and surgical. Not only do we enthusiastically recommend them, we plan on using them for our future family photos as well. Really great memories that I wish we could do all over again and again each week (minus the cost :)
