Facetime call once, one week before our wedding. Kristen (the photographer) did not even appear for our Facetime call because she was 'busy' with something else. Only Todd (videographer) appeared. 2. KMD told my husband during our wedding that we would receive a preview of our photos within a week. We not only did not receive any preview, it took 3 1/2 months before our photos (not videos) were posted online and we received the thumb drive with our videos 4 months after our wedding. The sent excuse after excuse, even using the same excuse more than once (that could be used one time only). 3. The first time we spoke to KMD we were told that they had photographed at our venue, this was one of several lies they gave us. When they walked in to our venue, they immediately went to the event venue staff to introduce themselves and said they had never been there before (while completely ignoring me even though I had not met them in person). 4. Their response rate was terrible after we signed the contract with them. They ignored multiple emails from us, once writing that they must have 'missed' that particular email from us. 5. During the wedding Lisa (photographer) really upset me. After my husband and I cut our cake (a very thin slice) he was taking the cake server and trying to get the piece our in a way that I thought wasn't going to hold the piece of cake and I mentioned that to him. Lisa (photographer) said loudly 'I didn't know you could cut the cake wrong'. What? I had barely had any conversations with this woman, our photographer, and she snickers at us? I couldn't believe it and was so upset by her. Do not hire them.

They also included our engagement photoshoot. I especially loved working with KMD since they are a local business, owned and operated by a married couple. All photos were uploaded to an easy to use website. The videos were mailed via a custom made flash drive. Everything was very easy to use and turned out gorgeous. I would recommend KMD to anyone getting married in Central FL.

They were very timely with their responses whenever I had a question. I also loved the timeline that they created for me, it helped me see that we would need another hour so photos on the day of the wedding were not rushed. The timeline also helped with coordinating hair/make-up for the girls. They arrived right on time the day of the wedding and were super helpful and patient with our crazy bridal party. During the reception Kristen and Todd were like ninjas and captured so many fun moments. We can't wait to see all the photos and the video and share them with or guests!

My husband and I both work in production so our standards are high, and they both not only delivered during our initial interview, but on the day of. Kristen was quick, efficient, flexible and a MacGuyver. Todd is a ninja, no pun intended. His videography was quick, unobtrusive and surgical. Not only do we enthusiastically recommend them, we plan on using them for our future family photos as well. The photos are something you will look at forever, hang on your walls, place in albums that you will cherish. When you see what KMD can do, you'll know they have to photograph your wedding. We did engagement photos, wedding day photos and film! If you are concerned about being awkward at all in your photos, KMD will fix that, no problem. They give directions so smoothly, by the end of your photo session, you'll be/feel like a professional. From the beginning of my wedding planning, KMD was helping along the way. I had a million questions and they were always willing to assist. They went above and beyond what a photographer is required to do and just continued to amaze us. Our wedding was truly the best day ever. KMD was so flexible on the day-of the wedding. We got so many more pictures than I expected, so many more private moments for photos than I expected. On the big day, they were professional and friendly and down for anything. Even riding around in our VW Camper bus to locations that they previously scoped out! We had a great time! o create the wedding package that worked best for us, they replied quickly to all of my emails, they have a great customer service attitude, they were prompt and patient, professional and overall genuinely nice people. They arrived and did some detail shots before the wedding and waited patiently for me to get everything together, they were really good at directing me for those shots but also great at melting into the background during the ceremony. They were friendly and efficient during all of the combinations of family photos too. They had a fun energy during our small reception and made everyone feel very at ease with the camera.
