We hired Knight’s as a shuttle for our wedding guests in Sturbridge MA. They were extremely responsive to all of our questions and made sure our guest were taken care of! They stay...
ed through our entire event in case someone wanted to go back to our hotel early! They kept our guests safe and happy! We could not be more pleased with them!
Knight's limo provided timely, efficient, and clean transportation or my wedding party and guests throughout the night. Our venue was about 15 minutes away from our hotel, and Knig...
hts had one of the most affordable rates for what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend them!
We hired Knight’s for our wedding day travels, they arrived early to pick up the groom for a first look photo shoot. They followed the itinerary perfectly and our driver was extrem...
ely pleasant. The prices are better than actual limos and the bus we had looked like a luxurious coach. Our wedding party loved it! Highly recommend Knight’s for all your travel needs as we have also taken them for airport travel.
Transportation-Our driver was very punctual coming to pick my husband and I up after our wedding. We on the other hand were not...saying bye to guests, making sure the gifts were t...
aken, and packing our stuff got so chaotic. He was so patient and got us to our destination comfortably and in good time. I would definitely use them again.
I do not recommend Knight's Limo for a wedding party. I specifically wanted a party style 10-20 person van, with seats that wrap around the edges and an open center so I could enjo...
y time with my wedding party and new husband on our ride from ceremony to reception.
Knight's misleading told me that's what their executive van was, and they do not have images on their website to show otherwise. That is not what I got. I only had a short ride and with what I got, I would have been better off with an Uber/Lyft because the experience would have been the same and it would have been a fraction of the cost.
When I called after the wedding to ask whether I was given the wrong van and over charged, the manager was not apologetic or sympathetic. Don't use this company for your wedding.
We booked Knight's for transportation for guests that were spending the night at our hotel but did not want to drive to the venue. Knight's had a variety of different transportatio...
n methods depending on your needs. The transportation we rented was a mini bus that accommodated up to 29 passengers which was perfect! The mini bus would travel to and from the hotel and venue and vice versa as many times as guests needed during the night. The driver also made sure to get the groom, groomsmen, and bridal party, to the venue early which was much appreciated! The bus was very clean and the driver was very professional. Communicating with Knight's was very easy and they were very responsive. I would highly recommend Knight's for your wedding transportation!
When we first contacted Knights to provide shuttle service for our wedding customer service was lacking, the lady was short with us and told us they don’t book out that far (it was...
8 months before the date). Wedding planning is stressful and not being able to secure a reservation damaged our experience. Fast forward to the wedding, I can’t say enough about the service, the shuttle was clean, prompt and the driver was friendly and professional. Knights was also accommodating when we made a last minute addition to the service. We were very pleased that the back office service was not representative of their final product.
