Knight's misleading told me that's what their executive van was, and they do not have images on their website to show otherwise. That is not what I got. I only had a short ride and with what I got, I would have been better off with an Uber/Lyft because the experience would have been the same and it would have been a fraction of the cost.
When I called after the wedding to ask whether I was given the wrong van and over charged, the manager was not apologetic or sympathetic. Don't use this company for your wedding.

n methods depending on your needs. The transportation we rented was a mini bus that accommodated up to 29 passengers which was perfect! The mini bus would travel to and from the hotel and venue and vice versa as many times as guests needed during the night. The driver also made sure to get the groom, groomsmen, and bridal party, to the venue early which was much appreciated! The bus was very clean and the driver was very professional. Communicating with Knight's was very easy and they were very responsive. I would highly recommend Knight's for your wedding transportation!

8 months before the date). Wedding planning is stressful and not being able to secure a reservation damaged our experience. Fast forward to the wedding, I can’t say enough about the service, the shuttle was clean, prompt and the driver was friendly and professional. Knights was also accommodating when we made a last minute addition to the service. We were very pleased that the back office service was not representative of their final product.
