Knock Shoppe's Country Cakes is a custom cake business in Westfield, WI, specializing in weddings and milestone events. The business is owned and operated by Joanne, a passionate baker who loves to curate memorable experiences for people, crafting unique cake displays to elevate all kinds of special events.
The illuminated Knock Shoppe cake stand will add the wow factor as well as an extra level of uniqueness to your unforgettable reception celebration. Additionally, its double plate design allows for the cake to be removed while everything else, including the fountains, flowers, candles, and light, remains on the cake table. It means your cake adds to the overall atmosphere all night long, even after it's gone.
At the Knock Shoppe, Joanne's ever-changing gallery will regularly have between 20 and 30 delectable cakes on display. She is so incredibly proud of her products, making everything with love to ensure a terrific taste and fabulous freshness at all times. Although the company resides in Westfield, the Knock Shoppe proudly delivers throughout Wisconsin and provides various cake accessories from stands to decor to cake toppers and more.

Her cakes are delicious- her decorating and displays are breathtaking. Joann is definitely direct and will tell you what to do and when/how to do it. If you don’t like a direct- to...
the point baker, I would suggest finding someone else. However- it didn’t bother me and I found it helpful in having someone tell ME what to do with the cake display setup.

dding cake fountain not only didn’t turn out the way it should have, but it caused a lot of stress in my wedding. A family member got this wedding cake fountain as a gift and it didn’t even arrive with all the parts. We called the day of and basically got told too bad. We were in a daily remote area where we didn’t have the option to “just” go get parts that were supposed to be sent. While beautiful, we weren’t able to put it together properly. We spent so much time packing it and my poor mom got charged so much money because it arrived back damaged. I am upset that this happened to my family member on top of the stress it caused on me wedding day. She packs things away more carfuls than anyone I know and to accuse her if purposely damaging it was a disgrace. I actually wish she never went to this company and we don’t reccomend it.

to none. If you want that "Wow" affect for you wedding cake you need to go with the Knock Shoppe. Don't let her location or office fool you on what she can do. She can customize your cake to whatever you want and if you see something that should be added, she'll put it on the cake. I don't feel her price point is too much for that, can I say it again, "Wow" factor. When we had our pictures at the cake cutting it seemed like the paparazzi was there with all the cameras. I've been to over 200 weddings and have never seen that many people taking pictures and I'm sure a lot had to do with the cake.

tier stand was lite up with lights. Another thing thats awesome about the stand is that the tier stands are stackable even after you remove the cakes so your cake table still look georgous. The whole table was set up and decorated by The Knock Shoppe. Family and friends are still asking us about our cake.

ed. It was just what I pictured and I didn't even tell her how I wanted the butterflies. We got a lot of compliments on the cake and there were a few people who didn't realize that it was the cake because it was lit up. The cake itself was delicious, very moist and just the right sweetness of the frosting. The price is a little high but it was worth it.

f designs) and the shop is a ways out in the woods. You also have to have someone take back all of the stands plates etc. the next day which may be out of the way.
