t a Starbucks and went over everything a couple weeks before the wedding. She even helped us with seating/ line up for wedding/ and tipping. On my big day, she was on time and worked her butt off all day to make everything perfect ...especially on a rainy day. She was there every time I turned around, but she also wasn't attached to my hip... she went around making sure my vendors were there/ handing out tips, and made sure everything was set up correctly. I felt so care free and extremely comfortable with Michelle. Even before heading out she asked if she could do anything further. If you are worried about things behind the scenes, or even about bustling your dress when your bridesmaids are struggling (yes she did this-LIFESAVER) you should hire Michelle ASAP. She gave us referrals and ideas when we felt lost and she was so flexible and easy going. She came with us to our last venue meeting to get an idea where I wanted my decorations. I gave her my ideas but told her I was okay with her changing anything that she thought would be better. I loved how she set everything up, it was better than what I had imagined. Michelle also helped with bustling my dress, got some great pictures of us and was by my side for anything I needed. At one point her and her whole family ( her father has a limo service who we also booked for our wedding) was my therapist; they spent a few hours with me listening and giving me their opinions on how to handle things. We really liked that Michelle had a connection to the cars & our band which were 2 very important pieces of our night that we wanted to run smoothly (& they did!). Michelle responds by text or email faster than anyone I know. Whenever I had a question or concern and would reach out, her response would be in my inbox or text conversation before I picked back up my phone. This is a great quality to have as I never was waiting around for days for an answer. Michelle provided us with vendor recommendations, a tip sheet, would tag me in ideas she knew I was looking to buy for the wedding, listened to my concerns, talked to me when I was looking to make changes to the schedule, and helped update the cars & the band. A few weeks before my wedding I had a few big changes and Michelle was very helpful in talking me through the schedule many times, updating all of the vendors to make sure there were no mistakes with the updated location and made sure everyone knew where they were going and when. Michelle is flexible, affordable, kind, punctual, organized, passionate about wedding planning & will do everything to make sure your day runs smoothly! Thanks Michelle!!
