We hired Knot Just Weddings, Michelle, for our wedding. After our engagement we hired vendors and began planning our wedding. We became overwhelmed as the wedding day was getting closer, We knew we needed help to carry out our plans on the actual day of the wedding. We were so happy to find Michelle. She gave us referrals and ideas when we felt lost and she was so flexible and easy going. On the day of our wedding she made sure all vendors were doing their part to make our day extra special and she had the entire evening flowing smoothly. We had an outdoor wedding on an extremely hot night and I caught a glimpse of her assisting people to their car to make sure they were OK. She's very warm, caring and professional. Michelle was an amazing addition to our day. I booked her towards the end of my wedding planning as I only needed her for Day of Coordinating. She answered every email and every text message immediately. Sometimes it felt like I didn't hit send & I already had an answer. I loved that because it shows she takes her job seriously. She came with us to our last venue meeting to get an idea where I wanted my decorations. I gave her my ideas but told her I was okay with her changing anything that she thought would be better. I loved how she set everything up, it was better than what I had imagined. Michelle also helped with bustling my dress, got some great pictures of us and was by my side for anything I needed. She checked up on us throughout the night and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can not picture the day going so perfectly if it weren’t for her help! Michelle is a life saver! She saved me a lot of headaches and helped prevent certain outcomes on my wedding day. Without her I would be the one running around making sure certain things were done. With her there she did that all for me. She was always a text message away. She was never too busy for you. At one point her and her whole family ( her father has a limo service who we also booked for our wedding) was my therapist; they spent a few hours with me listening and giving me their opinions on how to handle things. I found Michelle through booking her dads amazing company, Action Limo for my cars wedding day! My husband and I got the impression that Michelle was really hard working and passionate about weddings & liked that she would start working with us as soon as we signed the contract. We really liked that Michelle had a connection to the cars & our band which were 2 very important pieces of our night that we wanted to run smoothly (& they did!). Michelle responds by text or email faster than anyone I know. Whenever I had a question or concern and would reach out, her response would be in my inbox or text conversation before I picked back up my phone. This is a great quality to have as I never was waiting around for days for an answer. Michelle provided us with vendor recommendations, a tip sheet, would tag me in ideas she knew I was looking to buy for the wedding, listened to my concerns, talked to me when I was looking to make changes to the schedule, and helped update the cars & the band. A few weeks before my wedding I had a few big changes and Michelle was very helpful in talking me through the schedule many times, updating all of the vendors to make sure there were no mistakes with the updated location and made sure everyone knew where they were going and when.
