Would give 10 stars if I could! Jennifer and Brooke are WONDERFUL people, and I could not have asked for a better decor team! I had SO many compliments on how beautiful our reception was, and it was all due to these ladies! Jennifer responded very soon after my initial inquiry, and helped me narrow down my vision. I gave her my colors and some vague ideas, and she came back with three inspo photos to get my thoughts on each! I picked the one I liked the best, and we tweaked details from there. She sent photos every step of the way, so that I could approve each piece. I had decided to work with a decor company because I didn't want to buy a bunch of decorative items that I couldn't use later. Knot So Ordinary can quote all kinds of rentals--silk flowers, tableware, tablecloths, decorative bowls, glasses, etc. They worked up a proposal specific to what I wanted, and then were flexible enough to tweak it with me when I had some changes in budget and guest count. They came in and set everything up in the reception hall while we were doing our rehearsal, and they came again at the end of the reception and picked everything up! This really helped reduce the clean-up burden on our families and wedding party, which we were really hoping to avoid. Jennifer and Brooke made everything so easy for me as the bride, and even my dad commented that he liked the way they did business! The personal, custom touch really meant a lot to me, and everything turned out looking just as I'd dreamed! Thank you Knot So Ordinary!
