Sally and I have been working together on Sandals vacations for a number of years. Even if we re-book on resort, I transfer the booking to her shortly after returning to Buffalo. Day or night Sally makes herself available to clients and troubleshooting any issues. She has great contacts in the various counties we have gone to for Sandals trips. We would definitely suggest her help to anyone looking to going to a Sandals location.
Sally made scheduling a last minute holiday Jamaican-Get-Away a breeze. She knows all the ins and outs of Sandals and did all the leg work, while working with us , to insure that we had an amazing personalized getaway. We decided last minute to upgrade and even with Sandals computer systems down she was able to not only meet but excide our expectations. Upon arrival she checked up on us and even took care of an issue we had with our room. I would recommend her services and can't wait to book our next trip with her

Sally is very knowledgeable of all the Sandals resorts and communicated in a very fast and timely manner with all my questions and concerns I had about our trip. She handled our entire trip from travel requirements, bookings, what to pack, private transfers and excursions. She made all preparations for our travel needs easy and we felt reassured that we were taken care of. Sally will help you create the best vacation possible!
We met Sally at a wine festival and she arranged our travael plans with flight, hotel etc. Everything was great!!! She organized everything perfectly and we had a wonderful time. If not for Sally's expertise we certainly would have had delays and interruptions. I highly recommend her services!!!
