Oh my goodness, if you are looking for a photographer, Blake is your guy. From the moment me and my now husband, had our inquiry call over a year away from our wedding, we knew we had to book Blake and we are so glad that we did! Blake was a dream to work with from our engagement photos to our wedding day he was amazing. Starting with our engagement photos, we said we wanted true fall vibes and Blake delivered! He found the perfect location and captured exactly what we were looking for. Not only were the photos amazing but he made both me and my now husband feel so comfortable that we were able to be our true selves, which can be tricky because my husband does not like getting his photo taken, but Blake saw that as a challenge and he won! We were able to be ourselves and because of that Blake capture little moments between us that showed who are as people but also as a couple. The photos were amazing!! Leading up to the wedding Blake was easy to get in contact with and was always very responsive! The process was so seamless that there was nothing to stress about! About a week or so before the wedding day we had our final call where we went over the timeline and details so we knew exactly what to expect the day of and made some decisions based on how long things would take. After that call I knew we had nothing to worry about because Blake had it covered. The day of the wedding Blake brought such a calming energy that again there was nothing to stress about. We trusted him and gave him full creative freedom and he really delivered! While we have only gotten our sneak peek we are still in awe of what he captured from our day!! More specifically the little moments and the action shots from amazing perspectives are insane!! We are so excited to see the rest of the photos because we know they are going to show all of the fun and joy of our wedding day! The biggest thing that sets Blake apart is that he truly gets to know his couples! He learns what’s important to each person and what is important to them as a couple so he knows the moments to capture and it comes through in his work. Seriously if you need a photographer, book Blake before it is too late, you will not regret it!!!

Blake was absolutely AMAZING. We could not wait to get our photos back but it was definitely worth the wait. Blake was a tremendous help from the moment we decided that he would be our photographer, all throughout the planning process, and especially on the day of. I barely noticed that he was there. He allowed us to do what we wanted and not be overly posed. It made everything seem relaxing and we were actually able to enjoy the day because of this. His clear direction, calm demeanor, and positive attitude was greatly appreciated. He is a true professional and we are so thankful to have found him as our wedding photographer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Blake was absolutely amazing from day 1 to the wedding day and beyond. He wants to get to know couples to make sure he can capture their personalities and make everyone feel comfortable. Our engagement photos turned out awesome and the previews we have seen from the wedding are incredible. My family wouldn’t stop raving about how much they liked him and how great he was all night. 10/10 would recommend!

Blake is probably one of the best humans I have ever met. Not only is he kind, understanding, compassionate and tons of fun, but he is the most talented wedding photographer out there! Every single person who saw my wedding photos asked me who the photographer was and admired his creativity with light and his skill at capturing the realness of every moment. If I had to do my big day all over again, Blake is definitely a huge part I would insist on including. Thanks Blake!

Blake gave us some amazing shots at our wedding. After finding him it was a delight to be working with him and it basically felt like having a friend to take our photos. He also adds great creative touches that me and my life were big fans of. He was able to meet with us both in person and over zoom. We took pictures for our engagement shoot with our dogs at a park. For our wedding he came out and took great shots of the church and our families. Finishing off at our reception me and my wedding party had a lot of fun getting to pose and just relax while taking photos. Nothing felt overly stage and very organic.

Blake is easily the best purchase and choice we made when it came to our wedding outside of each other. Such a beautiful vision and even more beautiful shots. Blake was professional, kind, accommodating, and so bright. So many beautiful and intimate moments were captured, truly different from the "normal" wedding photo. Hopefully our paths cross again and we can have more photos done by Blake in the future as we grow as a family.

We hired Blake for my wedding back in February and I cannot say thank you enough. He was more than we could have asked for!! He was sooo fun to work with and patient and made us feel very relaxed!! From the beginning he talked us through what he does on the wedding day and asked us what we had envisioned for the day and he followed through with exactly what he said! As I looked through the photos there’s so many times I never even noticed he was there because he takes the time to grab every moment rather it be small or big! Blake was the best decision we could've made regarding all of our wedding planning and my husband and I absolutely love him! He was such a great person to have around us throughout our wedding and it really did feel as though we just had a close friend near us all day. He's funny, warm, kind, respectful, and just so much fun and wonderful to be around. He made us feel so taken care of- He not only made it a fact of importance that we got all the shots and photos with family and friends that we wanted, but he also gave us time for just being ourselves and truly enjoying the experience of our wedding day. He is such a creative person who just makes magic out of anything and everything. The few sneak peeks that we got already make my heart flutter with happiness, obsession, and so much love every time I see them. He captures and creates emotion and beauty with his photography, and he really is the best at what he does! Where do I begin with Blake!?! From the first interaction it was easy breezy as we reviewed the options. With that easy, calm interaction we moved forward to select him! We decided to do a private ceremony and a celebration on two different days AND on a holiday weekend (thanksgiving). He was super accommodating, creative and communicative leading up to the wedding weekend! He always answered my questions in a timely manner. Fast forward to the weekend- I hold a high standard of execution and quality with events and vendors - Blake met all those standards with such class! He communicated that morning, I ran an idea of a first look past him at the 11th hr and he organized it all! I saw my husband for the first time in such a magical, private space that Blake found when he arrived at our hotel! His creativity with a fun vision captured us to a T, we are a laid back, fun and casual pair and he totally brought that style and energy to BOTH days. He even laid in the middle of the street and got his lense wet just to get the perfect image! Dedicated!! It can be stressful with wedding plans and families etc but Blake handled my loud Italian bunch with care and ease. We have beautiful, amazing photos to cherish now and I am so happy we went with my gut and chose Blake! Blake, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing photos and a fun photo reveal day. We relived the magic again with so much joy and emotion.

Hiring Blake was the best decision we made for our wedding! Prior to the big day, he was extremely communicative and collaborative, most importantly, he asked tons of questions to understand who we are as a couple so that he could best capture our personalities on the big day. On the day of our wedding, his service, quality, communication, personality, and professionalism exceeded every expiration we had. It felt as though we had hired a good friend to capture our day, and we couldn’t be happier. He made sure to capture moments throughout the day that highlighted who we are as a couple, as well as all the traditional portraits that mom + dad wanted. He was fun, charismatic, innovative, and flexible (even when we changed our timeline the day of!). Blake made us feel extremely comfortable and confident throughout the different photo shoots as well, which made us feel so much more at ease. We will 100% be using Blake again for future events and will be forever grateful that he helped us capture our special day. Capturing all of the moments he did was even more important, since our guest list was so small due to COVID, we can now share our full day with our families and friends that couldn’t be there. Thank you Blake, from the bottom of our hearts for documenting our day in such a special way. I can’t say enough great things about Blake. We hired him for a small wedding ceremony we were having, and it was the best decision we made. He was prompt, professional, kind, and just an overall great photographer. He paid attention to all the extra details we never would have the noticed. It honestly meant a lot to us to have someone that cared about our day, no matter how small. If you are looking for a great photographer you won’t be disappointed with Blake.

Blake just did my wedding on 6/5/21 and he did a fantastic job. His communication prior to and day of were awesome. Anytime I reached out with a question he was extremely responsive. He has an awesome personality as well and finds ways to connect with you to make you feel more comfortable. He is not all business but is super personable and is really there for you every step of the way. Day of he let me know when he was on his way. And upon arrival introduced himself to everyone present. Showed up on time with the second shooter and jumped right into getting detailed shots and shots of the girls getting ready. He immediately opened up a line of communication with my videographer which was so important as they worked together throughout the day on where to stand and making sure they both got the shots they needed without getting in each others way. Blake helped me when it came time for family photos by suggesting and helping me order family around for all the shots needed as everyone was all over the place. He made a stressful situation more organized and helped everyone flow in and out of the shots. He was very directive when it came time for the couples photos of myself and my husband who hates being Infront of the camera. He made things feel more organic as well as included our puppy in pictures. He had his second shooter help set up shots, get our dogs attention to look at the camera, and help carry my long train and veil to each photo location at our venue. Within 2 days I had 5 sneak peak pictures which look like they turned out amazing. I cannot wait to see more. Overall, very happy with the way Blake handled himself, his communication, his personality and his artistic eye. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding photographer in the greater Houston Tx Area!

Blake did a great job with our wedding and engagement shoots. It was evident that he knew what he was doing. He catered to our personalities well and helped us feel comfortable. His photos were stunning and unique – he captured our personality as well as the beauty of the venue and the fun had by our guests. We have too many favorite photos... If we were to do it all over, we'd pick Blake again!

I cannot say enough good things about Blake! Our first meeting started with him getting know me and taking the time to explain how he works as a photographer. He made the scheduling process a breeze and he is always easy to communicate with. We had a great time during the engagement session and laughed through most of it. We recommended Blake to anyone!! Blake is so passionate about his work and the clients he works for. He set aside time to not only discuss all the important things we envisioned for our wedding day, but also to get to know us personally. Once we connected through a zoom call and looked over his portfolio, we knew we wanted him to be our photographer. One of the best decisions we made because we are absolutely in love with our wedding photos that we will cherish for years to come. Blake and his team arrived early, stayed late, and even offered to help when my partner began not feeling well since he has experience in the medical field. Blake took that curve ball and rolled with it by taking sunset bridal pictures and all my guests thought it was planned! I thought I was a pretty chill bride- my family planned the wedding without a planner in 4 weeks and Blake stepped in and was ready to help in all ways! He made the process easy and even made a timeline for us, overall he wanted my fiancé and me to be excited about the process of getting married with minimal stress! I hired Cernosek Photography in desperate need of bridals due to an issue with my original photographer and I was not disappointed!! Blake, the owner/photographer is really nice, responsive and a great communicator. He responded to me right away when I messaged him and set a phone call to talk about what I wanted for my bridals. During the photography session, he went above and beyond. I was only scheduled for an hour but he ended up taking pictures way beyond that time frame. I had also forgotten my dress and it took about 20 minutes for my dad to drop it off. He was very understanding. The photos he takes are also really great quality. He captured the moody vibe I wanted really well. Overall I 100% recommend Cernosek photography to other brides, couples, etc.

Blake is an amazing photographer! I’m so glad we decided to work with him! His portfolio speak for itself. His photographs and the way he works with light is exactly the vision we had in mind. From my experience with Blake I can say that part of the reason his photos look so good is because he makes his couples feel comfortable. From the first consultation it was clear that Blake is passionate about what he does. He had wonderful suggestions for the location of our engagement shoot and the photos turned out better that I could’ve dreamed of. His style of conducting the shoots is so easy going too! I was worried that it would be uncomfortable or staged but Blake used poses as a jumping off point and let me and my fiancé do what was the most natural for us. Half the time it didn’t even feel like we were doing a shoot, it was me and my fiancé talking and joking around with one of our friends. I am so excited to work with Blake on my wedding day in March. After all the fun we had at our engagement shoot I know he’s going to bring some much needed levity to a very exciting day. I have absolutely no doubt that he’s going to blow us away with our wedding photos, just like he’s done with our engagement photos.

Finding Blake as our photographer was a happenstance that my husband Sean and I were/are incredibly grateful for! My mom found him while searching for a photographer in the area and loved him after talking with him over the phone. From the initial meet and greet through phone, and then meeting for our first photo shoot, we were incredibly impressed. He was responsive to messages, punctual for our meetings, kept an eye on the weather (this is important!) and was so easy to get along with. We clicked immediately which made working with him a breeze! Initially we hired him just for our wedding day but decided last minute to have an engagement photo sesh. Our schedules aligned and he offered great recommendations for location based off of what we desired for our pictures. He had them ready for us quite quickly and they came out amazing!! His attention to detail and allowing us to just be ourselves throughout the photo sesh 110% captured who we are together!! We felt like rockstars! Our original wedding day was a hot mess. Tropical Storm Beta stalled and we had to postpone our wedding by two days. Throughout the craziness, we kept in touch with Blake about rescheduling and he was available on the day we chose to go ahead with the wedding. Again, could not be more thankful for his flexibility. It was also a time where he had more flexibility in his schedule and to be honest it just felt like the universe was on our side with rescheduling and shuffling things around. As all of our guest were still able to attend! All in all the wedding day was a success, Blake was attentive, professional and blended in with our family. It was like having a very good friend there supporting us and capturing some very precious moments that we'll have always. We are excited to see the photos as he has already sent a couple of sneak peaks and adore them!! Our experience with Blake was a highlight in our wedding preparation and day! I hired Blake based on a recommendation from another well-reputed photographer. He was her first recommendation and she did so without any hesitation or doubt. And boy, was she right! Blake is kind, creative, personable, inviting, and of course, talented. He walked me through every step of the way, explaining his vision and allowing me to make adjustments where I saw fit (I could never find anything to adjust, so that was easy!) I was worried about my fiance clamming up during our engagement pictures, but Blake spoke to him like a friend and helped him to relax and let go. Our pictures are a testament to how comfortable we felt with each other and in front of Blake. We were surrounded by people in the park, but Blake made us feel like the only two people in the room. Blake was a great photographer for our elopement: professional and friendly. I mentioned I was flexible in our elopement plans, and he took the time to recommend locations and the time of day for best lighting. The photos were delivered quickly and were more beautiful than we could have asked for. Would definitely recommend.

Everything from the start to finish was wonderful. Blake made sure to ask me beforehand what photos/poses I was interested in and it made the entire process quick and pleasant (because in June you are basically melting outdoors). He arrived before myself and my husband, and was professional and kind. Not to mention extremely patient with our 3 small children. We got our photos back quickly and love them! We had a family only ceremony, but Cernosek Photography gave us big memories. We’re so thankful!
