We do Farm I do's!! We love making your day special!! We are a family owned century farm and offer a vintage/ rustic/ romantic barn/farm setting for an outdoor wedding ceremony & reception up to 300 guests. We can set up a wedding ceremony at multiple locations on the property with plenty of parking. Tented receptions up to 300 guests are permitted on the property. We also have a historic century barn that is renovated and holds up to 200 guests with additional patio seating. It's great to have everything at one venue!!! There is nothing like us in the area!!!! We are located about 10 miles west of Toledo Ohio. Our specialty is our rehearsal/ wedding ceremony value package. Stay in the 5 bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property and have the rehearsal and dinner on the property or in the workshop party room and your caterers can prepare a country BBQ or traditional dinner and then have the ceremony & Reception with any vendors you choose the next day. Brides love staying at the farmhouse with their bridesmaids to prepare together for the wedding day. We are located on 10.5 acres with woods, barns, a pond, and rustic accents so there are many great photo opportunities. We are the perfect venue if you want farm themed, country, rustic, romantic, vintage, historic or a shabby chic feel. At our venue we have ceremony & reception options. Being able to have our wedding reception at Koelsch Farm Homestead put our dream reception into a reality. It was the perfect venue for our vision of a laidback place where people can enjoy themselves inside or outside playing games and listening to music. We loved being able to fully enjoy our reception and then stay the night in the farmhouse as well without worrying about cleaning up the night of. Jackie was great to work with as she was quick to answer any questions and helped us put everything together. It is a beautiful venue and very accommodating to what we needed to bring our vision to life. Koelsch is a hidden gem so close to the city!

It was better than I could've asked for and had the most wonderful wedding weekend. They were very professional and quick to respond. Their amenities were great and the venue was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Koelsch Farm Homestead to anyone!

Koelsch Farm was the perfect venue. The Koeslch Family was amazing to work with-they were all so helpful from start to finish and made us feel like part of the family! The property is beautiful and has SO much to offer any couple. We loved being able to have our rehearsal dinner on the venue property the night before & being able to rent the farmhouse for the girls to stay/get ready in the night before as well. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the venue and we even had some guests say they want to have their own weddings here. Could not recommend Koelsch enough!!!

I cannot recommend koelsch farm enough!! Jackie and the rest of the Koelsch family were exceptional to work with and the venue is beautiful. I loved renting the farmhouse and being able to spend the whole weekend at the homestead with my bridesmaids.

Koelsch Farm Homestead was amazing!! The family was so accommodating and made everything perfect! The homestead is beautiful and our pictures turned out awesome! It was pouring outside and Jackie was awesome. Helped with our decorations and making sure the girls wouldn't get wet. Highly recommend having your wedding there!

If you're looking for a wonderful family who really listens to your interests and wants to make you and your guests feel like home, please use the Koelsch Family Homestead for your wedding ceremony. The history of the homestead is amazing as well as the fact that it has a homey airbnb where the bridesmaids or groomsmen can spend the night beforehand. They have so any unique and beautiful decorations and they let you go through and discuss how you picture your perfect day to look. After I got my wedding pictures back I realized they had put out water in big containers with cute little signs since it was surprisingly hot for October. They even put out custom chalkboard signs with our names on them. The grounds are huge and there are many spots to take pictures. The best part: the 100 year old sycamore tree that we got married under. It is so beautiful and to this day people still talk about that tree on our wedding day. This place is a hidden gem and only 10-15 mins from Toledo.

If your looking for a beautiful place and want good people to take great care of you though the whole process at a great price then this is a place you must check out. I told them what I wanted and they took care of the set up and taking everything down. The people exceeded all my expectations and made my wedding even more wonderful. As for pictures if you like outside pictures you will run out of memory before you run out of places to take pictures at.
