We had the absolute BEST service and experience using Kohler Catering! Not only was the planning process helpful and straightforward, Yvonne, helped work through any questions I had too. Food was delicious, service was great, 10/10!

Yvonne and her team at Kohler Catering did a fantastic job at our Wedding in September of this year. Guests still compliment us on the food and the service was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone hosting an event in the area.

Highly recommend! The waitstaff at the wedding was so great, polite to guests, efficient, helpful, and presented themselves so professionally. Catie was so responsive, accommodating, and professional! She understood everything I asked for, she attended our walk through, she quickly replied to emails and overall was super great, and that doesn't even mention the food yet!!! Outstanding!!! I got so so so many compliments and had everyone tell me that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. We couldn't help but dig into the leftovers after the night was over, they had packed them up and put them in our fridge for us to munch on. Everything we had was so delicious and the risotto cakes are a MUST HAVE!

We just had our wedding last night and unfortunately the weather was not on anyone’s side. Despite this, Kohler’s showed up and out for us!! The food was phenomenal and our guests kept going back for more!! Highly recommend

Kohler Catering did an amazing job for our daughter's 200 guest wedding reception in July. Yvonne helped us decide the menu and guide us through the ordering process. There was great flexibility also as we ordered a couple of things that were not on their usual listing. The event was off-site at the Bushnell Center in Springfield, OH, so she she even visited a few weeks in advance to see the layout and help plan what was needed. A crew came in the day before and quickly unloaded and set up all of their supplies. The appetizer table during the cocktail hour was displayed in such an attractive way and the food was tasty too. The dinner buffet was set up in a tasteful manner and the food was hot and delicious. How do they do this? The prime rib was seasoned and cooked perfectly and was carved by a very friendly man (Dan?). Jenny, the team lead, and her team made sure that we were well taken care of; serving the bride and groom their meals, releasing the tables, clearing the tables, and they even got water for the bridesmaids bouquets. The entire team was so professional, helpful, and friendly. They served the cake for us, which was from an outside bakery, and they packed up all of the leftover food for us too. At the end of the evening they torn down the tables and set all of the table decorations to the side all together, so that our cleanup was easy the next day. The other vendors and the wedding planner even commented on what a great and thorough job Kohler's did. I highly recommend Kohler's Catering.

Kohler did an amazing job for our wedding dinner! We ordered prime rib and lemon chicken with scalloped potatoes and green beans! We are still getting great comments about our dinner from 2 months ago! It was so good to have a tasty meal as a bride!!

Kohler Catering was excellent with everything they did for our Wedding Day from the service to the food! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to anything we needed and any questions we had. Then when it came time for the Hors D'oeuvre and Dinner the food was amazingly delicious, and we had multiple people complimenting how great everything tasted. The Carved Prime Rib was wonderful, and Sauteed Pasta Station was a big hit! We also had Kohler Catering for our Rehearsal Dinner on site at the Kohler Banquet Hall and it is a great intimate venue and the food was again delicious! I would definitely recommend anyone on the fence about what Caterer to use, to meet with Kohler Catering!

We worked with Catie. Her communication was amazing. We had asked for many changes to our projected invoicing and menu that she was happy to work through. She was helpful with all questions we had and with getting us the best price possible. During dinner service, food was presented will with the buffet. We had plenty of leftovers that the servers packed up for us. The food tasted amazing!

Yvonne and the whole team did an excellent job, attention to detail, etc.... but it all boils down to food! This is our second wedding and it was just as great as the first. All guest commented on the quality, and we thought it was spot on.

Kohler was an excellent choice for our 150 person wedding. We got rave reviews from our guests about how good the food was. Catie was so fun and easy to work with. The food was tasty, served hot, and we were able to adjust the menu to our needs. My only negative would be that it was unclear if food we asked to be dairy free was actually dairy free so be sure to get confirmation day of from the catering lead. Overall, super easy to work with, great food, and reasonable priced.

Delicious!!!! They truly know what they are doing and we're super helpful! Love them and highly recommend. One bite and you'll be hooked. So smooth! If you want a caterer that knows what to do so that you don't have to worry, them they are it!

Kohler was such an easy and perfect choice for our wedding. We worked with Catie the whole time and she always was quick to respond, had answers to all our questions, and gave us confidence in Kohler the whole way through. The food was sooo good! We received many compliments from guests not only for how good the food was, but how great the staff was. We also used their bartending services and they were absolutely amazing! Every time we went up she’d remember your order if you wanted the same thing. You need to book Kohler as one of the most stress free vendors on your list. They’ve got you and won’t let you down! Our day was perfect and they were a big part of that!

Kohler’s food is delicious! They helped us plan everything and the day of tasted better than the tasting. The only complaint we would have is that it was hard to get in contact with them via email because they did not reply quickly. But they were lovely to work with and helped our day be fantastic!

We had a great experience with Kohler Catering. I called a few caterers for my son's wedding, and they were the most responsive, quickest to answer my questions, and gave me much-needed advice. The food was delicious and everyone involved was very professional. I can't thank Nikka enough for all her help!

Kohler Catering was wonderful to work with, Catie from their team helped with coordinating everything for our wedding day and she was very professional and answered all of our questions. The team helped make everything run smoothly that day and we couldn't have been happier.

I cannot recommend Kohler Catering enough!! We had 350+ people at our wedding and everyone kept telling us how much they loved the food and that the staff was so nice. We were so happy we chose Kohler to cater our wedding. Catie, Mr. Kohler and the whole staff did such an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

The food was excellent, and the night went really well. They were able to work with my budget and were upfront with what costs would be. Communication was difficult- I had many unanswered emails, and couldn’t always get someone on the phone. There was also no way to pay online, so I either had to mail a check or give my credit card number over the phone, which wasn’t ideal. They have a good knowledge of the Dayton art institute, which helped tremendously, and they were very professional. Overall everything worked out well, but if communication stresses you out I would think twice.

Kohler was absolutely amazing! From day one they offered many different services and customized it to your budget and vision. We worked with Catie who was extremely responsive and attentive to detail. Food was delicious and we received SO MANY compliments on it! Staff was very professional and truly care about making your wedding the best night.

About 2 months before my wedding, my venue informed me that the caterer we had booked a year prior was not acceptable. In this short of notice I was able to get in touch with Kohler and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. As the bride i was already stressing, I worked with Nikka and she was amazing. She was so supportive and made sure that we got the food we wanted for our wedding day even on such short notice. Then on the wedding day I was even more impressed the food was amazing and the staff was so friendly and even continued to check on guests throughout the night. Truly a great experience and I highly highly recommend this company, they truly care about their clients!

Kohler did an amazing job for our Oct 1, 2022 wedding! We did a plated meal and everything came out AMAZING and DELICIOUS. Highly recommend!!

I was really excited to work with Kohler again, as I’ve worked with them professionally in years prior and have gone to many events at their facilities…This time around was a bit disappointing, though. Two weeks before the wedding, our final balance was due. We paid it in full, verifying the full order with the admin. Everything was right - the menu selections, the count, etc. or so we thought. The sales rep we had been working with was exposed to and then got sick with Covid, so we were placed with a different sales rep. The new sales rep came in after that two weeks out payment and reverted everything to the items we had tasted in the year prior. The timeline was botched. Nothing was right. I emailed her back, the wedding coordinator we hired contacted her as well. It took MULTIPLE emails and phone calls over the course of a few days in the week before our wedding to get things right. Throughout those communications, the new rep blamed the other rep who was sick and I sed the “I’ve been here longer” excuse for things not adding up and also blamed things on the sales portal and its inadequacies. When the wedding day came, things seemed to go well. There were a few hiccups along the way, but they were SUPER small. The real kicker though is that we ended up with another bill at the end of all of this, for whatever reason. Overall the food was great, things worked out, but the lack of professionalism on the part of some of the sales reps left a little something to be desired.

Kohler has great food for a reasonable price!! they also offer many different services, such as desserts and bartending, etc. We got many compliments on our food and the bartender we hired through Kohler. They also wrapped our left over food up very good for transport home. we definitely recommend kohler for catering on your wedding day!

The food was delicious and the presentation was fantastic. Emily was wonderful to work with, she really understood exactly what we were looking for and how to make it happen since what we were looking for wasn't in their usual repertoire. She totally delivered beautiful and delicious appetizers/meals with excellent customer service and consultation. Each of our entrees were well received by guests and many of them commented their delight.

Kohler catered my wedding this past weekend and I absolutely loved everything from the food to the staff. They were extremely professional and saints for putting up with the amount of times we changed the menu!

The food was fantastic (and for a very reasonable price) and I love that they cut our cake for us and took food trash from the venue themselves! However, my personal experience working with Jennifer was not all positive (this is from the bride's perspective - I was not on site the whole day). Disclaimer: we got engaged in March and our entire wedding planning process took place in the face of constant regulation changes due to COVID-19. Despite this, we were able to do a tasting in person (the only one we got to do and the tasting was super nice and a very cute setup!) and Jennifer was really great at first about answering all our questions, being flexible when we were initially planning two weddings (1 ideal, 1 COVID backup), and taking the initiative to reach out to our venue about rules and setup. There was some difficulty working out some simple things in the contract, but otherwise, all was great! However, once regulations began to relax I think they must've been swamped because we definitely were no longer the priority. We didn't get any reminders when our 50% was due and we forgot about it until a month later -- we reached out right away and it took days (weekdays) to receive a response (so days in which I was convinced our caterer forgot about us and I was freaking out). Once that was sorted, we tried to schedule a meeting to finalize our catering menu and chat details. We were given her availability for this and we responded within a half-hour to schedule, then did not hear back for a few days (so in my mind, forgotten again...) before we scheduled a different meeting time that she ended up missing due to another meeting running late, and then she made a big deal about getting to work early for our phone meeting (the third meeting we tried to schedule, within their business hours posted online) when she was able to make it. On our wedding day, Jennifer was the only vendor to ask me questions about how to do her job... I had sent a layout of the pavilion we were using in advance, but apparently, they were not happy with where we had them setup (despite having been in contact with my venue owner and me sending them the layout in advance) and were sassy with my family about this. Included in the layout that I sent in advance were color-coded tables to indicate the three tables (all right next to each other) where the plated vegetarian meals should be sent. We had discussed in advance that they would take the plates to those tables indicated in the layout and the vegetarian guests would self-identify themselves (I warned the guests of this in advance). This was apparently confusing on the day and caused more questions to be sent my way (which as the bride trying to enjoy the day without worrying about details that were sorted in advance, I was not happy with). And then, while I'm happy they cut the cake for us, I was not happy about them nearly dropping the cake (caught by their chest), rudely snapping at the person that made our cake when they went to check on it, having multiple guests bring up both of these incidents to me, and then finding my cake topper mysteriously broken... and then I was later told they also seemed disappointed to not receive additional tips when gratuity is already included in what we paid based on our contract. So in general, was the food good and reasonably priced? Yes. Was it worth the added stress/annoyance that took my attention (however briefly) away from an otherwise perfect day? Debatable.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Kohler Catering. They went over all the details before the wedding to make sure everything went as planned. The food was hot and so many guests said how good everything was from the appetizers to main course and desserts.

Our venue had three preferred caterers and we are SO glad we went with the incredible staff at Kohler! Not only was the food prepared hot and delicious, it was the most amazing experience during a really tough time. We loved our experience picking out our menu during our tasting. There were so many delicious options but we did not feel overwhelmed because of their expertise. We had incredible communication with our contacts and they evolved with our plans every time we had to make a change due to COVID guidelines. They didn't leave out a single detail -- from requesting no sugar packets on the table to preparing a special allergy-friendly meal for me. The owner, Beth checked in on my husband and I multiple times during the night to make sure we had enough to drink and eat. Because of COVID, we had to have the bartenders deliver drinks to each table. Our guests raved about their service and speed. I cannot speak highly enough about this company - hire them today! You are guaranteed amazing food and excellent customer service. You want a company like theirs on your side during a global pandemic.

Kohler’s food and customer service were simply outstanding. They stayed in touch on all items, were wonderful when changes were needed (COVID required some changes in plans), and took such good care to adhere to safe practices. I cannot say enough about the high quality of the food and service. I would hire them again before I would check with any other caterer.

We had our Wedding Reception at Presidential Banquet Center which is Kohler Catering's event center. We are a 2020 COVID-19 wedding. We were planned for June 2020 and postponed to October 2020. Kohler was absolutely AMAZING through the whole process!!!! I cannot recommend Kohler enough! Thank you so very much Kohler!

Such a great company to hire for your wedding! We hired them because of many friends who worked for them during high school and heard good things. They were very accommodating with the COVID situation and made everything so easy! Ontop of that the food was amazing and we keep receiving so many compliments from guests. Highly recommend using them for your wedding!

Kohler Catering was AMAZING! Easily one of the best choices we made for our wedding. Their banquet space wasn't flashy, but it was very well put together and once all the tables and other decorations were set up, it was beautiful. The food was delicious and we got many, many comments on it during and after the wedding. They were easy to work with and so flexible during the pandemic; it felt like all we needed to do was come put the centerpieces on the table! We felt extremely blessed to have found them.

We could not have picked a better caterer than Kohler! Working with Beth was a total breeze. She was professional, kind, and organized. You always hear about wedding food being bland and overpriced, but it was the total opposite with Kohler!! We chose a Greek-stuffed chicken breast and braised short ribs and they were juicy, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. The pricing was very fair and the service alone was worth every penny. Beth was there with me every step of the way, and was able to make quick last-minute adjustments. I would recommend Kohler to all of my friends and family getting married in the Dayton area!

We used Kohler's for our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding, and we also had them supply the majority of the desserts for our big day. I've known their food is amazing, but had no idea their desserts were so incredibly delicious. We had so many compliments both nights, and the service they provided from delivery, set up, serving, and clean up was top notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caterer who can do it all!

We had the best experience using Kohler to cater our wedding at the Steam Plant in Dayton, OH. We had tastings and meetings to plan and day of everything was perfect!! Kohler is above and beyond and we had multiple people tell us it was the best dinner they’ve ever had at a wedding. We love the Kohlers!

Craig Kohler made our wedding cake and it was the best cake I've ever had, the groom requested peanut butter and chocolate, and Craig delivered! I would recommend Kohler's to any bride!

Kohler offers a large variety of menu and serving options for your Big Day, and the quality of their food is amazing! With the changes in regulations for COVID happening mid-wedding planning, Sue was able to work with us to get our hors d'oeuvres placed at each table, and made the catering services day-of a breeze! We will continue to seek out Kohler for all of our catering needs! Absolutely amazing company and staff.

For our wedding, we felt the most important parts (and what guests would remember) were: venue, food, and DJ. We had extremely high standards for the quality of food, how it looked in plating, and the efficiency of the serve staff. I can honestly say that Kohler far exceeded our expectations! All of our guests said that this was the most delicious food they’d ever had at a wedding and truly rivaled the food of expensive restaurants! The cocktail hour display and food were stunning and amazing and the reception plated dinner was perfect! The best part of it? It was totally affordable, too!! The staff was extremely efficient— they were able to strike that perfect balance of always being around to refill water glasses, offer coffee, clear plates, answer questions, but also being completely out of sight when we were just enjoying the food, visiting with our guests, etc. it’s like any time we needed them, they would magically anticipate our needs and manifest. Truly, caterers are a HUGE part of the day and there’s no other company I would trust with the something as important as the food on your most special day than Kohler. It’s not enough to say that they gave us a perfect day. A more accurate statement would be that they not only made our day perfect, they far, far exceeded any and all expectations we had!! There were even things that I didn’t think of for the day of and Beth was adaptive, flexible, calm, and operated with high efficiency to fill any needs we had. Highly, HIGHLY suggest using them for your event!!
