Food truck showed up late, then parked in the wrong spot so guest could not line up for food. My guest were eating multiple bags of chips that I provided because they were hungry a...
nd waiting. The staff serving the food were disheveled. A guest said their tofu was raw & cold. The food truck did not stay for the whole 2 hours. We were not given the 5 extra meals we ordered (in case we had extra guests).
The owner was unresponsive to emails and phone calls and text from myself and from our coordinator prior to the date of service . Until I left a bad review on google, which prompted him to send an on slot of unprofessional text messages instantly.
Koi fusion did an amazing job at our wedding. They had so many choices and variety, including gluten free, that everyone was satisfied. Everyone raved about how quirky it was to h...

Food truck was a huge hit at the wedding!
Excellent food and service! Had the food truck pull up to a garage door at our venue, and it worked great! Very reasonably priced, and easy to work with.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Anthony and the catering team at Koi Fusion! We had both our wedding/reception at our home on 9.12.15 and wanted to provide a unique PDX di...
ning experience for our guests, all while remaining cost-effective. Who better than to go with the guy that basically invented the food-truck concept in Portland? Not only that, they truly went above & beyond to ensure that our custom catering needs would be fulfilled. For 4 hours we had the full Koi Fusion menu from the catering truck, an indoor appetizer station, wine tent, and gluten-free marinade all for an extremely affordable budget (especially when you compare to on-site vendors and other catering companies). Not only is their food delicious, but they were quick and efficient in serving our 120 + guest list directly from the truck. I can't say enough good things about this talented group of people, I look forward to the next party we host so we can have them again! Highly recommend :)
My mouth still waters thinking about how amazing their food was at our wedding! We got married over a month ago and chose Koi Fusion as our wedding caterers, best decision ever. It...
was so unique and all of our guests RAVED about the food. Anthony was so great with honoring our budget and accommodating to our requests! Absolutely fantastic. I would recommend Koi Fusion to anyone and everyone.
We hosted our daughter's outdoor wedding at our home for just 150 of her & the grooms closest friend. Among the guests were several local restaurateurs (tough critics) and many gu...
est, including myself, for whom it has been a full year of weddings. We had two trucks roll in immediately following the ceremony and start serving. To a person, Bride, Groom, Family & Friends, everyone RAVED about the food. Most admitting they had never enjoyed "wedding" food as much. One guest owns 14 restaurants and absolutely loved it. You cannot go wrong with KOI FUSION. The value of this fantastic food could not compare to traditional catering options.... Peter & Laurie Clark
I booked Koi Fusion for my wedding last week (8-21-15), and they were awesome! They showed up on time and were ready to serve food as soon as my guest arrived at the reception. I b...
ooked two trucks because I was worried about time with 150 people and only two hours, but they were super fast and the food was delicious. People are still talking about how awesome it was to have the food trucks and how great the food tasted. I've been to several weddings where the bride and groom spent $5000 plus on food and it was never of great quality (dry chicken, etc). I'm glad I booked Koi Fusion. I spent under $2200 (including tip) and fed $150+ people. And the clean up was almost non-existent because it was paper plates! I would recommend having a food truck, especially if you have an outside wedding.
