n more impressive the day of. She provided us with 22 photos just 3 days after the wedding as a sneak peak which was great since I was anxious to post on Instagram! Then only 2 and a half weeks after the wedding we received our almost 2,000 images. The whole thing was effortless on our part, they just showed up and did their thing. I had heard horror stories from other brides about how bad and unprofessional their photographer had been and they were so jealous when they saw how great my photos turned out and how quickly I received them. The pricing was one of the best I found and I honestly don't think I could have received better photos even if I had paid thousands more. across there website, right away we knew they would catch all the intimate moments we wanted and they did, they even caught some that were so touching they made us cru, very special! Shore of Oahu. I had the greatest luck as two hurricanes decided that they too wanted to be guests. Cindy and Haley were by my side the whole time: they captured all the moments a bride treasures but is too busy to dwell on. They both exuded calmness and professionalism in a stressful situation. pricing and quality of photography. I was looking to book an engagement session so I submitted my contact information through the website. CINDY emailed me and then an email chain started over a few days. She never ONCE called me. I told her what my preferences were and she gave me a few good ideas. I believe one location she suggested was Torrey Pines park. I looked on the Facebook page for other engagement photos taken at that location. The pictures were nice but my fiance and I were not very fond of the park. So I mentioned that to CINDY, of course through email. And she also mentioned normally engagement sessions are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays. That works fine with me. But then she emailed me, she can set us up for Wednesday, October 12. Not a Tues or Thursday like she mentioned prior. So unfortunately that date did not work out for us. I emailed her back requesting to change it on a Thursday, Oct 20. After that she stopped responding. I emailed again, thinking maybe she forgot to reply or she didn't receive my email request to change the date. No response still. Surely she's not ignoring me. Well I decided to call MYSELF, and she answered. I told her who I was and she remembered. Then she said, "You need to look for another photographer." I said, "okay, what was the problem?" She said, "There's no problem, you just need to look for another photographer." I was so mad that she couldn't even give me an answer why she basically DID NOT WANT to schedule my engagement session. I did not say another word, as I was so baffled of the lack of customer service she had. I hung up the phone without another word. And immediately typed this review which will not be the only place I enter one. Obviously, she wants to do what she wants, and doesn't care what a customer's preference is. I guess you can act like that if you own your own business. But I expect an explanation why and also to ignore emails, very unprofessional!!! Pictures might be wonderful looking, but customer service lacking greatly! I don't know how many people on here are saying Cindy was "understanding" and "worked with you." She ABSOLUTELY DID NOT!! She could not even have the guts to explain what the problem was. Denying there is a problem, when her actions obviously shows there was a PROBLEM for HER!

I just recently had one of them framed and the framer thought it was an art photo and didn't realize it was my wedding photo... They were awesome and I would use them again if I lived in SoCal!

We never felt pressured and the transition between locations for photo shots went smoothly, in the midst of what could be considered chaotic with all the family and friends wanting time with us. not personally know any photographers in the area so we went in blind. After searching for photographers we came across Cindy and after explaining our plans for a low-stress, laid back service, she seemed like the perfect fit. Cindy communicated professionally and timely throughout the entire process. She gave us specific instructions where and when to be, had great ideas of shots, super easy to work with, and has a fun personality. Before our wedding ceremony she met us on the beach and we took couple pictures just by ourselves. Our families arrived shortly after and she worked with all of us taking whichever shots we wanted. If we could do it over again we would choose her every time. We picked the 1.5 hour service and she promised on the website a certain number of photos but she gave us well over her quota. The photos came out beautifully and we are very pleased with her style and quality.
