Kona Event Rentals

and they kept track of the many changes to our inventory we made over the year getting ready for our wedding. Their crew showed up the night before our wedding and spent 12+ hours setting up our elaborate reception venue. They made our reception look so magical. The young man in charge of our setup was kind and listened to all our requests, and when we made a decision to change the positions of our tents at the 11th hour, they rolled with our requests and made it happen. Their tents and all their equipment is so high quality and beautiful. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent top notch equipment from an organized, kind, and professional company.

ly the most competitive pricing and quality equipment, but were the most pleasant to coordinate and communicate with. We requested so many changes from our original invoice and KER was extremely understanding and flexible, including when we had to entirely book a new venue a week before our wedding date! KER actually came and set up all of our chairs at a new venue and then rushed them over to our reception site for dinner (which was not in the original plans at all!). Both of our venues were quite a long distance form Kona and the team at KER delivered on time with amazing service and care. We can't recommend them enough for your equipment and event needs!

o patient with our multiple requests to make changes to our order. They were prompt with both the setup and pickup, and everything was in excellent condition. I would highly recommend them for any wedding!

l products. The tables ended up being great and we didn't need table cloths because the dark wood was perfect. The set up and take down was done efficiently and expertly. Would recommend this vendor.
