This love for food inspired him to receive formal culinary training at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific, where we learned how to develop recipes and curate a mouth-watering menu. His catering company has serviced weddings and other special events for over 20 years.

est, reasonable, and knowledgeable vendor I had come across. I was even more delighted after visiting with him and trying his food - it's amazing. We did the chicken and ribs at our wedding and our guests absolutely raved about it. In the week following our wedding, we continued to receive loads of positive feedback on our wedding food! Our guests also raved about Jerry himself. He and his team were professional, warm, and just did an incredible job all around. Jerry knows what he's doing - he also rescued me in a few other areas - I found my bartender and baker through him too! He even delivered some ice to the venue in a last minute pinch. I hope to have an opportunity to work with Jerry again - or at least get another chance to have his food! Thank you for everything!

We loved how Jerry used fruits and flowers to make the food display celebratory (and guests had fun trying new-to-them fruits!). Pricing felt very reasonable for the excellent quality of food provided, and there was a ton of food! Jerry was prompt, his crew was professional, and setup through teardown was very smooth.
The tasting session made it easy to choose our menu preferences, and we really enjoyed hearing about Jerry's approach to BBQ and how he developed some of his recipes. We would recommend Jerry for weddings, or any event!

onderful tri-tip, smoked salmon and pulled pork with an awesome salad, beans, coleslaw, potato salad, artichokes, shrimp cocktail and bread as sides. There was so much food left over that Jerry packed it all up and we ate it the following day for brunch with our family and friends. Jerry was so friendly and easy to work with and very flexible to setting up in our garage to BBQ and work out of. Our family really connected with him on a personal level as my FIL and Jerry grew up nearby each other! We recently re-connected with him in Aug 2022 and he cooked my family (and our two kids!) another fabulous meal at his place. We cannot recommend him enough!
