One of best dining experiences I have ever had. I booked the reservation for a small wedding reception with Bill through Knot and he was the nicest and most accommodating owner that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The patio area was transformed into a beautiful reception and we were presented with a personalized menu that Bill took the time to co-create with us. The dinner overall was sincere, intentional and genuine. Every dish we had was eaten with delight and satisfaction. The servers, to include Dona and Nicholle, greeted us with smiling faces and constantly ensured that we were taken care of as each of our courses were served. I was extremely satisfied with the service and pricing was fair and affordable. The dining experience that I had with my family and my newly wed wife was one to remember. Kona was such a great restaurant and I’m glad to have shared my first meal as a newly wed with my family at this wonderful restaurant. I can’t recommend this establishment enough.

We loved our rehearsal dinner at Kona. It is one of our favorite Carmel/ Monterey Peninsula restaurants, such a natural place to celebrate this special occasion. We had everyone arriving into town the night before dinner to gather for fun tiki style drinks in The Zen Den Bar the evening before. It was the perfect central location for our guests motels & hotels. Love free parking! The dinner was excellent, with great service, lots of flair, and a beautiful atmosphere. Kona's prices are very reasonable as well, being such a popular local's restaurant.
