Jason, the venue coordinator, was always available to us for any and all questions. Not only that, but the overall cost was very reasonable. We are very happy with our decision to use KMCC for our wedding reception venue.

Jason was very helpful in the planning process, and he was able to give us great professional advice about what to have available for our guests. I appreciate that the pricing information is all available on their website, because so many vendors try to hide that information! On the wedding day, everything went smoothly, and the whole staff made sure that we and our guests had everything we needed.

s after we booked the place, and only a few months before the wedding. The food is fantastic! The bartenders and servers are beyond nice and VERY accomodating to anything you might need. The manager is a nice guy, but he WILL rush you through any pictures you do between the wedding and reception to get dinner served. I was warned of this by a few brides who had used this location, and I wish I had been more prepared for it. We did first look photos before the ceremony but did some bridal party photos right after the ceremony as well, and he was definitely trying to push us along, despite a concise time schedule he was given that alloted plenty of time. It was one of the few stressful times I had the entire day. Another thing to keep in mind if you use this location... we paid for 3 half barrels of beer for our group, which SHOULD have been plenty for cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. However, because it was sunny and hot outside, our guests sat inside at the bar before the ceremony and were served PITCHERS of beer BEFORE we even got married, so the third half barrel ran out at about 10. Wish I had thought about that. Their pricing information has been available right on their website, and I'd assume it still is. There is no guarantee you'll get in to decorate the night before unless you book your rehearsal dinner there as well, as they could possibly book a Friday night wedding there as well.

re I asked. The location was gorgeous and let us come in earlier in the day to decorate and rearrange the set up. It was a great and stress-free process.

really helpful. We took advantage of the package deal where hordervbs and dinner were included together and it came to be a good deal. Everyone loved the food. The only tricky thing is the dinner is in a different room than the bar so, for dinner music was ran through speakers which was okay, just hard to hear sometimes.

We chose to go with the ulitimate wedding package and felt it was a great value. There is nothing we would have done differently. It was our dream wedding!

I had to call and email several times on the same subject to make sure he had all the information. As long as you are persistent yourself, everything will work out. Their staff did a great job on the day of, no hitchs.

nside for dinner but it turned out just fine and was actually good for when the dance started. The dance was in the bar area and the other room was more quiet so people sat in there and talked. So all and all it worked out perfectly! (Cost of service includes all our food. The room rental fee was only $500!)
