This shop is really a gem in the Northeast Ohio area. They have a well-curated selection of gowns. The shop feels very intimate and special, rather than a cluttered, overwhelming showroom like I experienced elsewhere. I would describe their taste as elegant, editorial, classic, but also fashion-forward. So many choices that were unique compared to a lot of shops that had a similar selection of dresses! The mother/daughter owners are kind and calm and knowledgeable. I loved my experience with KR Bridal!

Linda was amazing while helping me find the perfect dress! I went to two other places and KR Bridal & Tailoring was the best - Linda was so welcoming and supportive by listening to what I liked and didn’t like. She was very knowledgeable about the designers and talking through ideas for alterations. The entire experience was great!

I got my dream wedding dress at KR Bridal. I came in to KR Bridal to get a consultation on an alteration (they came highly recommended for this service) and discovered they also sold wedding dresses. One of the shops owners, Linda, helped me pick out a few to try on and I found one I absolutely loved. KR handled all of the alterations. After I purchased the dress, I debated a design change and Linda created a sample of the dress for me to try on so I could see what the alternate option would look like. I loved coming in for appointments because the staff is so friendly, and the space is so clean, cute, and inviting. There was a little miscommunication with the timing for the final fitting but they were ultimately able to get the alterations completed a few weeks before my wedding. They have a great selection, lovely owners and staff, and wonderful space. Would definitely work with them again!

Kim was amazing! She was so helpful in helping me find my vision and how I want to look. If I had to do it again I would keep going here!

KR Bridal did my alterations as I had already purchased a dress somewhere else. They were absolutely delightful to work with, the staff was very professional and kind. The store is clean and adorable! Most importantly, they did a great job altering my dress, it fit perfectly and I felt very beautiful wearing it. I was a little but "sticker-shocked" but I know you get what you pay for and they are high quality vendors for sure, it was well worth the price! Thanks KR!

I didn't purchase my wedding dress from KR Bridal, but I did use them for tailoring my dress and all I can say is WOW! Kim did an OUTSTANDING job altering my extremely detailed dress. She was so transparent about what would need to be fixed during our first appointment, and she made sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments before moving forward with them. The final result absolutely exceeded my expectations and I really cannot recommend Kim enough! Thank you thank you thank you!

KR Bridal and Tailoring did an absolutely perfect job with the alterations for my dress! I actually found my dress before my appointment at their bridal salon, though they had some truly gorgeous gowns online and in the store, but I had heard wonderful things about their tailoring and knew I wanted them to manage my alterations. I could not have been more happy about that decision. Kim knew exactly what needed to be done for my dress right away, it was such an efficient initial appointment, and I got my dress back at the perfect time before my wedding. It fit perfectly and was exactly how I wanted it to look. The bustle was also beautiful, simple, and functional! The whole thing looked spectacular and made me look and feel exactly how I wanted to on my wedding day. I am so happy with how my dress turned out and cannot thank the KR team enough for their wonderful work and their kindness!

I had the most incredible experience saying YES to the dress at KR Bridal and Tailoring. The store is so clean, vibrant, and organized. I instantly was excited the moment I stepped in. I was greeted by Linda who assisted me the entire time. Linda allowed me and my family to pick out the dresses we liked best and tried those on first. She asked me questions about what I liked vs didn’t like with each dress I tried on and used that information to pick another dress off of the rack that I originally skimmed over and THAT was the dress that I said YES to. What I appreciated most was that Linda was JUST as excited for me throughout the entire process and it felt so genuine. I got my dress within my budget and I cannot wait to get my dress! The KR Bridal staff are out of this world! Not only is the store gorgeous filled with a wonderful selection of dresses but the staff is committed to taking the time to help you find your dress even if its not one of their sample dresses. They are willing to offer pretty much any customization. I am so glad I found my dress here and get to continue working with these lovely ladies.

Kim is the best. After the bridal shop where I got my wedding dress acted rude and inconsiderate while handling my alterations, I desperately sought out another place that wouldn't body shame me or ask me inappropriate questions. I was so lucky to have found KR! They were my safe haven and my perfect rescue! From the very first meeting, Kim was kind and thoughtful. I told her the story of my previous experience and she assured me that she could do everything that I wanted (bustle, hem, taking in at the sides, adding snaps for a detachable bow, and making a slit) and she was appalled at the way I had been treated at the former place. She was very respectful and informative while explaining how she would achieve the various aspects of altering that I was looking for. The process was everything a bride could want - easy! I only needed the first and final fittings and the results were incredible. Beyond my wildest dreams. My bustle was especially gorgeous and I got tons of compliments on how it transformed my dress. You will not regret going to KR, for dress shopping or alterations. One of my regrets was that I didn't shop there for my dress - the variety is incredible and every gown is beautiful. Kim is the best in the business!

I didn’t buy my dress from KR Bridal, but I brought my dress, a jumpsuit, and MOB dress to be altered. She was so helpful, responded quickly to questions I had after my appointment, and everything turned out beautiful and perfect. I was also able to look at some of the dresses she had in store and they were unique and beautiful. I would highly recommend this store and any of the services offered.

Kim and Linda are seriously the best!!! I had the most comfortable experience at KR Bridal and found my dress super easily. I love that they have a wide variety of dresses that, to me, seem more unique than some of the other bridal shops I was looking. Being a curvier woman I was anxious about trying dress on that wouldn’t fit me, but they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful and I was able to find my dress at my first visit! The tailoring process was quick, easy, and seamless. My dress looks perfect and beautiful and I can’t wait to wear in on my wedding day in two weeks. 10/10 would recommend KR Bridal to anyone who is looking for a personal, one on one dress shopping experience. There is only one room so no one is trying on dresses at the same time as you which was another plus to lowering my anxiety.

Linda is THE. BEST. She listens to your needs, helps push you to try things out of your comfort zone, and celebrates you the whole time. She’s amazing, the store is beautiful, and I’m so glad she’s working with me on the dress.

While I did not ultimately find my dream dress at KR, this bridal salon should be your first stop! Linda is amazing, they have a huge selection and actually let you look through the dresses yourself. Not every place will allow you to browse. I had a bridesmaid in from Chicago and we really wanted to find a dress before she left. Linda was so sweet and stayed open late on a Sunday evening to accommodate us. She was so enthusiastic and warm that I would highly recommend going to KR first.

I had the best experience at KR Bridal with the sweetest mom/daughter duo. This was the very first place I tried on dresses and they were so helpful. I didn't want to make my decision yet, so I visited a couple other places, but ultimately ended up back here. I wanted to buy my dress from KR because they were so sweet and attentive and wanted to help me make the right decision. My dress was absolutely beautiful and I'm so happy with my choice.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Kim is so knowledgeable and kind and reassuring. I got quotes from two other places and KR Bridal was the most affordable while making me feel like I had a first-class experience. Kim did my wedding dress and two bridesmaid dresses and all three were absolutely perfect. They’re fast without making you feel rushed, and the store is so clean and cute and such a good vibe. They also give you privacy while you change which I appreciate because some places don’t! I would 100% recommend KR Bridal!

I had an incredible experience with Kim at KR Bridal for alterations to my dress. I had purchased my dream dress used and was told by another seamstress that the alterations needed were "impossible" and "not worth it." Kim was professional, patient, and calm in talking through (back and forth, over multiple appointments) all the alterations that would be needed, exceptionally skilled in her work, and ultimately she was able to fit me into the dress of my dreams! I am so grateful that I entrusted her & this shop with my dress.

I had my alterations done at KR Bridal and I would recommend them to anyone! I always felt comfortable with the decisions made on my dress. My bustle was exactly what I wanted and was so easy for my maid of honor to do the day of. I had a special request to have my grandma’s name ironed to the inside of my dress and it was no problem at all. Thank you for making the dress of my dreams fit like a glove!

This bridal shop limited my stress the moment I walked in. I was concerned about finding a dress due to my height( 4ft 5) and was immediately put at ease that they would find a beautiful dress. When dress arrived, it was altered to fit me perfectly. Such friendly and encouraging people- truly cared how you felt and dress fit. Love KR Bridal - would encourage any bride to go and look at dresses.

I bought my dress out of town and had the hardest time finding a bridal salon willing to do alterations for me, until I found KR Bridal! Kim was so kind throughout the process. She didn't force alterations on me that I didn't want and was accommodating with all of my alteration requests. Pricing was also very reasonable. She did a phenomenal job with my dress. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone that needs alterations!

KR Bridal was an absolute dream to work with!! Their collection of dresses are incredibly stunning & versatile. I didn't know if I wanted bohemian, or classic modern. SO glad I went with a classic satin gown- it was BEAUTIFUL. They went above and beyond, and when I contacted them right after I picked up my dress saying I wanted the length just 1 inch more they were so sweet and encouraging about wanting me to feel perfect. And I did!!! They both were amazing to work with, I'm recommending them to all of my friends getting married!! Soooo grateful everything regarding the dress was so sweet & happy & perfect 🥰

I went to KR Bridal and Tailoring for my wedding gown alterations. I was nervous because before I looked into alterations at all, I made the mistake of reading through Facebook group horror stories of brides' gowns being ruined and all of the horrible things that could happen. I looked through local places where I could have alterations done and KR Bridal and Tailoring showed up and the reviews were wonderful. I messaged the shop to relieve some of my anxieties and to bring up some of the things I was worried about in general and they were so helpful and caring. It was so simple to schedule an appointment and they were not only incredibly helpful, but their pricing was so reasonable! My dress looks absolutely perfect and I truly cannot recommend them enough. I had the best experience with them.

I came to KR Bridal because of all of the great reviews I was reading and they are 100% accurate. I purchased my dress in Houston over the summer and needed some place local to help with the alterations. As my wedding is going to be in Hawaii, every aspect of wedding planning has been done online and although its very time consuming to comb through all the different sites and reviews, this shop deserves all of the praise and credit. It is clean, well kept and so beautiful inside. Everybody that I interacted with was always so kind and helpful and truly made me feel like I had their utmost time and attention. I was on the fence about what type and length of veil to purchase and they ended up helping me find the most perfect veil, you would have thought the designer had already created this for me. The alterations were flawless, I cannot rave enough about this wonderful shop!

I got my dress from a different bridal salon, but I was in dire need of a place that had the ability to tailor my dress. My biggest concern was being able to find a place that was able to complete my alteration needs, especially because I wanted to keep the intricate lace elements and details that my dress entailed completely in tact. I also had requests to include small pieces of my mother's wedding dress and my late grandmother's wedding dress subtly into mine, which I figured would be difficult to complete or unable to do altogether due to the delicacy of my gown. I went through KR Bridal & Tailoring for these alterations and I'm completely blown away by the workmanship Kim completed on my wedding gown! Kim did a phenomenal job and I can't thank her enough for the amazing work she was able to do. I feel extremely confident wearing my dress for my big day and I'm beyond happy with how my gown turned out. I would highly recommend KR Bridal & Tailoring over and over for any kind of bridal alterations, especially if you're not wanting to lose any intricate details on a gown you may have!

The owners of this shop are so, so sweet! Not only that, they are also patient and listen to you in order to assist and help you find the perfect dress for you. Kim is incredible at what she does! I picked my dress before moving to Northeast Ohio so I didn't have the opportunity to look at the wedding dress selection, but after looking for alteration places near me I landed on KR Bridal and Tailoring! Having someone alter the most expensive and important dress you've ever had is nerve-wracking, but I knew I was in good hands with Kim. She asked questions I had never even thought about and was so patient with my many requests. She found great solutions for my removable off-the-shoulder straps that wouldn't stay on and for where to attach my cape veil to my strapless dress. She was able to accommodate my alterations in a compressed timeframe to allow me to slim and tone as much as possible before my wedding. Kim made me feel comfortable through the whole process and even went above and beyond to repair some minor damage to my dress from when it was shipped to the shop where I bought it. You're in great hands with Kim!
