Chef Cooper catered our wedding and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. All of the guests from vegans to meat eaters loved the food, and the donuts were a huge hit! He made an effort to get to know us and come up with a menu that was the right fit. Chef and his staff were so friendly and professional, they really elevated the day!

My experience working with Chef Cooper has been wonderful. His has consistent communication, listened, and really developed a menu that was going to work for our wedding. He stayed within our original budget and has been flexible with scheduling with us. All our interactions have been professional, and he makes you feel like you are his top priority when he is with you. And his food..... his food brings me SO much joy. He developed a custom plant based menu for my fiance and I and made it look easy. The flavors were sophisticated and dynamic. But his food doesn't feel too fancy. It is like he took exactly what I wanted and kicked it up a notch. I am still craving the food from ny tasting! If you choose to work with Chef Cooper, you will not be disappointed. I am recommending Krafted Culture to everyone.

Chef Cooper was so flexible and delightful to work with! He was very responsive when we worked through the menu and table suggestions. Day of the whole team was very kind and professional and the food was great! All of our guests are still talking about the salmon and the whole team made our dinner very memorable.

Great food always starts with great people and Krafted is no different. Chef Cooper is great to work with and you can taste the love and passion that goes into the food! Catering events is not an easy job and to find someone that is great is even more difficult. Glad I found a great reliable catering company!

When I started planning for our backyard wedding in Redlands, I knew one thing I wanted was unique food that everyone would enjoy. When I think of the food typically served at weddings, I think of something like herbed chicken breast with bland side dishes. I didn't want that, I wanted something exciting and delicious. In my search for local caterers, Krafted Culture stood out among the rest and was affordable for what was offered. They could do so many different cuisines I knew I had found what I was looking for. Not to mention they have so many plant based options, which I love. After I reached out, Chef Cooper gave me a call to discuss what kind of menu I had in mind and I explained that we wanted a little bit of Cuban flair for my husband and his family. He came up with a fun buffet menu including appetizers, salad, mains and side dishes and we scheduled a tasting shortly after. Everything was delicious. We made some changes to the menu leading up to the event as well and he was very flexible. He was very good about responding to emails and when we needed to discuss anything in detail, he was always willing to schedule phone calls with us. I believe the food was one of the highlights of our wedding. All of our guests told us how much they loved dinner, and my cousins from out of town were really impressed and agreed that what was served was so much better than your typical wedding food. The whole team was very friendly, positive, and did a great job rolling with any punches the day of. They even made sure that my husband and I got our own plates first so we could actually eat. I am so glad I found Chef Cooper and we were fortunate enough to have his food served on our big day. Thank you for everything and for being a part of the best day of my life.

What a blessing that we found Chef Cooper of Krafted Culture when we did. He answered our call at 7 pm and was on top of it. He also remained accessible outside of business hours throughout the time we worked together. On that first call, he asked us all about the wedding we envisioned and was confident he could add to our island theme. Within a few days we had his quote and were planning for a tasting with him. We were very pleased about the tasting because Cooper showed care and thought by setting up a nice atmosphere and allowing time for us to take notes in private. We had had several tastings before the one with him, so we appreciated that it felt perfect. The sauces he makes from scratch are delicious! You could really taste that they are made from scratch and feel Cooper’s pride in them. We decided on kalua pork for our menu and multiple guests shared that they went back for seconds and thirds at the wedding buffet. My husband would have kept eating it except that he always got pulled in all the directions. We also appreciated that he had his staff serve us plates while we had a minute to make sure we were fed on our big day. More things Cooper offers besides food are bartending, photo booth, and linen / dishware rental, how impressive is that! 5 out of 5 recommend Krafted Culture for your event!

Working with Chef Cooper has been amazing so far! We had our tasting with him a few weeks ago, and it was phenomenal. From the taste of the cuisine to the presentation, it was above an beyond our expectations. We love too that he is willing to customize a menu that is perfect for us. He asked for any feedback and was willing to modify the food to our preferences. We look forward to having him as part of our special day!

We had Chef Cooper cater our bachelor/bachelorette party. We did an appetizer spread for a casino night. He was very accommodating. He built a package that catered to our needs. The food was amazing!! All of our guests raved about it. I would definitely hire them again.

Chef Cooper and his team were wonderful to work with! When searching for caterers we found it difficult to find food that resonated with us, that was was vegetable forward and that was a good value. During our first tasting we loved the food and his calm demeanor and knew we wanted to work with him! He catered our wedding in Joshua Tree and his staff was AMAZING and pivoted so well when we had a freak, freezing cold wind storm blow in during dinner. They had a great attitude and did a great job of serving our guests quickly and reconfiguring the dessert spread inside. Everyone loved the food and we were well pleased with the level of service we received. Chef Cooper was also happy to accommodate our guests with allergies and other food preferences. Chef Cooper and his team were amazing. As it is overwhelming to search for vendors for a special event, it’s even more difficult to find a catering company with vegan options. From the food testing to the day of the event, the communication was constant and they accommodated to last minute changes. Our guests and ourselves went for seconds plates, that is how delicious it was, some guests couldn't even tell everything was vegan.. They are very friendly and welcoming, I definitely recommend their services without hesitate, and I will always keep them in mind for my future events.

My fiancé found chef cooper for our wedding and we are so excited ! We got to have a tasting of all the foods we picked and we couldn’t be more happy with the way everything tasted and the presentation . We cannot wait for our guest to try their food on our wedding day !

Hired Chef Cooper for my son's wedding, at a lake front venue. Chef was professional, and he took a sincere interest in the wants of the bride and groom, and their guests. Chef was very responsive, which was a blessing given our short window for planning. Chef and his staff pulled off dinner on time, with rave reviews, even with some crazy logistics between the kitchen and dining venue and a challenging serving arrangement! Thanks to you Chef, and your staff for making our event a success! Will hire you again!

Working with Chef Cooper was truly a delight. I needed a caterer for an upscale event at a private resort for 270 people...and I only had a few weeks to pull it off. Chef Cooper and his team stepped up and took the challenge. He was professional and thorough during our initial consultation. Communication was top notch and I never had to worry that we weren't on the same page. The food was delicious and my guests raved about it. I appreciate Chef Cooper keeping in mind the dietary needs of some of our guests, as well. His staff was friendly, outgoing and professional. I was beyond impressed by how they were able to create an excellent culinary experience for my guests in a relatively short period of time. I highly recommend Krafted Culture Catering and will be using them again in the future.

I was really disappointed with Krafted Culture Catering. Main Chef said he'd oversee the entire thing and give me the finest quality cutlery and plates. He sent two women I was not familiar with, cheap small plates for the appetizers, and cheap black plastic wrapped cutlery. I was so upset. The appetizers were to be Crostini with sliced sirloin, soft cheese and chimichurri sauce, we got soft bread with chucks of sirloin and grated parmasean cheese. When we contacted the chef to ask for a discount, he never responded and my wedding was in March. Be careful who you hire, he went to another wedding that day and did not follow through with me. This ruined our special day.

I'm so glad I chose Krafted Culture to cater my wedding! Chef Cooper was wonderful to work with from the beginning, and designed a menu that was perfect for us (salmon and fish for dinner and yummy hors d'oeuvres with vegan-friendly options). He was attentive, organized, worked with our budget, and made us feel like we were in good hands and cared for throughout the whole process. Our on-site chef Cece was fantastic and made sure everything happened on time and seamlessly, and the food was cooked to perfection. I even took a chance and asked if they could make a wedding cake (I was planning my own wedding and the thought of hiring a separate baker was stressing me out) and Chef Cooper and Cece produced the best wedding cake I've ever tasted- guests went up for second and third slices and the whole thing was gone in 30 minutes! I'd have Krafted Culture cater for me again in a heartbeat.

This company was a pleasure to work with in planning my wedding. The food is excellent and Chef Cooper was extremely professional and responsive. They provided a full tasting that was not only exhaustive, but a learning experience. Chef Cooper also was willing to take phone calls whenever we needed it, responded to email requests and was patient when we had questions about timing or the menu. We highly recommend them for any catering needs.

Chef Cooper and his cuisine is exactly what we were looking for in a chef for our big day. Simple, yet elegant, with a touch of pizazz! Even though we haven't had the wedding yet, our tasting was perfect. Their kitchen is tightly clean with a calming ambiance. Chef Coops overall attitude makes the experience positive and uplifting. The food was perfectly paired & seasoned. We look forward to the big day and for everyone to enjoy his Cali Cuisine menu!

Chef Cooper was such a dream to work with! He catered our entire wedding weekend, made the beautiful gluten free wedding cake of my dreams, and helped us with rentals. His and his' team's professionalism, promptness, and overall helpfulness were superb. It was so nice to not have to worry about that part of my wedding because I knew he had it covered!

Chef Cooper and his team are friendly and professional. We loved that he was able to create a custom menu for us at a very reasonable price. Cooper created a Thanksgiving-themed menu for our spring wedding as a nod to our getting engaged on Thanksgiving. He and his team were also able to deliver dinner (including amazingly delicious pies) despite our wedding happening days before the initial COVID shutdowns when everything was out of control. It must have been an unbelievable scramble, but he and his team never made us feel that way.

Chef Kooper was excellent. He arrived early for our wedding rehearsal dinner; was very professional; and served excellent food. The tastes were unique and incredible. He and his team were very kind and service oriented. I highly recommend him.

Chef Cooper was amazing from responding quickly to our inquiry, quick turn around on a quote & gave us multiple options from us to choose from for our upcoming wedding dinner. We were already impressed & were wowed at our tasting. His food was absolutely delicious we know our guests will love the food as well. Not only was Chef Cooper an absolute pleasure to work with, he and his team literally saved our wedding day. After postponing our wedding for almost a year and a half, our original caterer dropped out suddenly. I found Krafted Culture Catering about a month and a half before the big day and not only was Chef Cooper responsive and sympathetic to our situation, he was also willing to work with us to stay within our budget without sacrificing quality or taste! I can't recommend him and his team enough.

For our wedding next April, our goal for the food is to wow our guests with an entirely vegan/plant-based menu. After looking through many other caterers that either only had a few rather plain dishes that could be made vegan, or others that were maybe vegan already but not very exciting or hearty, we were so stoked to find Krafted Culture Catering! Chef Cooper took care of us right off the bat - he responded to my message right away, and has continued to have consistent, great communication. The vegan menu he sent us with numerous dishes to choose from was exciting to look through, and it was hard to narrow it down as we wanted to order everything! We just had our tasting this past weekend and were not disappointed - everything was so tasty, flavorful, and fresh. We know even the omnivores at our wedding will be impressed, and that no one will go hungry! Chef Cooper was a great support throughout our tasting too, he made sure to give us time to enjoy each course and talk amongst ourselves before checking in for feedback afterward. He was really easy to chat with and very attentive to the questions we had, and he helped us decide on swapping out an appetizer choice to go a little better with our overall menu. He also is clearly very knowledgable and experienced with how weddings run - he brought up a few details to us that we might not have thought of otherwise, so we feel at ease that he is setting us up for success! We are so happy that Krafted Culture Catering and Chef Cooper will be a part of our big day, and we can't wait to share some delicious eats with all our guests. :)

This review is long overdue! Our event was on September 25th 2021. We entrusted Chef Cooper and his crew with the catering for our wedding reception, and we were not disappointed! In addition to all the professionalism and helpfulness, the food was DELICIOUS! From the time we first reached out to Krafted Culture back in June, the communication was open and fluid. Our tasting went wonderfully, and we had the hardest time choosing from all the yummy meals to serve at our event. The fact that their food was plant based was the proverbial cherry on top! We know mostly meat eaters and they were none the wiser about the lack of animal products for dinner :). I would recommend Chef Cooper and Krafted Culture Catering to ANYONE, meat eaters and plant based alike.

Krafted Culture Catering was the caterer for our wedding. We originally had our wedding scheduled for April of 2020. We had all the details worked out, the wedding menu set for apps, dinner, and a late night snack. We were ready to go and then Covid caused everything to be postponed. We had already been working with Chef Cooper and Krafted Culture Catering and were hoping to continue. Chef Cooper was so gracious in letting us reschedule our event and just transfer our existing deposit to a future date. We rescheduled for April 2021, and again had to cancel. Chef Cooper and Krafted Culture Catering stuck with us again. He was committed to providing service whenever our event finally happened. We had a venue change and a new date set for October 2021. Krafted Culture honored the original contract and came and did a new site visit and helped us plan out our new event. Everything met and exceeded our expectations. Chef Cooper and his staff were highly professional and delivered exceptional food and service. All our guests really enjoyed the food options and nobody left hungry. We are so grateful that Chef Cooper and Krafted Culture Catering stuck with us through all the ups and downs of Covid, and 18 months after our original event delivered top notch service. We would highly recommend their services for anyone looking for great food, and professional friendly service at a reasonable price.

On July 17, Krafted catered our wedding. Along the journey, Krafted was able to update their menu for us (we added an extra side and they also provided extra tableware for an appropriate amount of money) and were great at communicating up to the week of the wedding. The day of, the servers were really kind and the food was a major hit with the guests. Our guests could not stop talking about the aguafresca, the vegan chick'n, and the jackfruit sliders. Not to mention, WE loved it too! Chef made sure we ate at our own wedding, which the groom and I really appreciated haha. Krafted really knows what they are doing. If you want people to go home happy and satisfied, use them as a caterer! You will not be disappointed!

We had a fabulous tasting with Krafted Kulture and are really looking forward to having them cater our wedding! We live out-of-state and Chef Cooper was very flexible and worked to accommodate a tasting super last minute, when I ended up back in CA for a few days. Chef Cooper is very professional and the food is delicious!

Amazing and professional and yummy! We hired Krafted Culture for our wedding and they immediately made us feel like family. They listened to and executed on our vision perfectly.
