About this vendor
We Love Weddings
We’ve come a long way, to become a Miami based award winning video and photography company. We started as a group of friends with cameras in their hands and a desire to tell stories. As we grew up, our passion for storytelling remained with us and we went on to work in global advertising agencies.
But we always found ourselves coming back to weddings, because one way or another, the story of two people falling in love is the story we love telling most.
We love the atmosphere on the day of a wedding. There’s a special breeze in the air, on the day two people come together, and reaffirm their love for one another in front of their family and friends. And we love being a small part of your happiest moment, and it shows in love, care and effort with which we kraft them.

I would not recommend this videographer. I booked Krafted Memories almost a year in advance of my wedding. As we got closer to the month of my wedding I expected them to reach out ...
to confirm details like arrival time, place, etc. They never reached out so I tried to contact them. No response to email, when I called the line was disconnected, and finally I reached them via instagram DM two days before my wedding.
I will say they did a good job the day of the wedding and stayed past the time I paid for which I was incredibly grateful for.
After the wedding I was told that they would be sending a form for me to select the music to go with our video. After about a month I realized I never received it, so I reached out and asked what happened. Which they told me that they had gone ahead and made the video with their own selections. They said if I didn't like any of the music that I could let them know and they would swap it out.
After watching the videos back I really did not like the song on the Trailer, and one of the songs in our Full Feature was a sad, break up song. Given this is a wedding video, I certainly did not want that. So I found alternate free songs and shared them with the team and asked that they swap them. I reached out to them a total of 6 times over a month time span with no response. When I finally got a response they did not even address my concerns with the music. I've sent more emails since and have only received one response telling me they are busy and it will be delayed. I've asked for a general time frame or update multiple times and they have simply not responded. I want to make it clear I have not been demanding immediate updates to my video (although I did get married 6 months ago now) but I am just requesting an update and confirmation that my message has been received.
I actually ended up swapping out the songs myself. I'm no video editor so it isn't the best work which is disappointing since I had paid for them to do this, but it also was better than sending them endless emails without response. I understand life happens and there are delays, but their communication has been abysmal since I signed the contract and paid my invoice a year before my wedding.
I was extremely disappointed with my photos. I have the same complaint as one of the other reviewers. Hardly any pictures of my parents during the reception. The wedding video was ...
really short. The photos were so crooked and blurry. Some of the photos I did like weren't focused and no editing can fix them. I took honeymoon photos and I'm so grateful for them because there's pictures that are wedding related that I can love. Our honeymoon photographer has less experience and doesn't do weddings, but her professionalism and her skills were so much better.
Jonathan and his team were great to work with, always pleasant on the phone during planning and on top of things with shooting during the day. The final edited videos were stunning...

ved the video yet, but when I do, I'll be sure to update the vendor review as well. To be fair, he did ask me what I wanted, and he listened to everything I said. Also, they are VERY affordable compared to what's out there! And they are a no-nonsense type company. He was clear, professional, and very easy to work with. My only recommendation is to tell him exactly what you want beforehand.
First, let me tell you this short story. LoL Going into wedding planning, I wasn't sure if I wanted a videographer. My husband really wanted one so we decided to price it out to se...
e how expensive it would be. Our Wedding Movie was the perfect compromise. We got an excellent price so that we can have a movie to capture our day forever. We opted for the a good package so that we could get our vows and first dance to show our kids some day. My dad was working abroad and he could not attend to it. So I am so glad my husband talked me into getting a video so we can go over there to relive our day with him. We hope this team can work with us in the future for my sister's wedding. Go there and hire its packages, you won't regret it.
