On NYE of 2019 we hosted a party in The Urban Ballroom at the .ZACH in St Louis MO at 3224 Locust St. During the initial contact with Becky, the Director of Sales, we were impressed not only by the beautiful venue, but by the ease at which she assured us our event would be exactly what we envisioned. This proved to be very true. She was helpful and communicative during the whole planning and execution process. Her recommendations for external vendors proved to be perfect. David Kirkland provided the food, which was extraordinary, the presentation wonderful, and fit in perfectly with what we wanted. Amazing venue. Amazing people.

We recently had our wedding ceremony in The Grand Hall of The Grandel and our reception in The Urban Ballroom at .ZACK. It was absolutely stunning! The rooms alone are gorgeous, rich with St. Louis history. Becky and her team were so accommodating and really made the day transition smoothly. To say I was blown away when entering the room, is an understatement. Would highly recommend checking this venue out!

My daughters wedding reception was held at .ZACK in the Urban Ballroom and we were thrilled with everything. The venue is beautiful and the staff is excellent. Leading up to the reception we barraged Becky and Carmen with questions and they were very prompt and thorough with their replies. Carmen was the coordinator for the night of the reception and she was excellent. The night moved flawlessly - she coordinated the Bride & Groom events and all of our vendors with ease. I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding reception without any work or worries on my part and I am very appreciative of that. She took care of us all night - she even helped us load the gifts into our cars at the end of the reception. This is a hidden gem in St. Louis that needs to be revealed! Thank you Carmen, Becky and everyone at .ZACK that helped to make this a wonderful evening.

My husband and I couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding on 4/27/2019. I fell in love with their rooftop ceremony space before it was even open to the public. Once we visited, we knew it was perfect the space for us! Our coordinator Becky Hale was respectful, optimistic, and genuinely excited to help our day go as smoothly as possible. She was very flexible and responded to our questions and concerns promptly throughout the planning process. On the night of the rehearsal, one of our easels broke, and Becky and her team found a replacement easel for us to borrow on the wedding day so we didn't have to worry about it. On the day of the wedding, Becky moved our ceremony and reception along based on our requested timeline and made sure we were taken care of all night. .Zack is the perfect modern, minimalist space that provides show-stopping city views. We would book the venue again in a heartbeat.

.Zack was the perfect venue for our New Year's Eve wedding and reception! We were looking for a loft like venue that had great city views and would serve as a blank slate to show off our dramatic centerpieces. .Zack offered all that and more! Becky Hale was amazing to work with. Being a wedding vendor myself, Becky was one of the only venues that had the communication level and response times that I hold myself too. On top of that she's super accommodating and was there every step of the way to offer great ideas and solutions to all of the small issues we had that came up. We held our ceremony in the Urban Ballroom in a section that we draped off from the preset reception space, which was perfect so that our vendors could have most everything set for the reception with out having to completely flip the room after the ceremony. We had cocktails in Turn Restaurant, where everyone loved the signature drinks Chef David Kirkland created and the appetizers were amazing. The buffalo cauliflower bites are a must try! David and his team created a custom menu for us of gourmet burgers and mashed potato fritters that our guests are still raving about. They were also super accommodating with our late night snack and dessert. The best part is that the proceeds from the rental go to support the arts in the St. Louis area!! The entire experience was one we will never forget, five stars all the way!

Where do we even begin with the amount of joy, happiness, satisfaction and overall ease it was working with Becky Hale and .Zack!?! From the moment we walked into the venue and met Becky, we knew the space and our coordinator were the one! Becky was attentive to every detail we asked for, had the ability to envision our design ideas, give us leeway to make our vision a reality, find a solution or alternative to a snag we ran in to, and her communication was off the charts! Did we mention that her infectious smile and character always made it so easy to reach out, stop in or touch base with updates?! The venue alone spoke for itself...all four floors of it!! Chef David Kirkland, who also runs his first floor restaurant Turn, were phenomenal and took the time to work with our guest numbers, accommodations, food choices and even made specialty drinks for all to enjoy...plus the menu is phenomenal - seriously, you have got to stop in! Chef David, his assistant and his staff were a joy to work with and truly made the experience one we'll never forget! On the second floor was the perfect entertainment space for guests to enjoy drinks and snacks in between ceremony and reception at Sophie's Artist Lounge & Cocktail Club!! Literally, a surreal space for guests to get to know each other and be responsible only two floors down - what a concept! To top it off, if you're looking for a space for family and the bridal party to unwind, they have a third floor option just for you at Room 303, where we ordered sandwiches, snacks and drinks to unwind and take it all in. Lastly, the true venue space on the four floor was breathtaking! From the second you walk off the elevator and turn to see the exposed brick and beam, industrial ceilings, oversized bar, and windows from floor to ceiling (just to name a few) overlooking downtown St. Louis you'll begin to ask yourself where do you even begin?! You can go over the top or let the space speak for itself...whatever you choose you, I promise you won't be disappointed! Becky & .Zack, THANK YOU for making our day perfect in every way, never giving us a second thought on our decision and being such a dream to work with as we said "I Do" :)

We can't thank Becky Hale enough for spending the time with us prior to our wedding reception to make sure that everything looked perfect for our special day. The reception looked EXACTLY how we pictured it and explained it to Becky and the .ZACK staff. .ZACK is the perfect location for a wedding reception or event. David Kirkland and his staff make delicious food, the Urban Ballroom is a gorgeous space that allows you the ability to make it your own, and on top of that Sophie's bar on floor two is the perfect after party!! We would definitely recommend .ZACK!

I loved the space and the versatility of the Urban Ballroom at .Zack. Becky, the event coordinator, was fabulous to work with! Becky made me feel like she'd find a way to do anything I wanted; seriously..very accommodating and genuine.

Becky, with the Kranzberg Arts Foundation, was a gem to work with while putting together the details of our wedding reception! She even went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. This venue is also easily transformed into your dream event space!

We recently had our wedding reception at .ZACK. We were so pleased with the staff and the venue. Becky was available to answer questions from day one and led us through the entire process. We had to plan our wedding from out of state. Becky was more than willing to FaceTime us to do a tour of the facility and answer any questions/concerns we had. On the day of the wedding, the venue looked absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for our guests to move around. As a bonus, at the end of the night, we were able to move down to Sophie's Bar located on the 2nd floor to continue celebrating with our guests. I would definitely recommend this facility.
