If you’re looking for an amazing DJ for your wedding, Krieger is the best. He kept the party going all night with the perfect song selection at every moment - like a magical sixth sense! Even with a relatively small crowd and not a ton of partiers, we had people on the floor all night long! Krieger was also incredibly friendly and easy to work with, taking the time to get to know us as a couple. He is a seasoned pro, kept us on schedule and helped us make sure every detail regarding music was perfect. He was exactly the DJ and MC our event needed, and we’re so thankful we booked him!

Just had Krieger for our wedding recently - it was a blast! He shifted easily from ceremony to cocktail hour and to reception while also leading the guests through announcements. Krieger went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding. From our first meeting, we knew that we were in good hands and there would be no need to worry about music even though our guests love a good dance floor. He is a professional - he vibes out the crowd, will edit music if necessary and knows how to keep people dancing! I can't express my gratitude to David enough. He was a saver of my cello/piano duet performance at the wedding we recently worked together at. My pianist didn't bring a speaker (thought it would be provided at the venue). David happened to have a wireless transmitter and a receiver handy - professionals always think several steps ahead and have some extra gear. I asked David if we could use his equipment and instead of turning us away, David said "Let me see what I can do to make it worked out". He set everything up perfectly and our performance was saved. I feel blessed and very lucky that David was hired as a DJ for that wedding. By the way, the music he played was wonderful.

We just had the night of our lives and DJ Krieger played no small part in that. From a DJing standpoint, every choice he made was perfect and he kept everyone up out of their seats all night long as he masterfully navigated genres and eras of music. He's not a "press play" DJ...there's a seasoned ability to know what to play when and how to read your crowd and make sure everyone has a great time! He even pulled out the saxophone as a big surprise for our guests! But with Krieger, you get so much more than just a great DJ. You get a skilled emcee and public speaker to guide and manage the flow of your event. You get an ally and a real partner in prepping and executing during an otherwise hectic time. Super attentive and knowledgeable about music! DJ Krieger was a dream to work with as our wedding DJ! He really helped us plan our overall wedding day and visualize what we wanted! We were able to be super specific about our music selections at different points throughout the day, and he brought all of our visions to life. He is very knowledgeable about all types of music which is helpful if you have a taste in music that is all over the place! One of the best things you can do to ensure your wedding is a hit is hire DJ Krieger. I cannot emphasize enough how integral Krieger was to making our wedding amazing. Our wedding posed a challenge in that we needed a DJ that could do Top 40s, Hip Hop and R&B, EDM, Pop, and Persian and Indian music. DJ. Krieger 100% rose to the occasion. We were a little nervous about hiring a non-Persian / non-Indian DJ for our Indian Persian wedding, but in the end we had nothing to worry about. DJ Krieger spent a few hours with us over the course of two meetings to make sure it would be everything we wanted and more. He did a great job of blending the music so it was seamless changes from Top 40 to Persian to Indian, etc. Additionally, he provides silent disco which was such a fun surprise for our guests and a massive hit! I highly recommend doing the silent disco. Your guests will absolutely love it! We really can’t say enough great things about DJ Krieger, outside of being a wildly talented DJ, he is a really cool guy and we will miss conversing with him. Definitely a must hire for your wedding.

DJ Krieger was an absolute DREAM to work with!! Once we signed the contract ~7 months in advance, DJ Krieger and his fabulous team continuously checked in with us to make sure we felt confident and empowered throughout the process which definitely helped make the wedding planning process a smooth experience. This team was always super clear with what was needed, highlighted due dates and was always available to answer any questions along the way. DJ Krieger made it a priority to get to know us, our story, and our taste in music. He really listens to you and collaborates with you to ensure the wedding playlist is exactly what you want. We were SO thrilled with the music at our wedding (especially since it is a KEY piece in any event). It was true to us, got our guests up and dancing and was the through-line of the entire event. We love Krieger! He was so professional but also approachable and fun. We had a long intro meeting with him that was extremely thorough as well as a final call before our wedding to go over the entire day and all the songs. What can I say other than DJ Krieger was OUTSTANDING! From the wedding ceremony to dinner music to the after party he covered all the ground! His demeanor throughout the entire process was one of confidence, reassurance, innovativeness and calm. The bride was very grateful for his calming influence for sure. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made wonderful suggestions and was respectful of our vision as well as our budget! No ask was too small or too big! I don't really know what to say other than me and my guests at my wedding were totally blown away by Krieger. He's the number one DJ for a reason. He's extremely communicative, prepared, and knows exactly how to get the party started. My husband turned to me after our guests were welcomed onto the dance floor to say, "wow, we should have ordered a bigger dance floor." Krieger seamlessly put together all the kinds of music that we wanted to hear, and I can't imagine it was easy to blend disco, hip hop, 00s bops, and reggaeton. Our guests were constantly dancing. Hiring Krieger as my wedding DJ was a very easy and well worth it decision. Right from the start just inquiring about a quote Krieger was extremely responsive and accommodating. Krieger met us at our venue prior to our big day to discuss and plan out DJ booth location and lighting, and immediately got to work giving us some fantastic ideas that really paid off. The day of our wedding everything ran flawlessly. The ceremony couldn’t have gone any better, Audio was the perfect volume, clarity, and our custom mixed songs were done incredibly well. We knew exactly what kind of sound we wanted but were having a hard time putting it into words, because it was a bit of all over the place genres. Krieger was able to take our very vague descriptions of what we wanted and give us exactly that. There is a lot of communication between coordinators and the MC/DJ for things to run smoothly and according to the time-line. My coordinator went out of her way to let us know how great our DJ was that Krieger was keeping her on her toes about the timeline and that it is usually the other way around. Krieger really knew how to read the room and speed things up and slow them down at the proper times. Our family and friends love to dance and we received numerous compliments on how awesome our DJ was along with some requests for his information. Krieger was a big part in my wedding day running so smoothly, and keeping people on the dance floor having a blast all night. I can not recommend Krieger enough, he runs his business very professionally and is the best at what he does.

This is a long overdue review. DJ Krieger was amazing to work with and exceeded expectations. A complete professional from Day 1 and highly communicative. He is organized and it was so important as he ensured we thought about all the songs and moments we wanted to capture. Our wedding party and guest danced the night away and we could not have been happier. He is truly a great professional but also cares to ensure your happiness. We could not recommend more highly his services, so lock him up early!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Krieger leading up to and at our wedding! We immediately felt at ease with him, and working with him on the vibe we wanted was a breeze. Krieger also suggested doing a silent disco to get around the sound restrictions in Malibu and allow us to party for an extra hour, the whole time making it feel like a creative solution and not at all like an up-sell. Not only was it worth it to have that extra time, but it truly ended up being one of the highlights of the night! One of my favorite things about him is that he stays true to his style while also completely incorporating songs and genres that feel important to the couple and guests. I couldn't recommend Krieger highly enough and feel strongly that if you work with him for your special day you won't be disappointed!

Krieger was exceptional and even flew across the country to be the DJ at my wedding! I was nervous with him flying that he might not being prepared, but he quickly calmed all my worries! He crushed it for the whole time and is a great MC in addition to having impeccable music taste. If you want to have the party of your life, hire this DJ!

DJ Krieger did a fantastic job throughout my whole wedding process. Prior to the wedding, we met to discuss the vibe and theme of the wedding. The fact that he took the time to listen and customize the music to match the theme was both over the top and very much appreciated. We also touched base a few days before my wedding to finalize details. During these meetings, it was obvious that he took notes and carefully considered details that would improve the event. For example, he offered white speakers and pink uplights that actually made a big and positive difference to the look and feel of the space. During the wedding, DJ Krieger was very intuitive to the audience's mood and played songs that matched that mood. My guests, young and old, were on the dance floor nearly all night. I would definitely recommend DJ Krieger and argue that he is worth every penny as he was exceptional and professional beyond my expectations.

We booked DJ Krieger for our July 2020 wedding and he was simply the best! Due to COVID, we had to cut our guest list from 150 to 14 and we were definitely nervous about our wedding not feeling fun and missing out on the party vibe since it was just going to be our immediate families. He went over the top in making sure we still got the wedding of our dreams. He came to our walk through and suggested we still get a dance floor because that encourages people to dance. We are SO glad we listened to him because our families were on the dance floor all night (with masks and all!) Even the kids were dancing up a storm and didn't want the night to end. Krieger was even willing to stay longer for us when it was clear we didn't want the night to end. He not only made sure everyone was having a blast but he also made sure everyone felt safe. Thank you again for making our dream wedding a reality!

We booked Krieger for our wedding on 5/23/20. However with the COVID-19 situation our wedding had to be cancelled. All our vendors were understanding about this and refunded us our deposit as this cancellation was out of our control, except for Krieger. He insisted that because his deposit is usually non-refundable he would not return our money even though we are not allowed to hold a wedding in the state of California due to the pandemic. Not only did he refuse to refund the deposit but then he charged us the second half of the payment 4 weeks after we had cancelled with him. So now we are $5000 down and with no wedding. He stated that we had put the second payment on auto pay but we definitely did not. Instead of refunding that second payment he stated that his contract stated a payment will be taken if cancellation occurred within 60 days of the event. Again, out of our control but he already knew that he was going to charge us the second payment. He set the second charge after we cancelled with him and disputed the first charge. This is fraudulent activity. Not only is he over priced for a DJ, but he has shown that he does not care about his clients and exhibits fraudulent behavior.

My husband and I both had a wonderful experience with David (Krieger). I am in the industry, and refer him to all of my clients.. so of course I had to have him apart of our wedding day. He takes the pain out of picking songs.. and does it all for you, just by asking a few simple questions. He really nailed our wedding and our guests were dancing the whole night. We ended the night with silent disco and we had 75% of the wedding still on the dance floor till the very last song. That just shows how amazing Krieger really is. Thanks David !!

Dave Krieger is - by far - the best Wedding DJ that I have ever seen. We had the good fortune of having Dave DJ our son’s wedding in May and he really brought a lot of energy and fun to the party. He was both a great master of ceremonies and a very talented music professional whom I would highly recommend for any event. My son & his bride also said that leading up to the wedding Dave was very customer-focused and easy to work with. Hopefully we will be able to schedule Dave Krieger to DJ our daughter’s wedding in the future too.

Krieger was the best DJ of all time. The dance floor was PACKED throughout my entire wedding night. Nobody wanted to leave! He is great at what he does and checked in with me (the bride) many times to make sure things were going as I wanted, which was awesome! I 100% recommend him for every wedding and event that needs a DJ! The guest danced all night long! He’s super intuitive at listening to the vibe of the crowd and playing music that had them dancing all night. This task was a little challenging because we had family from Mexico and Iran. We wanted hip hop and a blend of the 2 cultures. He accomplished this and everyone was happy. In fact, friends and family still talk about it. He’s the perfect guy to hire for your event.

Hiring Krieger was probably the easiest decision we made for our wedding. First off, he didn't completely laugh at me when I told him about my fantasy of a Britney themed wedding reception. :) He KILLS the music game and truly knows his stuff. I don't even know where to begin with Krieger. His talent is out of this world! I am a music lover and he killed it at our wedding! Rather than just meeting over the phone, Krieger invited us to see him at work when he was dj'ing in downtown, we made a trip down and instantly caught his vibe. He was professional, nice, super chill and we could tell that this was a match! He asked all the right questions and was going to make sure our wedding was going to be the best night of our lives. He DJ'ed our cocktail hour as well as our reception at Cielo Farms, he played all the right tunes at all the right times. We can not say enough great things about David (DJ Krieger)! He scheduled an in-person meeting when we first started to understand what we were looking for in a DJ and to show him the vision for the wedding. After this he sent us a guided form which helped us to pick special songs and music for every part of the night. We worked with him for about a year before our wedding and he was extremely responsive to all our questions and information which other vendors / planners needed from him. Two weeks before the wedding we had another meeting to discuss final logistics. We chatted for over an hour and the conversation seemed so natural and comfortable; we knew he was going to be able to execute perfectly on our vision. During the wedding DJ Krieger did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! He was able to blend country, top 40, EDM, and throwbacks (70s/80s) perfectly together. He packed the dancefloor for over 3 hours and many of our guests got up from dinner early to start dancing. He directed guests attention to certain events (e.g., cake cutting) when necessary but other than that he let most of the music "do the talking". His transitions were seamless and we can not express enough how hard it could have been to actually mix some of our song selections together. We even had one guest tell us she wanted to hire him on the spot for her wedding!!! David is fun to work with, is extremely responsive, and is downright talented! A DJ can make or break your wedding which is why we highly recommend David (DJ Krieger).

I don't have enough good things to say about David! He was just amazing in every way. When my husband and I first met him, we clicked immediately and knew he was "our guy!" For us, it wasn't just about talent, it was choosing people that would work well with us (although he did have plenty of talent!) If you want a fantastic DJ for your wedding or other special event, we highly recommend David Krieger. We hired him for our wedding which was held a little over two weeks ago in Topanga Canyon, and he was fantastic. Prior to the wedding he met with us in person to get a sense of who we are and our tastes and followed up with an extensive questionnaire which was extremely helpful in planning the music from when the guests arrived, to the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the toasts, and all the dancing. He was really easy to work with, highly communicative, and easy to get in touch with. His understanding of his audience, knowing exactly how to work with them and knowing how to be flexible at the last minute if necessary is a talent not every DJ has but David does. He has a great personality and everyone at the wedding commented on how fantastic the music was and what a good job he did at emceeing. My folks were also thrilled that his fee is very reasonable and that he brings an assistant with him, so there's never an awkward lull. Dave exceeded all of our expectations, and I would highly recommend him and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Well, they were right, it all happened so fast. But every detail going into planning, makes all the difference. Let's just say that DJ Krieger made our night, an already amazing night, that much better. I've been to my fair share of weddings and the dance party is always hit or miss. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish and everyone was having the time of their lives. He feed off the crowd and no one wanted the night to end. Our guests, thought the night was winding down and then the wireless headphones came out for the silent disco and our guests loved it. A night I will always remember. I really can’t say enough about David’s services. My wife and I used him to DJ our wedding and it was, simply put, the easiest part of the entire process! We hired David for our wedding during Memorial Day weekend this year, and I can't say enough great things about him. He was easy to work with in advance, asked a good number (but not overwhelming) of questions to get the mood/taste right, and was flexible the night of as plans changed. All of my musically talented/DJ friends were incredibly impressed with his skills and he read the room very well. I cannot not say enough about David and how terrific our experience was with him. Our wedding planner has worked with him on numerous occasions and I could not be more thankful for the introduction. David was the absolute perfect DJ from start to finish. He is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. Do not undervalue the importance of a phenomenal DJ, since as MC, they are the voice of the event, controlling the flow, vibe, and dancefloor. David masterfully wove in oldies, recent throw backs, top 40s, and even electronic music (as requested by the bride and groom), keeping the dancefloor packed with guests from all generations while nailing both specific and more amorphous requests. I have all the faith in the world in David, and so should you for any and all events.

We had very specific and high expectations when it came to our music selection, so picking a DJ was tough. DJ Krieger was a JOY to work with, but more importantly he was FANTASTIC during the wedding! We had a band and DJ, and he was able to MC the night and seamlessly transition and work with the band. He was constantly watching us to make sure we were happy and even worked with the groom to plan a few surprises for me. He also had a detailed call with us prior to the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page. The dance floor was packed until midnight! Can't wait to use him again for another event!
