About this vendor
Hi :) I’m Kris Farruggia; a Colorado native with a photo-journalistic eye and a love for all things creative. I'll do anything adventurous for an epic shot and I absolutely love capturing the inherent beauty of a wedding day from every angle (including aerial!).
In addition to photography my backgrounds in film, graphic design, and music afford me a unique and truly artistic approach when shooting. Though new to The Knot, I’ve been shooting weddings professionally for almost 5 years and have developed my minimalist posing style while working all over this great state and beyond. You should feel like rock stars on your wedding day, and capturing that grandeur on film is what I do best :)

Kris did a great job with our wedding. He captured a lot of shots that really made the scenery pop! We were very pleased with his work and would recommend him for your big day!
Kris was so easy to work with and captured every shot we could have ever wanted! He planned out the photos a head of time, which made our wedding day go extremely smooth.
We're so ...
happy with how they turned out!

candid photos. We had a lot of fun during our photo shoots and could not be happier with the results. Kris captured the best moments of our wedding day and we ended up with stunning photos that we will cherish for many years to come. Kris’ hard work and attention to detail really paid off. We are so grateful that we got to work with him and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer.

red of our wedding day trying to decide which ones to make into canvases to put on our walls… I find myself thinking… I need more walls! Kris over-delivered on my expectations both the day of and the final product. He has an exceptional eye for detail and composition. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He truly captured those magical moments!

Kris has an eye! I thought I was an organized client that knew exactly the photos I wanted to capture my day... boy was I wrong. Kris delivered on everything I asked, but gave me s...
o much more. I was convinced I wanted certain shots of certain moments... again, while he delivered on those, he delivered SO MUCH MORE. Kris captured the emotions and feelings of the day, and every picture helps take me back to the day. Again, not just the big moments, but the little ones I didn't realize I wanted to remember. From the planning process to the delivery of the final product, Kris is an awesome communicator, he has an artistic eye, and he knows how to deliver a package that will meet a wide variety of budgets, events and needs. More than anything, it's nice to have someone there that has experience during "the big day". While Kris folds into the background seamlessly, he also offers encouraging words and helpful advice/input during a stressful time. Thank you Kris for capturing the best of our day, especially those moments we didn't know we wanted captured. I cannot wait to work with you again... hopefully on another big life event!
Update: I actually did the review awhile ago, and wanted to add something else. Kris has since done maternity and newborn photos for us of our adorable little daughter. What a joy to have the same person capture life's most precious memories. Again, his work is amazing, his presence is helpful and calming, and the end result is fabulous! Thanks again Kris!
Kris was so amazing. He didn't do typical poses everyone else does, he is so creative! He has an eye for photography that is so Pinterest worthy! I highly recommend him!
