most was Kris' patience and understanding as she worked with a group that ranged from 9 year-old flower girl with big ideas to a mother of the bride with no ideas. Kris listened, made suggestions and adjustments when asked. She spent a lot of time on my hair and it came out even better than I imagined! My hair stayed in all night without any issues other than people hugging me and causing a couple of strays, but stayed through all the dancing and everything. She is very friendly, professional, easy to get a hold of and overall fantastic. Made me feel absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day.
